My dog has been a customer here for food and vet care since he was a puppy, so I trusted them to groom him for the first time. While the groom itself looked fine, my dog was cut near his private area and this was not disclosed to me. My dog is very reactive -- there is no way this injury went unnoticed. The groomers requested I bring him in so the vet can take a look at th grooming injury and for me to be eligible for a refund. He was prescribed both a topical and oral antibiotic that he needs to be on for 2 weeks. This was presented as them "making it right," even though the visit was necessary solely due to their mistake. When I requested my refund, I was initially offered only $20 on a $140 grooming bill. After insisting, they agreed to a full refund -- and then immediately removed me as a client, meaning I now must also find a new vet as well. There was no empathy, accountability, or concern shown for my dog's wellbeing. Since the incident, my dog has been uncomfortable, wearing a cone, refusing to use the bathroom, and barely eating. I've had to rearrange my schedule and miss work to care for him. Mistakes happen. But how a business responds to them matters -- and this response was unacceptable. read more

I like Reber Ranch Veterinarian Clinic. They treat our pups so well. I didn't like that we had to come in for an unplanned visit, due to my pup not being well. He's all better now, but I just wanted to say I appreciate that they were able to work him in on their busy schedules. The vet tech was so sweet to my boy and the doctor was gentle. They all handles him with care even though he was really scared to be there. But oh boy, that bill was a little much for what we went in and got done. Absolutely insane behavior because they aren't hurting for staff because every time I need to make a appointment I drive myself to the reber ranch and there's always 6 people working behind the two separate customer greeting counters. But yet when I call by phone they NEVER, NEVER, EVER answer the phone. Even if I leave a voicemail they NEVER,NEVER, EVER return the calls. I have called and talked to the reber ranch manager and yet it's still continuing. So my recommendation is if you want to make an appointment for the grooming department you'll have better service by driving yourself to the store walking inside reber ranch making a in person appointment for your pet grooming. We came here today to wash our pup before heading to Coby's cafe in Seattle. This self wash actually has a lot of things compared to other self washes. They actually have different types of brushes, shampoos/conditioners, sprays, and provide ear cleaning supplies / treats. I wish there was options for the dryer though. Absolutely outstanding experience! A few months ago - we noticed that our neighbor's golden doodle had the most perfect fresh haircut. While we had previously been determined to groom our one and a half year-old, 45 pound Labradoodle at home (and been successful in completing decent looking haircuts), the process is obviously very time-consuming and labor intense. So we finally asked our neighbor where they take their dog! Turns out, they travel all the way from our neighborhood in Issaquah to have their pup taken care of by Tracy at Reber Ranch. As they explained the Reber Ranch environment, and grooming process to us, everything sounded so perfect. Rather than many other grooming operations that essentially kennel your dog for eight hours, only to listen to other dogs crying in crates and being groomed, Reber Ranch offers an appointment time, where you give your dog directly to a groomer who will get started at that time. Then, they call you about 15 minutes prior to grooming completion so you can pick your dog up right when they are finished. It would seem like this is the most dog friendly, drop-off/pick-up logistical situation, but every other dog groomer that I called for information and prices over the last 18 months seemed to operate with a more basic kenneling situation (and it didn't have as impressive of before, and after photos either!). Because our dog is not used to a kennel environment, and does admittedly have some separation anxiety, we just couldn't stomach a situation where we thought he'd be traumatized - so we absolutely loved the idea of a very narrow grooming window, and minimal (if any) time in a kennel; like Reber Ranch's operation. Today 10/23, we took our dog Woody to be groomed for the very first time professionally, and while he was admittedly "not happy" through the experience, the outcome was exactly what I asked for, and I felt that the price was a great value. The entire staff was so kinda and made me feel good leaving Woody with them. And while I know full-well what a pain he is while being groomed, Tracy was very measured in her debrief to me. She was honest, but did not make me feel bad for Woody's anxiety, or the couple of maths she found that form under his harness. 100/10 experience Note: I did save, and send a few inspiration photos via emailed the day before, and I felt that helped in achieving exactly the outcome I wanted for Woody's haircut. Tracy acknowledged receiving an email, and let me know that she thought my wishes were achievable. She did absolutely outstanding! read more

