It needed a little alteration so we put it on hold as we looked into how/ if / when this could happen in the short week until the dance. I called about 2.5 hours later and the dress was gone. Even the bigger one was gone. The owner felt bad and made several calls trying to find a replacement and even made a special order to get another one shipped before prom. Bliss paid for shipping without having us pre- pay for the dress. The shipping cost and the rush on the alteration was a cost they were willing to eat to help my daughter get her favorite dress. If you like something here I say buy it right then and save yourself from suffering shopping overload. They will do right by you and help you find what you need. The alteration lady they suggested was great.

They are all local Davis County adults. Maybe as a business owner, you should educate your employees on what your company policy is, so they can relay that information when setting appointments. The owner also stated, that every "girl" needs to have a parent there. Some people don't have the luxury of having parents or guardians available for these special events in their lives. Should they be penalized and discriminated against for this? This is 2022, close your doors, since there are so many other businesses that know how to treat paying customers. You should be ashamed that you run a business, that refuses and discriminates against legal adult women.

I arrived a little early and they were able to help me right away. The representative was simply amazing. Very thoughtful, did a great job listening to what I was looking for and helped me find what they had available in store. Unfortunately mine is a surprise event and we didn't have time to order in, but she let me know that was an option. Besides not having a huge selection in my plus size, it was a surprisingly positive experience. My only complaint is the dressing room had no bench, and so wasn't quite as accessible as I would have liked. But the assistance from the sales person definitely made up for that.

We didn't feel rushed or pressured to purchase and felt like Casey really listened to my sisters vision and came through with the most perfect dress!! I contacted the manager, Doug Kirk and he asked me to give them 6 more weeks, because losing or giving clothes to another person happens often. After that time elapsed I initiated a call back to Doug to see what was going on. He asked for the receipts and said that I would receive a reimbursement by that Friday or the following Wednesday. I called Doug back and was told that he would have to check with the accounting department and promised that I would receive a reimbursement within another week. I waited 2 weeks - no reimbursement and no call back from Doug. I tried and tried to get in touch with Doug for another week (leaving messages). Finally, he answered my call and told me that he would again have to call the accounting department, but it may take 8 weeks. That was yesterday, August 19th. He gave me an email address (logan@yourvalet.com) to send them the dress shirt purchase receipts. I have never been treated like this before. 3 months and waiting is an unacceptable business practice. Will I be using Superior Cleaning in Logan UT again? Will I recommend this business? Will I tell everyone I know about this experience? Rating: Customer Service - terrible. Quality is abysmal.

We searched businesses in Logan that sold Thule racks and found The Sportsman. Arriving at the store, I explained our situation to a friendly gentleman (turned out to be Mark) who explained the modern Thule products very thoroughly. I was pretty candid explaining that I'd brought no tools (from Phoenix, our home) but Mark didn't hesitate a moment to commit to assemble and install. Finishing the installation, Mark took a bike from his store and demonstrated all of the loading and locking features of this new Thule rack. Wow, what a great improvement from our earlier model! So, if you're ever in Logan and need good clothing, equipment and, particularly, bicycles and accessories, visit The Sportsman. This business is the epitome of what great retailers with high value products and service aspire to achieve.

These guys are the best!…read more I've been going to the Sportsman for years, I've bought a number of bicycles from them, but best of all is their bicycle maintenance shop. They've always done a fantastic job, treated me well and at bargain prices! When a store does a great job, often times it's difficult to show appreciation for a job well done, so it is my pleasure to give Sportsman five stars. I recently took my bicycle to them with some problems I was experiencing with some grinding in the peddle bearings, I told them I was afraid I needed a new set of bearings, that I had wore mine out. They could have easily sold me an expensive set of new bearings, but they didn't, they were honest in their work, explained to me that the bearings were just dirty and needed a good cleaning, which they did for me at a great price. I was prepared to pay a high price, but instead was taken care of honestly and with great integrity, I appreciated that so much that I wanted to share my experience with you. My bike works like new again; thanks guys, you're awesome! Five stars from me!

There's a large area where you can see people working and then a separate one with a changing room. You change into what you want altered and then they'll come and assess what needs to be done. They're pretty upfront with prices and you can opt-in/out of stuff. Service: So sweet and friendly. I came in with a large bridesmaid dress and they were truthful about telling me to get a new one as even with alterations, it wouldn't look as good. Value: Standard pricing as far as alteration places go. They do guarantee a 1 week turn around basically no matter what which is nice. Overall, would use again.
