The grooming services prices are NOT AS ADVERTISED. The prices charged are more than twice those advertised on their web page. And, after we agreed to the pricing, they promised our 2 dogs in 2 1/2 or 3 hours. We returned after 3 1/2 hours and they were almost finished with one. We were told to return in another 2 hours. It has now been 3 hours, and they are not finished. We did not ask for anything other than a straight cut - same length overall. We are going to have to drive for 1/2 hour to get to the store, where we will demand the dogs, whether they are finished or not. We will not use this service again. read more

Took my small rescue dog for grooming at 11:00 am, was told I would get a call in about 3 to 4 hours when she was done. Did not receive call after 4 hours went buy so I went into the store at 3:00 pm, was told she wasn't done yet and they'd call me when she was almost done. Called back at 6:15pm and was told she's almost done. My dog was at this place in a cage and scared for 7 hours with no bathroom break or food or water...I am beyond angry. I will not take my dog here ever. Animal cruelty in my book. I was told that they were down a groomer so it was busy. I would have gladly picked up my dog had I known this and she could have come in another day.....Very frustrating that these people don't seem to care about these poor little animals and the stress they go through. I will do my dog grooming at home from now on. read more

I love coming here to look but the prices are so much higher than you can find it online for. I recommend this place for must have right away items. Otherwise check amazon or dog.com to get the same things for half the price. I do like their grooming facility though and have my pet groomed here monthly. They do occasionally have sales on foods which makes it nice & a huge variety of everything to choose from. read more

My dog got the worse groom of her life there. Her coat was very uneven and they shaved her way shorter than I asked for. I specifically asked them not to shave her nose or cut her beard and they did both those things. The groomer who did her was the manager of the grooming dept if you can believe that. She was not there when I picked up my dog and I was given a full refund. The assistant manager of the store looked in the computer and all my instructions of how my dog was to be groomed was not there and was never added. When I called to speak with the manager who had groomed my dog the next day...she had added instructions in the computer the next day to try and support how she had groomed my dog. She hung up one and told the General manager of the store I cussed her out. It was such an unbelievable lie I couldn't believe it. I don't cuss in my daily life period..let alone cuss someone out. I made a complaint to corporate and was told I would be contacted..but they never did. Needless to say I will NEVER get my dog groomed there again. read more

I came in Saturday afternoon around 4 pm I asked if I could schedule a bath, nail clipping and glands to be cleaned on my small to medium dog. At this time I was asked if my dog had a recent rabies vaccine. I replied yes last August 2015 he received a booster from Timber Ridge across the street. They said great we can call and get the information from them. Sunday I drop my dog off 20 minutes before his scheduled appointment which at that time I'm asked what his appointment entails. To which I had to explain everything once again. My dog has short hair which is very obvious and they asked if he needed a haircut. I said if you look at him he has short hair. They agreed. 20 minutes after I was home I received a call stating they didn't have the vet information ( all was given to them the day before ) I explained that their office stated to me yesterday that they would contact the vet. The person on the other end said ok and our conversation ended. 45 minutes later Petco called me to explain that even though my dog had his Rabies tag on they couldn't carry out his grooming because the couldn't contact the vet. If I had my certificate from almost year ago handy they could continue. I replied I have no idea where I placed it. At this time I explained I felt they couldn't obviously carry out a simple task and would return to pick up my dog. 2 hous of my day wAsted when my husband and I had plans and had made arrangements for this grooming 24 hours prior. This company seems unorganized and one hand doesn't seem to talk to the other. read more