DO NOT USE REBER RANCH GROOMER! Made an appointment two months ago, just moved to the area. They called me three times, to verify the six upcoming appointments I had made, for monthly maintenance and a deep grooming spa day. Each time they were confused by what I asked to have done, saying that it was booked incorrectly, by the previous employee, obviously not knowing what each employee was doing. My husband took our German Shepherd girl in, they spent 10 minutes on her, didn't do half of the items that I asked to be done, charged 55 bucks, and refused a full refund. Instead, they created their own package, slapped a price on it, and did what they wanted to do. Not what the customer asked & paid for. We made an appointment, got an email, got a text message, and they made him wait as a walk-in, instead I'm giving him the appointment he had made. I called to speak to the assistant manager, she was dismissive, argumentative and rude. Our dog was traumatized. Her stomach was shaved bald, yet they didn't bother to rake out her fur, only spending 15 minutes for a list of grooming items needing to be done. She had a wonderful groomer, before we moved, and has never behaved this way. She was scared when she came out of that room. Reber Ranch is not what it used to be. They are unprofessional, disorganized, argumentative, and dismissive. With the behavior of my dog, I am considering calling the authorities, for this facility. read more

my one star rating is for the people who do not clean up their dogs poop in the dog run. I went there today and let my dog run and there was poop everywhere inside that run. Reber is nice enough to provide the dog run and also provides poop bags and stooopid people don't clean up after their dogs. don't use the dog run if you can't pick up your dogs poop. you people that don't are incredibly disrespectful to Reber and to the other dog owners and dogs. read more

If you value reliability when it comes to the care of your pet(s), I highly recommend avoiding Reber Ranch. I had an appointment for my two poodle mixes to get groomed this afternoon, and 10 min before the appt, they called to tell me they needed to reschedule one of them. I live 30+ minutes away and have a 4 month old, so you can imagine how frustrated I was that I got the call while I was already on the road, nearly at their location. This had happened once before a few years ago, but they simply "forgot" to put my dogs in their schedule after I booked through the Pet Desk app and essentially blamed me for not calling them directly when they use Pet Desk for bookings. Things temporarily got better after that first incident when I started taking them to their sister location Pet Central. With Pet Central now closed, I figured I'd give Reber Ranch another shot, and sure enough a scheduling issue happened again, my second time back. Those of you who get your dogs groomed regularly know how booked out groomers get, so now my poor boys will have to go who knows how many more weeks before their next grooming once I find a new groomer. This review is for the vet facility. While buying my feed for horses and dog I inquired about the cost of spading my 8 year old lab. The person at the vet care was not professional. First she seem insulted that I was asking the price, she told me she didn't really know then when I pressed her she said the vet had to examine the dog first and prices would start at $500. She said to determine how much the price would be I had to pay an $85 evaluation. I explained my dog was healthy, 8 , had never had puppies. She glared at me and was annoyed. I asked if it could be over $1,000 she said sure, only vet could say. FYI- if my equine vet can tell me how much it will be to come out to my barn, castrate a colt ( sedation, farm call & procedure), why on earth can't a small animal vet give a price on fixing a ln 8 year old female dog. I've been so happy taking my dog to the self service pet washing station, it WAS the perfect place between grooming appointments when my dog needed to be freshened up. However, they decided to get new leashes and these ones don't have a clip that will stay in place. They have an adjustable sliding attachment but when your dog moves, the attachment moves too. They are seriously worthless. I had to leave with an almost wet dog because of this issue. I won't be returning since it's now pointless to go here. But if your dog is not a wiggler with the dryer like mine is, this is a great place to wash your dog. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I just wish they would have ordered the normal clips for the leashes. The new ones just don't work. read more

