My 2 fur boys and I love the pet supplies plus. I always take my boys to get wash there. Crew who works there are so friendly and they were making sure I'm getting enough help. They were also friendly to my boys. I love going there and take my boys to wash. You will save so much money and I believe it's better for the dog owner to wash their own dogs instead of having a stranger to groom your dog. You don't know what's behind the scene! I get to spend good quality time with my boys and they were happy to be cleaned and they are super fresh and they were play play play afterwards ,that makes me happy. I Support 100% local business. I love this self dog wash area they keep this place is so nice and clean. That makes me want to keep this place clean for after customer to use. I thank you so much for all these people that works here and keeping up the business. does.com chewy or Sam's Club or Walmart they can't do this kind of service. I used to wash my boys in my house one of the sink. They make so much mess ,and if you were going to take the boys to the groomers that's gonna cost so much money. If you do it yourself and you know what kind of shampoo you can use and spend a quality time on taking care of your fur babies . They have a value punch card for 5 dog wash. I will recommend that if you have more than one pet to wash. My dogs and I love to go there. It is becoming our customs after wash I get my fur babies some treats. read more

Glen at store 4318 went above and beyond to help me. I had an authorship order that did not process due to failed payment. I reached out to corporate because my order showed to still be processing a month later and the buttons to cancel were disabled. Corporate was no help at all. I called the local store and was blessed because I got Glen. Glen is one of the best retail employees I have ever engaged with. He did all he could to resolve the issue. Ended up it was corporate who needed to intervene. So then, Glen gave me 10% off so my pups could get their food. BTW - Bella and Bandit (the pups) said to give Glen a raise. You don't want to lose a great employee who, despite the system being difficult, was super positive and proactive to help us. Seriously- he deserves a raise. He's amazing. The staff that works here is always smiling an always willing to help you an will spend the time you need when you have questions about the products. I have a Shih Tzu Maltese who is 10 an we had to switch him to grain food an he has always gone 3-4 days sometimes without eating but then the not eating went to 4-5 days an you could just feel the bones. So I went an the staff (I wish I could remember their name) but they were so helpful they showed me wet food that was grain free that should help it does help except now his royal highness Has to have it warmed up. But I always enjoy going in there because I know I'm going to be treat like family. read more

Change is good. I usually just order online from chewy's, but yesterday I stopped at Pet Supplies Plus (I know, I know - I'm a day late from posting this). Friendly employees that want to make sure you get what you need/want. They didn't have the turkey tendons I was looking for, but I found a few more items. OK so it's been a while since I have tried to go shopping at a pet store. I know that I am very familiar with the two popular pet stores and then one pet store that's online that you see a lot of advertisement for everywhere. I've seen these over the years but never went into one. I was looking for a special food that was sold here so I drove 15 minutes further just to go in and try this pet supply store. When you walk in it looks very new and very organized. The prices seem to be better too. I did notice that it doesn't smell like pets and and maybe this is because it doesn't have a veterinarian or boarding in it. The staff is very helpful. When you walk in they ask you if they can help you find anything. They also help put your purchases in your car when you leave. I love this place. It has really changed pet supply shopping for me. While having been traumatized by the other two Popular companies, I just really didn't feel like going into them. I have ordered a lot of stuff online or Just shopped at my local earthy pet store around the corner. This store gives me a new life in regards to shopping for a pet. The prices are really good too. I will definitely continue to go here. I even scheduled grooming for my new puppy. They did a good job. So I'm a fan and I will return. read more

This store is always very clean. The staff is knowledgeable and very kind and helpful. My experience here has always been wonderful! I even enjoyed giving my dog a bath here! They supply the soaps so I didn't have to worry about bringing more than just my dog! The groomer cut my 13 year old skiddish dogs nails and was so so good with him. I was referred to the store on N. Precinct Line Road by one of my neighbors. I had just tried to get my sweeties nails clipped and the place I went wanted to charge $21.00. I went to the Pet Supply Store and got nails clipped, anals expressed and left a $4.00 tip for the same amount. Not only that, everyone was most helpful and made me feel appreciated on my first visit. It is amazing that some businesses still value their customers. Yeh Buddy!!!! read more

Shopping at Pet Supplies Plus is always a nice experience. Everyone is always helpful and happy. If they don't have a certain product in stock they'll suggest something else that's just as agreeable with my dog.
