You are greeted then led back to a very clean room with tubs all set. They have an incredible selection of shampoos, conditioners, and so much more. There are also plenty of towels. This was the fastest my dog has ever ripped up a toy so it was definitely not more durable. Within an hour it was shredded so I called the store to see if they would offer a refund or store credit but they told me no. I think the obvious waste of $20 should have warranted something in return. No matter how great the store is or how kind the employees are, there should always be ownership when something is faulty or falsely advertised.

As Heath got older, he started having some reactive issues with certain dogs. Instead of turning us away, the team went above and beyond to work with us. They tried different programs and truly took the time to understand what he needed. Eventually, we found the perfect fit with their solo play option, where he gets one-on-one time with staff throughout the day and he is thriving! It means so much to us that they didn't give up on him and instead created a solution that works for everyone. My company is actually moving in the opposite direction, which means a longer drive for us but there's no question we'll continue bringing Heath here. That's how much we trust and appreciate this team. Every single staff member is amazing, caring, and dedicated. We are so grateful for everything they do!

I said ok and scheduled the appointments. Then Larrisa called back and said that since it had been 5 months that there would be an up charge for matting of minimally $18 or more based on the size of the dog. My dogs were last groomed by Woof Wash on November 16th which means it's been 3 months. Also, I have my dogs shaved so there is no need to brush them out since any matting would be sheared off. When I asked to speak to the owner, Larissa said that she is the owner. She wouldn't tell me her last name so I am not sure if that's true. I would like to support small business but not one that nickels and dimes me.

No stars. We've been customers for a long time with 2 small dogs. Today I dropped them off and…read morewas informed our usual groomer was gone and we had a new person, but there were no notes for either dog. Needless to say, not off to a great start. I explained what I wanted for each dog and she seemed to understand. We got the call that the dogs were done, much sooner than anticipated. When I arrived I was told she couldn't "finish" one of them because she was nipping at the clippers. I get it, it happens. I pay for both dogs and was given a 20% discount for the dog not "finished'. Of course they expect payment and tip before you even see the dogs, shame on me for not insisting on seeing them first. Turns out not finished meant they only shampooed the dog and nothing else, $65. Keep in mind this is a 6 pound dog. We called to speak to someone about this, but no surprise we have gotten no return call. The groomer who took care of the dogs left in a hurry, perhaps she couldn't finish our dog because she had somewhere to go. Clearly I've been had, even tipped the groomer for doing almost nothing. And paid these people $65 for a shampoo. Do not make the same mistake I've made, find another place to have your dog groomed. (Also, I'd appreciate a referral)