My first time there at the grooming salon and still pending a final determination but overall happy. The grooming could be a little better but I did get a new girl and I also was a first time client so we have yet to establish likes and dislikes. Booking was relatively easy and the lady who helped to get me scheduled was very nice. The store overall is pretty massive with a storefront and vet office collocated. A true one stop shop for your pet/animal needs. Overall, I'll continue to go there and will provide an update. I did not check on prices or inventory but will do so at my next grooming. read more

I paid the inflated prices for what I thought was good service but over time I realized that they are VERY poor at communicating and thinking about the customer. In the past, service seemed ok but I have found that employees don't really have the time or inclination to do the job (overcharging) or remember who you are, but are trained to smile hoping you won't ask questions. I asked and it triggered a mediocre panic. All over less than $5! I thought my vet knew me especially after going through putting my old dog down very recently plus other RECENT (and old) visits. But my new pet and I arrived and she had no idea who I was. TODAY I had grooming with Rebers Pet Central but the reminder emailed a few days ago said "Reber," not "Pet Central" so I cancelled the appointment thinking it was a date mistake for a follow up vet appt. I usually don't post reviews but last week I had quite the experience bringing my dog into the groomers. This review is about the workers at the Trader Joe's location and not the groomer who bathed my dog! My appointment was at 8am. I am always early to any appt. So I pulled up to the store and I could see it was dark inside. I hopped out of my car with my dog and took him to the potty area in the parking lot (there is a small patch of grass and dog bags available). I walked around a bit to kill 5-6 mins before the store opened. I then saw another customer jump out of her car with her dog, so I assumed she was also there to drop her dog off for grooming. So 2 minutes to 8 (I know this because I asked the worker) i see the lights go on in the store so I walk over and open the door which was unlocked. That must have been the WRONG thing to do as the worker there ran up to me and said "we don't open until 8"! I said ok what time is it? She said 2 mins till. I told her ok, but I'm here for grooming. She continues on getting huffy with me and proceeds to tell me that it's store policy and I should have waited in my car until they open. Rude! First of all it's 2 mins, second of all I just wanted to wait in the store with my dog out of the cold for my groomer. Now I would never ever treat a paying customer this way. I also had several other people gripe at me about waking in the store early!!! Cmon now I heard you the first time. They spent more time griping at me than greeting me with kindness and good customer service!! I left my dog with the groomer BUT I am seriously thinking about finding a new place for my dog after this experience. If your store doesn't open until 8 don't turn on the lights, keep the door locked and don't make appts for 8am. Make them for AFTER the store opens perhaps 8:15! I wanted to like this store as I buy my dog's food here and pay a pretty penny bi-monthly to get him groomed. Customer service and kindness are huge to me and unfortunately this may be a loss of a customer due to their workers attitudes. read more

This review is for the DIY dog wash. We have been coming to the DIY dog wash at Reber Ranch and Pet Central for years. It use to be great but the last two times have been a let down. Almost none of the clip on collars that attach to the bath have the piece that allows you to tighten them which makes them pretty much useless. They use to have good brushes at all the stations but today I didn't have one good brush for a double coated dog at my station. My dog was already in the bath so I had to make do with what we had. Also today they were out of conditioner and I had to buy my own. I would have just left or gone without but my long haired dog had just rolled in something and he needs a conditioner afterwards. I understand their delivery didn't come but they are a pet store... can they not just buy some conditioner from the store to supply the bath until they get their delivery? It's annoying I had to buy my own... they should at least offer a discount since they are out of a pretty essential part of the bath. I also didn't realize there was a hole in the side of the hose of the blower so unless you hold your hand over the hole it won't work very well. I will say the facility is always clean. They might lack supplies but I've never worried about it being dirty so I'll still give 3 stars but we won't be back. Anyways I hope they can maintain this space better because it's a great service! read more

