After 2.5 hours I went there to find out what was going on and saw that my dog was in a kennel and a big 20 inch fan that was on full speed was blowing on her, I don't know how long this was going on, they never did anything else to her except for bath! The poor dog was sitting there getting hit with that full force COLD wind blowing on her. After voicing my displeasure, I got my dog and left. This is total bullshit! They still had another dog that they had not even started on and that dog was ahead of mine??? The drive home, my poor dog was repeatedly coughing and occasionally sneezing. I DEFINATELY RECOMMEND YOU FIND A SAFER AND KINDER PLACE TO TAKE YOUR ANIMALS TO! If my dog gets sick, THEY will be paying the medical bill!
