Mo was able to answer all my questions and keep me updated through the process. The financing process was smooth and delivery was smooth as well. My boyfriend was interviewing from home at the time of delivery and they removed packaging and set up in the hall to keep the noise down. They were so considerate! I really like the sectional and it seems to be good quality. Also, one of the best parts was that I ordered and had my sectional delivered in less than a week! Comparable sectionals at other companies were quoting at least 5 weeks for delivery on the low end, some were saying several months, right now due to the pandemic I assume. Also Mo checked on me after delivery to make sure everything went okay. Happy customer