ZERO STAR RATING: This review is for the Grooming Service department. We decided to make our first ever grooming appointment here, considering this is where our vet is & where we buy all of our puppy's essential things. While speaking to the groomer-- we made it a point to say we DON'T want a lot of hair removed. My partner even pointed out the strands we wanted TRIMMED; around the bridge of our puppy's nose & just a little TRIMMED off his eyebrows. Why did our puppy come out looking like they shaved his eyebrows off? We wanted to figure out where the miscommunication happened in order to prevent it from happening again on our next visit-- So, we decided to ask the receptionist if we could speak to the groomer, but someone completely different came out. Unfortunately, the person who came out wasn't very helpful-- he was actually extremely disrespectful. He told us there isn't a difference between a trim and a shave, that he didn't see what the problem was & rudely said, if we don't want to pay for it, we don't have to, he'll cover it. Completely missing the intent of our approach to begin with. (If the person who came out to speak to us is reading this-- I hope you took the time to think about our incident & realize it was never about the price tag on the service or about how our dog looked after. Maybe try to understand & appease the situation instead of making it worse with your abrasiveness? There was clearly a miscommunication & we were trying to pinpoint where that miscommunication happened to avoid it from happening again.) Reber Ranch, If a photo showing what customers are wanting would help eliminate these negative experiences; may I suggest making it mandatory for the groomers to request for some prior to grooming? Although, I did notice another review stating they showed photos of do's & don'ts & still didn't get what they had asked for... We paid $35 for a less than 5 minutes grooming session + to be treated poorly at an establishment we frequent. Our mistake for coming here. Proceed with caution... Updated review because they deserve it! Took my dog and a dog I'm boarding in for baths today. Everybody at Reber is so friendly and helpful. The sweetest lady helped me in the bath area today. Keeping an eye on whichever dog wasnt in the tub, gave them treats and love. As I was walking out of the self bathe area, she comes running up "is this yours?" It was my custom made gold and diamond fleur de lis. It has tremendous sentimental value. And it wasn't cheap. My necklace had come unclasped. She could have easily kept it and I would have never known where it was. That type of kindness should be normal, but I know it's not and I really appreciated it. Since I was kind of fumbling to put the necklace and pendant in my pocket, my boarding dog got super excited after his bath and went crazy and actually slipped his harness. I just saw him bolt towards the door. Since I was behind some shelving, I lost sight of him. Another quick thinking employee jumped in front of the door and blocked it. Some customers tell me he is over with them. He had ran to another golden doodle. Thank goodness. The quick reaction of the cashier very well could have prevented a catastrophe. If you're not taking your beloved pet here for care, you are doing a disservice to your pet. I came as support for a friend who had to put down her dog due to seizures and neurological damage. I was so impressed with how her sweet dog and her were treated I decided to switch to them with my new puppy. Now, I live in Lake Tapps and Kent isn't close and I know that in those moments I wanted them to be the ones to take care of my sweet girl. I brought her in for her first two sets of puppy shots. We did get the puppy package for her. We saw Dr. Thomas on our first visit and Piper was so comfortable with her and her Tech was out of this world, I saw just her tech for her 2nd shots and she was just as great as the first visit. On 12/23/22 we lost Piper, our precious baby, due to a hit and run. To say we were DEVISTATED would be an extreme understatement. We brought her in to be cremated and the care I got from walking in to pay to leaving her there in such good hands, gave us a little piece. I got a call from RR and I was thinking it was them telling me that Piper was ready to be picked up. It was not about that, it was Melissa. She called to inform me that they were going to refund some of the puppy package that I purchased since we weren't able to complete it. I just started crying, I didn't even think of that nor would I have even asked for that. That made this terrible couple of weeks just a bit easier. I am so sorry for being such a mess on the phone. You and your manager where a true blessing to us! Thank you for being so kind. When I got home, I checked the mail and we received a card from the office with everyone's signed names and their condolences for our loss, insert more tears. Reber Ranch has made me a customer for the life of me and my pets. I genuinely can't imagine taking my whole world anywhere else for care. From the moment you walk in until you walk out you are going to be treated with the utmost respect and kindness. I work in the medical field and RR tops anywhere I have worked or been. Doctors could take a lesson from them on how to treat patients. I will forever sing your praises and I will let EVERYONE I know that has animals where they need to be taking them. I definitely have mixed feelings on Reber Ranch's veterinary hospital. My preference is to work with and build a relationship with one veterinarian who knows my dog's needs and health history, but that isn't typically how Reber Ranch works. I met with a number of different doctors on their staff over the year or so that we worked with them, typically based on who is available on a given day. Some doctors seemed good but I feel like the last one missed something very big. I won't get too into the details, but long story short, my dog has a chronic skin condition on her neck and chest which was managed very well by the first doctor we met at Reber Ranch. He isn't there anymore and the most recent time, the veterinarian we saw took a completely separate course of treatment, one that wasn't even remotely successful. She even called after and said that she should have sent us home with an antibiotic, but didn't think of it earlier. To her credit, she did ask to run senior lab work on our visit, which ended up identifying a concerning result which she said could have been related to any number of things, up to and including cancer, but only suggested only that labs be rerun in a month. She referred us to a dermatologist. Fast forward - the dermatologist was investigating my dog's skin issue and identified that the lymph nodes in her neck, where the skin issue was, were not normal; tests confirmed cancer. Why didn't Reber Ranch notice this when they were looking at the skin? We lost precious time in between and are now trying to play catch up with her treatment. Though Reber Ranch did raise this as a general possibility, they didn't notice the enlargement of the lymph nodes, effectively communicate the urgency of the lab results or, at bare minimum, make any headway on the original reason we came in: her skin. I've lost confidence in this particular doctor and Reber Ranch as a whole. Needless to say we'll be working with other veterinarians for whatever time we have left together. read more

