What makes this situation frustrating is the strict enforcement of the company's cancellation policy, which charges customers a 50% fee when canceling less than 24hrs in advance. It is only fair that the same level of accountability be upheld on both sides. Customers are expected to respect the policy, and in return, the business should demonstrate the same consideration and reliability. Not be compensated with a $5 discount. When if I had canceled the appointment would have been charged $30. Experiencing this issue more than once concerns me about their consistency and professionalism. I hope improvements are made to better manage scheduling or compensation.

Kiki is also an extraction specialist and educates you on your skincare at home. One of my favorite things about her is the sanitation. She ensures the table is clean after client and rolls out new paper for each use. I also appreciate that she doesn't double dip the stick in the wax. She uses a new stick for each application. I've seen that far too many times with others, so I greatly appreciate her attention to those details. I love her suite.
