We've been coming here for grooming for years and really have to give a shout out to Mahi, who grooms our dog Lani. Lani is a very anxious, easily scared pup and in the past has needed trazodone for grooming or vet visits, but with Mahi we've been able to bring her in without any issues. Nail trims with other groomers have always been a struggle, but Mahi somehow manages to get them done. We can usually get appointment times that work for us, and our dogs always come back smelling great and feeling super clean. Parking is easy right out front. Even though this location stays busy, they move people through pretty efficiently and seem well organized with their appointments. The grooming prices are reasonable and the fact that it's close to our house is a big win. Our other dog Bradi is much more social and absolutely loves coming here. She thinks it's playtime every time. We also like that they offer teeth brushing as an option. Overall a solid grooming spot if you live in the Queen Anne or Interbay area. read more

(He's on the left) He's a toy poodle and they completely shaved him down, leaving him unrecognizable, not even leaving any facial framing or fur on his ears despite him clearly not having any matting in those areas. Groomer seemed uninterested in conversation regarding the cut so I just left. Just did a lazy job in general. The groomers name was Wethir I believe. Does this look like a poodle cut to you? Such a low effort job for a $90 charge. My dog on the right was also pretty matted up and was taken to the Petco location in Ballard just last week, notice the difference in effort on the groomers end. TURNED AWAY FROM GROOMING APPOINTMENT - Today we brought our 1 year old Mini Aussie in for his first cut and groom. The appointment was made a couple of weeks in advance and as required, we brought our proof of vaccination. While talking to the employee at the desk, we mentioned that we had given our dog a small dose of a calming medication a few hours before. Upon hearing this and speaking to the manager, we were informed that due to the fact that we had medicated our dog, he would not be allowed to be groomed that day. For the record, we only gave him a small amount and there was no indication in his behavior that would lead one to believe that he had been medicated. I asked if this warning was stated anywhere in the numerous emails and texts we had received after booking the appointment. After checking, she could find no mention of this policy anywhere in the communications that customers receive. So, it turns out we medicated our dog for no reason and wasted our time driving to and from Petco. As a result of this poor service we will not be using Petco in the future and will be leaving negative reviews on all available platforms in order to give people this information so that they don't have to waste their time dealing with this type of frustrating situation. read more

Pathetic Grooming Department - I came in with my 12 lbs maltipoo for a grooming session. He's been groomed by multiple other groomers with exceptional positive feedback. They called me about a hour later saying "Coco is ready for pickup" and I drove there to find out my dog had a very bad experience there. My pup came out glad to see me and the groomer told me that Coco tried to attack him and bite him multiple times and apparently for no reason. Then I called the assistant manger to tell me the same thing and he too mentioned that coco tried to bite him multiple times. They let me know that Coco will not be seen at any other Petco. Coco wouldn't come out from under the dining table after I reached home and he was soooo bummed out and shaking. It was obvious that groomer scared him with the trimmer by either cutting him or not being patient with him. It's not rocket science, people have figured out how to groom dogs efficiently. If this job was simple then I would have gladly done this at home but this is why you guys have a job and get paid fairly well. Instead of being accountable for this I was told that I have a vicious biter in my hands and I was returned a half trimmed dog who was devastated. ( for the record, this guy has never once bitten or even tried to nip ANYONE!!!) and on top of that he's banned from visiting a petco groomer!!!! Avoid getting you dog groomed from May!! I started bringing my bichpoo puppy here when he was 12 weeks old for a bath. I've been bringing him in every 3-4 weeks since. He's now one. Usually I have Cassandra doing his baths, and she does a great job. My dog is always happy to see her. The last bath he had with her I was told he was acting really difficult and she had a hard time brushing him. Last week I brought my dog in. I gave him an anti anxiety pill, since I was told he acted terrible at the last session, and was told they don't take any dogs on sedatives/ anti anxiety meds. I've never been asked if he was on anything before? I asked to see a list of medications they can't take and he couldn't provide me with one. If I never said anything, they would have never known. He was still a happy puppy acting