I recently tried this place for the first time to get condolence flowers for someone I deeply care about. They did an amazing job and their communication throughout the process was wonderful. I will be going to them from now on anytime I need flowers.

We have ordered countless amount of flower arrangements from this flower shop. All of their arrangements, are very highly priced and do not last more than 2 to 5 days when I called to ask about the flowers. The owner just wanted to argue with me endlessly about his flowers and how I was supposed to disassemble the bouquet Cut the stems and add more water and reassemble it myself. His customer service skills were something of a business owner that I would never expect as a customer I would expect not to be argued with on the phone when questioning his quality of flowers. The roses were wilted and falling over and the ponies were shriveled up after day two.

I understand that because flowers are seasonal, bouquets won't always look exactly like the photos from a florists website. However, I expect them to have the same general aesthetic and palette. I ordered a very modern looking, peachy pink bouquet. What was delivered, while still pretty, was a very basic looking arrangement that was more along the lines of a nice 1-800-flowers order - not even remotely the same look. Can't recommend based on this.

Very frustrated with this business. The images on their website are very misleading of the actual flowers delivered. I spent $287 total and the flowers that were delivered had zero resemblance to the online picture. The flowers that delivered looked cheap had i seen the picture would have never ordered them because they were not special enough. Looked more like $60 deal from 1-800-flowers. Contacted the place and excuse was being made from the get-go. No empathy or good customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE BUSINESS! What you see is not what you get.

I called in to place an order on Wednesday 12/17 to arrange a pick up at opening on Sunday 12/21 and made payment on the same day I placed the order. I arrived at 10:55am and my flowers were not made nor was there a record of my order being received. The employee frantically called the owner but he was unavailable and he also did not respond to my texts. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. No apology was offered and the poor employee had to rush my order and the flowers looked nothing like the picture, obviously because he was rushed to make the last min arrangement. Flowers were not fresh. Avoid shopping here. They'll only delay your schedule and will not apologize for their mistake. read more

Buyer beware! You may not get what you order! I placed a very specific order for 2 arrangements for my loved one's funeral. The order was placed in person and the owner assured me that he would make it as requested. On the day I was to pick it up, I showed up an hour and a half AFTER our agreed upon time to get my flowers and they were not even started! No one notified me that the order would be late. The owner said he would have it delivered to my home. When it finally arrived at 5 pm, it was not at all what I ordered. Rather than the greenery I specifically requested, it was put together very haphazardly with tons of eucalyptus, which I never requested. When I complained, he told me to bring the arrangement back to his shop at 8 pm! This is all the night before my loved one's funeral. I declined. The next day I again expressed my disappointment with the arrangement and asked for a partial refund. The owner informed me that as the "designer" he has the right to change the order if he sees fit. He said the calalillies I ordered needed the eucalyptus for support. Why was I not informed of this when I placed my order? Again, he never contacted me to discuss the change and refused to give me even a partial refund. Horrible customer service and overpriced for what you get! read more

This place is great, so many different flowers and colors to choose from. I walked in not really knowing what I wanted but the stuff guided me and presented me with a few options. The roses were very fresh and none were wilted which I appreciate since not every place will make sure the quality is right. I got a great deal and the final presentation looked amazing. BUYER BEWARE: This review reflects my personal experience. Before placing my order, I made a point to confirm details directly with the shop. I selected the Pink Peonies Pot arrangement and because the website notes possible substitutions, I emailed (received no response) and then called to confirm availability of pictured flowers in photo. I specifically asked whether the flowers were in stock and whether the arrangement would look like the online photo. I was told YES by Saeed. The total cost with delivery was $277.04, so I felt it was reasonable to expect the arrangement to closely resemble what was advertised, especially after confirming by phone. In my opinion, the delivered arrangement looked noticeably different from the website photo. The green hydrangeas shown online were not included. The peonies were a different color and more open than pictured (which questions how fresh they were) which changed the overall appearance. There were also substitutions that, in my view, were not comparable to what was shown. Additionally, I was charged $27 more than the listed website price. When I contacted the owner about both the price difference and the appearance of the arrangement, I was told I had agreed to the price and that flower prices fluctuate around holidays. I was not offered any adjustment. I understand that substitutions can occur, especially near holidays. However, given the prior confirmation I received and the final cost, I personally felt disappointed with both the product and the response to my concerns. Based on this experience, I would not choose to order from this florist again. read more

I bought a corsage from Nobel Garden for my son's homecoming dance for $53.00. For this price, I was expecting something spectacular. It was basically a flat orchid with a few flowers tucked underneath. When I took it home, everyone I showed thought it was ridiculous. It also came squished in a small gold box. I was embarrassed to have my son give it to his date and thankfully was able to find another corsage the same day. To top it all off, when taking a out of the fridge to look at it the day after it was purchased, it looked limp and discolored around the edges. Noble Garden said no refunds no returns once you leave the store. I would not recommend this florist!! -overpriced, bad customer service and cheap floral designs... No thanks! read more

I honestly wasn't expecting much, being that it was Thanksgiving morning. I'd even messaged a more local florist on IG as a backup. I was *overjoyed* when Hiromi texted me back! It was all uphill from there! I was shown examples of bouquets, I was asked how much I wanted to spend, what color flowers I wanted, and if I wanted the flowers to be in a vase or not. And then the more formal questions were asked of who and where I wanted the flowers to be delivered to, and my info for billing purposes. I was able to complete my Thanksgiving cooking, all whilst conversing with Hiromi via text about my friend's bouquet. The finished bouquet was **GORGEOUS**!! Hiromi is a true artist, and I'm so, so appreciative of the whole experience! Customer service, flower selection, pricing, availability, delivery service, ease of billing via email, clear communication... Yo, let me tell you about this flower shop I found called Nobel Garden Florist. Man, these guys are so good, they can make a bouquet of flowers look better than Beyoncé at the Grammy's! I went in there thinking I was just gonna get a regular bouquet for my girl, but these guys had me feeling like I was in a movie or something. They were throwing flowers around like they were in a magic show or something, and I was just standing there with my mouth wide open like, "Whoa!" And don't even get me started on their customer service. These guys were so nice, they made me feel like I was the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air or something. They were asking me all sorts of questions, like what my girl's favorite color was and what type of flowers she liked. I was like, "Hold up, I thought I was just here to buy some flowers!" But man, when they brought out the final product, I was blown away. It was like they had taken all the love in the world and put it into this one bouquet. With only 3 hours to find a graduation lei for my 14 yr old martial arts student, I called noble garden florist with little hope. Saeed asked me what I needed and when I needed it, and literally told me she'd drop everything she was doing to get me the graduation lei in time. He asked what colors I wanted, and I mentioned I had a small budget. He agreed a single-flower lei would be perfect and she would mix purple and white to make it festive. I picked the beautiful lei up and was welcomed by the most friendly and kind store owner. I was browsing for a good florist in the Redondo Beach area and came upon Noble Florist. When you live clear across the U.S. ( Buffalo, N.Y ), I was looking at pictures from every floral shop in Redondo Beach...until I came upon Noble Florist! I spoke with the owner ( I believe) and told him the " theme" and what kind of flowers I wanted and he was wonderful! I believe his name is Saueed, and he listened intently to my ideas. He went above and beyond, sent us a picture of the arrangement in advance of delivery, and it looked even better than the photo on the website (!).
