I believe they do training here also, despite being a smaller store. They don't have prescription food at this location, which is a bummer. We have to get out to West Ashley to snag that. Employees are pretty friendly, though some of them are noticeably more knowledgeable than others. Nice tip from an employee recently- they will price match anything from Petsmart.com. Especially when making a big purchase, double check the price! We saved about $25 off our dog's crate by checking.

I only discovered the injury after we got home. I understand that accidents can happen, but what I can't accept is the lack of communication and transparency. Over the next several days, Kahlo repeatedly shook her head because of the discomfort, causing the wound to reopen and bleed multiple times. I ultimately had to take her to the veterinarian, where she was diagnosed with acute moist dermatitis. This resulted in an unexpected vet bill that I was not in a position to afford. Had someone simply been honest about what happened and explained how to care for the injury, this experience would have been very different. Pet owners deserve clear communication when something goes wrong, and I hope PetSmart does a better job of being transparent in the future.

There was a gap between me taking her to the groomers and Ruth has been so helpful and patient with getting my doggy back in routine of going to the groomers and I couldn't be happier with the results everytime!
