I love the products and service Pet Supplies "Plus" provides. Their staff is knowledgeable, always friendly, and ready to help. I am a little disappointed that their groomer is no longer in service. I will say that the name of the business turned me off a little bit at first (What can I say? I'm in Marketing!) The quotation marks around "Plus" always made me a little wary of what they might actually mean. But know that it can only mean good things, because this business loves animals and loves their customers and they provide only the best. I will never go to PetsMart again. read more

I originally went to this store because Petsmart was not carrying the Ssscat Spray Deterrent anymore. I had used it years ago for my now-older cat but recently got another younger cat who is horrible about scratching at doors. Since buying that, I have been back twice to pick up refills and last time I also bought their cat food there too since the price is comparable to Petsmart. I expected it to be higher but it wasn't. There is always someone available to get the spray out of the locked case, I never have to wait long at all. Checkout is always super fast and the cashiers have always been very friendly. The store has always been very clean and organized too. This is quickly becoming my new favorite pet store for cat supplies! read more

This store Carries more incidentals than most other pet stores. Things like probiotics, digestive enzymes, holistic meds, and the like... A much larger variety of shampoos, conditioners, and dog food too. So before you give up and order those hard to find dog supplies online, give these guys a try. This store seems to be geared away from the big-box petfood brand, like IAMS or Purina. They still manage to have a good variety of items. The prices are comprable for what you'd pay at larger pet stores. They have consistant 9-9 hours daily, which I found unusual b/c so many places close earlier on Sunday. read more

The staff here is always very welcoming and nice to us with our dog or without. They're very knowledgeable about the product and always try to be as helpful as possible. The selection of dog products are better than others stores I've found. They have a lot of grain free dog treats and even some locally made treats available. I like this store for their overall variety of wholesome cat and dog food. There are a lot of different options for someone who likes to feed their pet grain free or organic which is awesome. A lot of stores only may have 1 that's organic, this place has a plethora of options at competitive prices. However, things like toys and treats are at an incredibly marked up price. A ball you can pay $2 for at a petco or petsmart is often $5 or more. So I wouldn't recommend buying anything else besides food because the prices are not competitive and are frankly a rip off. read more

Good customer service as long as the product is on their shelf but ask them to special order a product, over what they regular order because it sells out before you can get to the store, and you fall into a black hole. No calls to you even though it has been over two weeks since you placed the order. They can tell how much you spend at their store so there is no customer loyalty shown, Customer service after the sale is a thing of the past.