Too expensive.My Senior dog went there with us due to having underlying health issues. Took him there last week 1/20/2025. He was very sick. He was checked had the exam done. He was NOT eating food.He stopped drinking water 8 days prior to his Emergency Appointment. We tried telling the Vet we took him for a toenail trim ( to another groomers) which was the onset of his paw injury.Which the Vet. didn't think that was the case. A few days later his left paw was injured preventing him from properly walking or being able to function properly. The Vet herself denied that was the issue. He also had Arthritis in his legs. I was mentally ready to say Goodbye to my baby there at the clinic. The Vet.and tech took him to the back gave him an injection of Cerenia for treatment of nausea and vomiting. Which this injection didn't seem to help. Cost was $ 35.00. The appointment was rushed. Less than a 1 hour 20 minutes. Medical Exam $85.00. Then procedures they performed with other medications they sent us with was almost $800. The medications which we didn't use due to his health conditions would have made him worse. I called another vet which said it's not good to give meds when they are having many difficulties eating. He stopped drinking water days before his appointment.He always had fresh water at ALL times. I'm happy to know that he was home 1/23/2025 when he crossed Bridge.He is No more in pain. Do your research before going there. I'm happy my pup passed peacefully. . Good luck..... read more

This review is for the grooming salon specifically. They shaved my golden retriever. TLDR; If you're looking for a quick shave, I'm sure they can meet your needs. If you own a double-coated breed or simply want competent people that will explain potential concerns about your service, I would not trust these people to groom your baby. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My husband brought in photos to show and explain what we wanted, as well as photos of what we didn't want. Cooper is a spitting image of the "do not" photos. I went in the next day to try to talk it over and find out what happened, but the manager was nowhere to be found. The kind ladies at the front desk directed me to his email.. Kind of weird that he was unwilling to call me about it, but I went along with it. Upon sending him an email, I was told he could "meet me in the middle" by offering a discount on my next service, and got a piss-poor, finger-pointing response about why my dog turned out exactly how we showed and asked him not to be cut. Are you kidding me? What good is a 50% credit? Why would I ever trust you with my dog again?? I was told that because the groomer said they would be cutting the hair on my dog's body, that meant we were supposed to assume that they would be taking clippers and just shaving it off. There was absolutely NO mention of using clippers during the consultation, and my dog looks exactly like the images showing what we didn't want.. A shaved down hack job. I have absolutely no idea why a groomer would bother going through a "consultation" to be shown AND told what we wanted to avoid if they were simply going to completely disregard our instructions, and then blame us for trusting that they could do their job. It is an entry-level, grooming 101 lesson that double-coated breeds should NEVER have clippers taken to their fur. It damages both the top and undercoat, and can change the way the fur grows back for the rest of your dog's life. I'm not a "professional" and even I know this. The groomer obviously lacked this knowledge, or didn't care enough to bring this up when they decided to shave him. In my response to the manager, I offered to come in to try to resolve the issue in person. The coward ghosted me, hoping the problem would just disappear because he was unwilling to make things right. Pathetic customer service from the manager, and no mention of trying to use this as a teaching moment to improve for future customers. The refusal to own up to the mistake and the utter lack of knowledge about BASIC grooming rules is the biggest red flag, and I hope this serves as a warning for people considering a groom at Reber Ranch. read more

