When my family got another dog we brought him here for training too, which is just the best way to set a foundation for success with dogs! Tyler is the best trainer and can always work with people to develop the skills they need to have their dogs be well behaved and happy. He is great at finding unique solutions to even the strangest of "problem behaviors." Whenever I know anyone who gets a new canine family member, I always recommend training with Tyler! Tabby is the groomer we see and she so nice! She always discusses what kind of services and haircut my dog will get to make sure it's the best options for him and she understands the look/function I am looking for. She is very patient with my dog and I know I can trust her to take good care of him when I drop him off for grooming! The store is also great, with so many options, and I like the Treats reward program because it does provide more cost savings than many other rewards programs.

Front desk staff lied saying that they left a message for my appointment being cancelled. No…read moremessage was ever received by anyone and when looking into this, found out that At Home Veterinary Clinic did not update our contact files despite being updated by us multiple times. They also left out pertinent information that I requested to be in the appointment notes. They didn't seem to take their mistakes seriously in the slightest and were also very rude and dismissive on top of that. I can't trust my pets care and safety with this type of conduct.

They are 5 miles down the road from us and we are a regular customer.It was a slap in our face to blow us off. I will be looking for another Vet now for our dog and cat. I don't know if this is a normal thing these day with vets,but I do know for sure this never would have happened in th old days. They used to care! (25 years ago) They would have seen my dog at midnight if needed!

I contacted customer service and filed a formal complaint and was told nothing would be done, so here is where I start my crusade against Petco! Never going there again! Also, we were quoted $83 over the phone and when we got in to pick our dog up, the hill was $126, the manager gave us a lousy $15 discount... Never again!

Dustin was fantastic -- friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions or give extra guidance. Our puppy made huge progress socializing thanks to him. The store itself is well stocked, and order pickup is always easy and reliable, which I really appreciate. My only complaint is the cleanliness. There always seems to be miscellaneous trash on the floors, likely from other customers, but it means I'm practicing "leave it" and "drop it" way more than necessary with a curious puppy. Overall, great training experience and solid store -- just hoping they improve floor cleanliness.