completely normal, not sedated. We brought him in on Thursday for a trim with May. I got a call about 3 hours after dropping him off that he had to abort the service since Rocky was being aggressive and bit him. When we picked our dog up his hair cut looked so terrible. All the shaved hair was different lengths. They didn't cut any hair on his head at all and he has patches of long hair all over his body. He looks so bad that they didn't even charge us. May was also no where to be found, he couldn't even face us and tell us what happened. We have an appointment scheduled for next week to finish the groom and to determine if he should be banned or not. At home we were able to use scissors to trim some of the hair patches he left with clippers, with no problem or any sign of aggression, something he could have atleast done before sending him home with us. today I noticed my dogs skin was red, so i applied some conditioner to help soothe his skin. Once I did, it revealed a 2 inch scabbed over scratch, matching the length of a tip of clippers. No wonder why he got bit... Don't come here for grooming. I've taken my dog to multiple groomers and this groomer insists on doing a dog inspection including their teeth, even if they aren't getting their teeth brushed. No other groomer does this. There isn't an attempt to build a rapport with a dog and then will turn you away if there is growling, stating it's a sign of aggression. I've been turned away multiple times here if I get the wrong person who is having a bad day. Their policies aren't evenly applied. A horrible waste of time and horrible business practice to accept a customer only some of the time based on arbitrary standards. I'll never shop at Petco again, so many other places in this city who will actually take time to get to know a dog before trying to slip a lead on them or shoving their fingers in their mouth. read more

I took my 6 month golden retriever puppy for a bath today and she refused to take my puppy in. I was here before and the same person rejected us, for the reason that "I don't know if the vaccination record from your breeder is for your dog" despite us providing current vet's contact info and offering to call to verify. lol, why would I fake a vaccination record to pay $$ to bath my dog at your store? A few days later, we took our puppy here again and was happily welcomed and bathed by another person. I was told my puppy did very good. Again, today, that same lady rejected us. They let him "sit", he was distracted by a dog waiting outside of the glass door and another dog barking aggressively in the grooming room. When they say "sit" my baby didn't do it right away but choose to come forward and lick the stylist's face. He's just a happy sweet puppy who wants to say hi. BEWARE! HORRIFIC GROOMING DEPARTMENT! I have encountered multiple issues when visiting this store and am not surprised that it only has 3 stars. After reading some of the other reviews, I can't believe that this place is still operating. When attempting to return a purchase I had made the day before, I was informed that they were no longer accepting returns due to Covid regulations. While I can understand this policy, it was never relayed to me when first purchasing the item and no one there seems to know when returns will be accepted again which is very unprofessional and ridiculous. I also attempted to make a grooming appointment for my dog here as well. However, I was told that, because my dog's rabies certification had expired, he could not be seen. His rabies certification expired at the beginning of Covid and no veterinarians are currently doing well check visits or giving immunizations per Covid regulations. They called my vet which relayed this information to them and confirmed that I had called just days earlier to try to have my dog seen for his annual check up but was unable to because of Covid restrictions. Even knowing this, I was still denied service and had my appointment cancelled. They made absolutely no effort to assist me even though we are all struggling in the pandemic and I had no control over the situation. I find it extremely rude and unprofessional that a company such as Petco would expect their customers to work with them on issues related to Covid (such as the sudden "no returns" policy) but then would absolutely refuse to work with us on the same issues regarding the epidemic (such as my dog's expired immunization). Olive likes shopping here, and of course that's what matters most. I like that it's conveniently located and they have a great return policy. We got a crate and when Olive quickly found her way out of it, Petco was happy to allow me to return it. The weirdest thing about this store is the layout. The dog beds, for example are on a different wall than the dog toys, and the cat scratchers are in between them. The staff is hit of miss. A few people are really friendly, but one basically just ignored me. I like petco hence the reason I signed up the their vital care plan. Today was just an unpleasant visit. Upon dropping my dog off I just felt uneasy. The