However, I felt compelled to share our experience after a routine dental cleaning went wrong. Long story short, they broke my dog's jaw while extracting a tooth that had a lesion. They were unapologetic and didn't offer to compensate in any way. The worst part was that they failed to communicate this risk to us before doing the procedure. It also took many requests to receive the x-rays so that we could consult a specialist, whom we've had to pay out of pocket to deal with the aftermath of the problem. I do not recommend taking your pets here for a dental cleaning, and I will personally be looking for another vet for my dogs. read more

Let me start off by saying a huge thank you to Reber Ranch for not only offering doggy acupuncture, but also having it at the best price in all of King County. Dr. Hight is amazing with dogs. At least she was with our Cocoa Bean. Cocoa is a Frenchie that got injured and was diagnosed with IVDD and she was in complete paralysis in her hind side. We decided to go the natural way. Dr Hight was so honest with us and told us we could be wasting our money because she was not making any improvement. We decided to continue and in addition start swim therapy. After a little over a year and lots of Therapy (aqua, cold laser, acupuncture and 2 times daily home physical therapy) she is a happy dog. I'd like to have many reviews of this place for many different reasons. Overall they are a great place and worth checking out. For feed supplies for other animals than dogs/cats, I can only say the bird seed prices and types are reasonably good and variety of feeders is excellent. I buy no-waste seed there and bought feeders. Pet Food: They DO have everything a pet owner could want in the way of food supplies however; all kinds for those with allergies, special diets, etc. Good quality stuff, in many sizes. Excellent frozen supplies too. Great for that. For pet toys and gear supplies, I think the stock is a little overpriced and not as diverse as I'd like to see, but they should NOT be shooting for everything Petco & places like that have anyway, but rather, go toward buying different, Etsy-type unique stock of good quality. Then the prices wouldn't feel ouchy. For grooming, I have not tried it but the quote I got seemed high. I went to my regular groomer elsewhere. For dog-park use outside, I found this a godsend when it was open since it is the only space around that has indoor/outdoor carpet instead of mud. I hope they reopen it; as the owners of floofy white doggies, it was THE big reason for us to go there. For customer service, their phone and counter people have always been caring, polite and friendly, top-notch. All around it is a great place and they do their best. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would at least for the grooming salon. My husband and I brought our dog here and the girl grooming our dog was so unprofessional. They never let us know how long they would keep our dog there. He hasn't ate all morning and was a puppy, it was his second groom and she said she would be taking hours so I decided not leave him and she got upset but when I asked if I could buy something there to feed him real quick she completely said no. Then said he would take to eat all while said something disrespectful about me under her breath. Would not bring my dog here with unprofessional and rude staff. read more