If I could put 0 stars I would! Very disappointed, we brought both our 1 year old Oakley and 9 month old Koda to get bathed. I called Tuesday to make an appt for both of them to be seen, I was told I had called in perfect time to make appts for them when I spoke with the lady. We were told to be there at 1pm, so my boyfriend brought both in with papers we were told to bring in hand and were told we didn't have an appt... that was only the start of it. After leaving our dogs there for almost 8 hours we finally were able to pick them up. We'll we had asked that oakley had a bath and a hair cut and Koda just a wash. We were charged a total of $90 for both dogs.. $45 for oakley a cut and wash. They didn't even cut Oakleys hair she looked exactly the same as when we dropped her off. Koda we were charged $45 for a cut and wash when she was supposed to be just a wash and charged for a cut (Even though we didn't want one) that they didn't even cut. I was not happy when we picked they up, just the fact that our babies were able to come home with us. It's been 2 days I am worried about my dogs though.. both of them have been clinging to our hips, cowering down and skidish as if they were not treated well. When we dropped the girls off both were happy, healthy and just ready to be pampered, when we picked them up Oakley we noticed had a pretty severe limp in her front left leg. This limp was NOT there when we had dropped them off. I along with a few others who are around our family/dogs often were worried as to what happened to her and why she was limping when all she was supposed to be doing is getting a hair cut and a bath. I had contacted the Bonney Lake store where we had taken them and explained that 1 we were very unsatisfied with the services that apparently took place during their 8 our visit. I also had mentioned the limp in Oakleys leg and nothing was said about the leg just the fact that I could get a full $90 refund. The next day I went to the store to get my refund with all papers and receipts we were sent home with after our visit. I was told by manager Sara (the one who spoke with me aboit refund) that she could only offer me an in store credit. At this point i was furioius! We paid with our debit card when we paid for the services so to offer me in store credit is ridiculous it's not like we paid with a gift card or a coupon. At this point while sitting in my car in the parking lot I called the corporate office to speak with someone regarding all the above information. I had spoken with Stephanie and she took my statement and forward all the information to Greg her boss. Greg then contacted me 3 days after speaking with Stephanie and was told by Greg Sara at the store was wrong and I was able to be given a full refund in cash for $90. He also stated that if I had proof of an incident happening on the stores clock regarding Oakley the vet bills would be covered by Petco. I had asked for surveillance footage of the time my dogs were in their care and was told I would need to personally contact the store to request those. I requested the footage because I was not at the store for 8 hours with my dogs so the videos would be the only proof of what really happened to them on their watch. Greg told me Phillip was the general manager for this store and I would be able to collect my refund from him. I called the Bonney Lake store not even 10 minutes after talking with Greg and again spoke with Sara, I advised her I had spoke with Greg and was told to contact the store requesting video records. She stated she had taken notes on what I had told her- times the dogs were there, my name, phone number, exactly what I was looking for and she would pass the info onto her manager Tina and have her contact me when I was able to pick up the videos. Tina called me on Thursday 05/05/16 advising me that I was not allowed to see the footage and they are not allowed to hand it out. I told her the only way I would be able to get proof was to see the videos and she stated that again I was unable to see the videos. Our dogs are our life at home and treated very well so for them to act in this matter is nothing of the sort we would expect from either of them. I will NEVER bring my dogs back there and hope people take our advice especially first timers like we were. read more

I recently (8/14/16) took my two senior dogs to the Bonney Lake Petco for the Vetco vaccination clinic, I was told by the staff at Petco that there was a confusion with Vetco and they would not be there until the 21st of the month. My whole reason for going was to get the rabies vaccine for my dogs because they had a grooming appointment on the following Tuesday, Petco's policy is that the animals have to have proof of rabies vaccine. Getting my 15 year old Lab and 11 year old Lab out of the house is a challenge for me and her as she has arthritis in both her shoulders and hips so you can imagine how disappointed I was when I was told that I would have to take them all the to the Covington location to get the vacs! I did go to Covington to get them and when I got there I found out that Tina (BL manager) had called ahead to talk to Jim (Cov manager) to make sure that we were taken care! I was so impressed with the compassion and level of care that given to me and my dogs that i will never go to another retailer for pet supplies! Oh! I met the BL groomer while I was going through all this and i can't wait for their appointment today!!! Awesome job guys! Thank you for all your help! read more