groomer seemed as though she was a little intimidated by him. When I picked him up he seemed fine but just did not look clean. I asked her did she bathe him because he did not smell as he normally does when I take him in for grooming (it seemed he was just sprayed with water). The groomer seemed as though she was a little insulted but it was the truth he still smelled bad (so what exactly did you do)? The groomer did state if I was not satisfied she would not charge me. Although I don't feel he was bathed properly I did not feel comfortable not paying so I offered to pay 50% (which I now regret once getting home and family members fell he was not really washed as well). Had a worse encounter with the cashier. Keep in mind I have an 11 month old American Bully. Well behaved to be a puppy and lives at the dog park so he can constantly socialize with other dogs. Excited about seeing another dog he starts barking to get to the dog. The cashier comes from behind the counter to give him a treat and he jumps up on her and she just dramatically goes flying back and and falls in a empty bend behind her. I immediately apologize and she goes to get him some treats. Know the other employees are looking at me like my dog was being aggressive and a customer also being very dramatic stating how my dog bark was so loud and she does not like it, although there was another dog literally right behind her barking just as loud (but you only notice the American Bully because he looks more aggressive). I spent about 20 minutes at checkout because the cashier could not figure out how to ring me up using my vital care plan. When the store was cleared out I told the other employee that it is not ok or fair how people stereotype certain dogs (meaning her as well due to the way she was staring) and he is just a huge teddy bear. The cashier agreed and stated she use to have a pitbull as well (well he is not a pit he is an American Bully). The cashier was taking so long to ring me up I stepped outside for a little bit for a change of environment for my dog. After coming back in the cashier was just acting strange so I asked her was she ok because I really felt as though she was trying to make something out of absolutely and told her everyone was being so dramatic. I have been trying to get my puppy into the groomers for 5 weeks.. Finally the day of my appointment comes and 1 hour before, it gets cancelled. The groomer called out sick (I understand that) but the employee who called to tell me, refused to re-book me. She said it had to be the groomer who called out, who could re-book me, but that she didn't know when she would be back. I've called 3 times and left 2 messages and haven't heard back from anyone. I come to this petco often, to get cat food, I got some snails once, kitty litter, night crawlers, etc. Every single time, I have a great experience. I know y'all are a chain - but this specific petco is fantastic. It's not the best petco items-wise but people-wise. What y'all lack in merchandise, you make up for with your staff. I also had an experience tonight at petco that really warmed my heart and I'd like to share. For context, I recently got a breast reduction and it's been a hard recovery. A week ago, I was given the go-ahead to start moving around and carry some stuff, but I can't overdo it or else I get hurt. However, I have needed to resume usual life activities - and it's been a challenge. Navigating Seattle is rough too and not to mention the pretty non-friendly people, which makes asking for help really hard (I'm a transplant of 1.5 years). Tonight at about 7:45, I needed to pick up kitty litter, and kitty litter is so heavy. I was really anxious about getting it beforehand, because of my stitches. I found the exact kitty litter I wanted, and tried my hardest to bring it to the cash register. The super nice cashier noticed I was struggling when I got there and instantly asked if I needed help and scanned it from the floor. I thanked them and apologized and told them I just had a breast reduction so lifting stuff is kind of hard right now (TMI but I have just been being honest). One cashier gathered 2 people around her and they all offered to carry it to my car. I was about to say no because that is just so sweet but realized I can't carry it. One of the people there carried it to my car and he was so sweet. I'm usually wary having men walk me to my car when it's dark but he was so non threatening and just wanted to help. When I got into my car, I cried for like 30 seconds because that was so nice. And they didn't have to do that. They just really made my day, my recovery has been a lot. The Interbay Petco has great parking, it's clean, the store carries a wide range of products. Up until today, I purchased most of my dog's food from the Interbay Petco. Tonight, I took my dog in for nail grinding. **I posted photos of my dog's nails after the Interbay Petco grinding.