I took one of my cats here for a visit. He has a history of crystals so we wanted to bring him in and make sure if he needed his special vet food. I called and made an appointment. They gave me instructions where to park, what to do when I arrived, and let me know ahead of time that I wouldn't be able to go in with my cat. Funny story: I got there a little early as usual and called them when I got to the parking lot and let them know we were here. They asked me basic information (how old, what was wrong with him, what I wanted to do during the visit) and told me they would be right out to grab him. The nurse came out with a mask and gloves and took him inside. While I was waiting, someone from the vet called. I thought wow that was quick! It turns out they were calling me bc they hadn't heard from me and my appointment time was starting to pass. I let her know I was already here and they took him in. :) it was nice of them to double check though! Anyways, got a call back with recommendations of what he needed on his next visit and let me know that the results will come in tomorrow. They came back out and handed him off to me. The next day, they called me and gave him clear results. They also called a few days later and asked how he was doing. I love this vet because out of our 3 cats, he hates them the most, but when he got home he was walking around the house like normal and his brothers weren't hissing at him bc of the sanitizing smell of alcohol. I know Reber has been around for a long time, I worked here when I was 19. But I am so disappointed in their Vet office. My mom has taken her dogs into the office over the last year and has had 2 very traumatic experiences. 1st time was her German shepherd puppy that we bought her when my dad passed away. At 8 wks, they told her the pup had a heart murmur but she'd grow out of it. At 6mo she came back in for routine shots and they told her "oops she still has the murmur, we'll have to put her down" This was a 6 month old dog that was otherwise healthy, energetic and loving. They made her feel horrible for not ending her life right then and there, they tried to bully and intimidate her. Then we find out that dogs do not grow out of level 2 murmurs, only level 1. When they saw her at 8 weeks she had a level 2 murmur. They tried to get her to do surgery even though they said the dog wouldn't survive the surgery, and really expensive medication that had a bunch of really awful side effects but "the meds probably wouldn't work". Yeah, that's helpful. Then just today she brought in her 10 yr old Scotty, one of his nails was growing weird and she needed them cut. They told her it was a tumor, they needed to amputate the foot and that the cancer is fatal, she should put him down today. Again this dog has a great life, he's healthy, energetic and happy. And they AGAIN tried to bully her into ending this dogs life and made her feel horrible for not taking care of him right then and there. She took her dog home and we are looking for a new vet. I've been to Reber in the past just to pick up some snacks for my dog, but I recently got the chance to use their Self Service Dog Wash and dog park as well with my GSD and Husky. Reber is great for all pet supply needs. They have EVERYTHING for dogs and cats, as well as farm animals too! The Self Service Dog Wash is WHAT'S UP. Washing my dogs at home is so hard - especially because one of them is nearly 90 lbs. I'm talking hair all over my bathroom, a backache that lasts days, and getting a bonus shower for the day. But Reber saves the day! Their Self Service is sooo cool. My boyfriend and I already decided this is what we'll do every time they need baths from now on. For $40, we bathed both of our dogs but didn't have to worry about any messes AND they supply towels, numerous numbers of shampoos and conditioners, different brushes, treats, and of course, the bath. None of that is an added fee! The dog park that they have right in front of the store is great too. There were so many nice people and dogs that our pups got to play with and it was nice to get some of their energy out before we bathed them. The park supplies plenty of tennis balls and water, and even has a covered area for people to stand/sit under which isn't common for dog parks. Definitely a favorite spot for this dog lover. Wet/dry food, medication, toys, accessories and everyday living items. They sell cool things for us humans as well. There is also a pet vet clinic, all barn animal food and needs.
