Since that time we groomed her ourselves and honestly, we did an awful job. Well Groom Pets was recommended to us buy a neighbor but we had little faith in it working out. I dropped her off and waited for the call telling us that she isn't cooperating and to please come pick her up. 2 hr 15 min later I get a call that she was all done. Walked in the door and she looked stunning. The groomer was so sweet and said that she did amazing. Not only did she look great, the detail and specific request about paws, legs and visor were done EXACTLY the way I requested. Seriously, this place blew me away.

The owner I spoke with was super knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. (Even my Beagle liked him and she's normally shy with new people. She actually gets excited to go get washed now, its pretty funny) It's so hard nowadays to find people who offer genuine customer service, but Kimbur exceeded my expectations by far. They also carry top brand natural dog food that's hard to find and their prices are fair compared to other pet specific shops that offer similar products. In fact, I think they're slightly cheaper than were I went before. Regardless, the atmosphere, ownership and staff make the place if you ask me. While we were working on this, Kristie also helped us with some basic command refinements with all 3 of our dogs. One of our dogs needed a little confidence boost, and she taught us how to work with him to strengthen this. Kristie is clear in her instructions to the humans and is patient with answering questions and modeling how to give commands and corrections. For dog sitting, in our home, we've used Michelle several times now and she is great. Our 3 dogs love her and she clearly loves them too. We have 2 Great Danes and Beagle/Boston Terrier mix who are getting up there in age. Our male Great Dane has a number of health issues and Michelle handles it all so well. There's a laundry list of medications for the dogs and she does a great job keeping up with it all. She doesn't mind when I'm that helicopter dog mom and I check too often on my sick boy. Regardless of his illness, Michelle sends many pictures and text updates on how things are going with all the dogs. As a very protective momma, I trust Michelle completely with my furbabies and home. We love having Michelle take care of our babies... so much so that when we were planning the August trip we just completed, she wasn't available on our original dates, so we moved our trip to make sure she was available. I appreciate the freedom Kristie and Michelle offer us to get away several times a year. I completely trust them. Give them a shot!