** When I picked her up, I asked, "How did it go?" According to the dog groomer, it didn't go well. To summarize the groomer's long reply, she said: -my dog freaked out -she needed another attendant to hold my dog down -she did her best, but she couldn't do much due to my dog's behavior I was shocked, because my dog has had her nails done numerous times without any issues. I looked at my dog's nails. They appeared to be the same length as they were before the nail grinding. In addition, they were uneven and rough. (Far worse than what I can achieve on my own at home.) The groomer started to provide me with the paperwork necessary to pay for the nail grinding. Very awkwardly, I explained that I wasn't going to pay for the visit, because I still need to get her nails done. The groomer called the night manager. The conversation with the night manager was super awkward. The night manager did not look at my dog's nails. I explained why I did not feel comfortable paying for the visit (while looking at a money back guarantee sign--pretty funny). I said I would be happy to provide a copy of my receipt after visiting another groomer. As I turned to leave, the manager told me "good luck." Due to his tone of voice and delivery, it seemed like a "you'll need it" dig. It was a very bad experience. After I arrived home, I called the Holman Petco and spoke to Tracy in grooming. I explained what happened and asked if she would be comfortable grinding my dog's nails. I took my dog in, and Tracy fixed my dog's nails in about eight minutes. I posted photos of my dog's nails; you can see the nails after the Interbay grooming and after the Holman grooming. The difference is clear. I happily paid for the nail grinding, and let Tracy know how relieved I was that my dog didn't appear to have any behavior issues. (Being told that my dog had behavior issues was the worst part about my experience at the Interbay Petco. Tracy resolved those fears, and let me know that my dog behaved normally during the visit.) After the Holman grooming, I drove back to the Interbay Petco to show the night manager my receipt. I also showed him the before and after photos, which I posted to Yelp. During the conversation, the night manager still attributed the poor nail trim to my dog's behavior, saying, "she must have had a bad day." He also reiterated that two employees needed to hold my dog for the nail trim at Interbay. The picture I posted captures the poor performance at the Interbay Petco. And apparently, the manager stands behind that performance. I recommend that you enjoy grooming services elsewhere. read more

My last few experiences at Petco have been great but unfortunately their customer service is declining. The cashier was rude and wasn't helpful with addressing my questions. I went to grooming and one of the groomers wasn't wearing a mask but did keep a 6 feet distance. I was able to get a grooming appointment right away, which was great! However, after my dog got his hair cut I noticed that there were still clipper marks all over his coat and the hair on his ears were very choppy. They did a HORRIBLE job and they shaved very close to his skin that is looked very red. I've gotten my dog groomed at Petco before at different locations and never had a problem. Robyn was not friendly and clearly rushed through my dogs grooming, leaving his coat looking uneven and displaying clipper marks. I will not be taking my dog here again. The first time we went to get prescribed dog food for our yorkie with kidney problems they said they couldn't help us because they said the store didn't have it in stock and that we would have to order it online. We went to look for it ourselves and found it in the back with the rest of the dog food. We came back to pay for the food and told them it had been back there when they had just told us they didn't have any. They didn't apologize or say anything just tried to be fake and ask about the dog. The second time we came back for our dogs grooming appointment, we were maybe 30 min early so they decided to inspect our dog and just started pointing out what was wrong with her. They pointed out her dry ears and some matted spots on her paws, which we underside but then told us they couldn't take her bc the matting was too close to her skin which we even checked and it is not. We called another pet grooming place and they said they would help us and said the Petco people just don't want to deal with it (lazy) we left so disappointed because they really couldn't take her in. We had thought it was a racial thing at first but looking at the other reviews this place just sucks so much and they're always so cold and pretty rude. Most times I don't have the energy to write reviews. However, the experience my partner and I had at this particular store deserves a review. We both really wanted to like this location since it's close to our neighborhood. Yesterday, we visited this location to buy a special shampoo for our Aussie pup. Of course, because of his skin condition we had to review a few of the labels to ensure it would resolve the issue. Many employees walked by, and never asked if we needed help. About 10 minutes later we noticed a random guy pretending to look at items. First impression, we thought he was