The staff took the time to ask me questions about the dogs (vaccines, concerns, etc) which was helpful and comforting. The groomer has a ton of experience with Shih Tzus and was so patient with my Charlotte (who can be a royal pain in the butt). I didn't mind dropping them off and picking them up a few hours later because I knew the pups would take a little extra time. I was thrilled to see how neat and clean the pups came out! I even double-checked beforehand to confirm the cost, and everything was set and scheduled. The night before the appointment, we followed their instructions and adjusted our cat's feeding schedule. We also gave her Trazodone to help ensure she would be calm and relaxed for the grooming. I took time off from work to be home for the appointment, only to receive an email about 30 minutes beforehand stating there would be an additional $100 "handling fee." I never saw the email in time, and no one called or texted to discuss it. Instead, no one showed up for the appointment. The complete lack of communication, professionalism, and consideration for my time was extremely disappointing. After confirming the price, preparing our pet, and taking time off from work, I expected much better customer service.