reviewing product info as well. We finally found the product we needed, and we then began to head to the opposite side of the store to look at other items. Because after all, that is the purpose of shopping. We notice the same guy is now on the same aisle as us. We head over to the toy section on the opposite side of the store, and here goes this guy again... following us around the store. We walk further to the cash register, and he follows us again. Of course, we realize this has to be a loss prevention person thinking we are just lurking and trying to steal something. We eventually PAY for our items, and leave the store. I definitely won't pull the race card, because that "doesn't exist," right??? However, I will say this is not the first time this has happened to us at this location. Never stereotype your customers! We will never visit this location or any other Petco at that. We will shop at a place where we can actually look at options without being stalked, and expected to steal. read more

I have to agree with other reviewers: don't bother coming here for grooming. The salon seemed extremely busy, employees don't give a crap about service (when I started to ask for help, one employee very rudely cut me off saying "someone will be with you in a bit" as he walked away after I had been waiting to be assisted), and I had to wait nearly 4 hours to complete a simple bath package. The funny thing is, Petco asks for a 20% tip (according to the cashier) on top of this kind of service. I still tipped anyway (Micah did a nice job with my dog - I hope it goes straight to him and not pooled within the grooming salon), but I'm very hesitant about returning. It's such a shame because I used to take my dog to another Petco location regularly and the experience has always been amazing. read more

I walked over to the Magnolia Petco during my lunch break because I keep a 10-gallon community fish tank for our office. I thought, "Why not, I'll just go on over and see what they have." It would be a nice break from the regular routine. Gee, sure wish I hadn't. You can stand there waiting, while the employees are looking like they are busy. And if you ask a question, you are treated like you are an inconvenience. I ended up spending $25 anyway because the variety of fish are good (bought some Balloon Mollys and Rummynose Tetra). The fish look healthy (well, that might be a back-handed compliment due to a few tanks having dead/dying fish in them but this is typical of the fish mill mentality of these stores). After being scolded by the 20-something year old employee that was conversing with another employee right around the corner, and not addressing the customer (me) to not touch the aquatic plants (they section they had cordoned off at 75% off, the plant tags, some non-existant, were unreadable because they were under the flow of water in their display, so I was simply trying to see what they were.....), she called for another employee. Josh came right over to give me more eye-rolling, snotty behavior. I asked him (after he begrudgingly removed and bagged my plants) if he was a fish catcher, too. He said, "All of us catch the fish!" like my question was so out-of-line, because I was interested in buying some fish, too, which I should have clearly put off, and would have had I known how this employee was. At this point, I was so put off that I started changing my mind about which fish I wanted because this type of customer service is a bit frustrating for me and it was get even time. I noted to Josh that I was changing my mind about the first order that I had put in with him. He was getting the Rummynose for me when I stated this. I told him that instead for the Lyretails, I was going to purchase the Balloon Molly's instead. He said, "Well, I am not going to get them in a bag and then have you change your mind again." To him, I stated, "The customer is always right, Josh, and if you get them in a bag, I will be sure to buy them!" Then, while he was catching them, I asked (and probably shouldn't have), "So, is this you in-between job, while you wait for your dream job?" After an awkward pause, he then exclaims, "I would appreciate it if you stopped harassing me. You are the type of customer that I go home and tell people about." I said, "Sure, you go right ahead." He even then said that "his hands were shaking". My Gods, let us go to extremes!!! From there on, it leveled off because I think he knew I wasn't playing anymore. Dish it, get dished is what I always say. This Retail Employee/Customer exchange had to seem like an eternity to accomplish. On the way out, I did apologize to him because I am going to be the better person in this sort of thing, and didn't want bad feelings, just in case I had the wrong impression. But based on other entries here, I don't think I am incorrect. Most businesses survive on repeat business, just saying. I don't think I'll be going to this store, no matter how cool the fish are. If upper management has any grasp on how poorly their employees are at this store, they might consider a full sweep on rehiring. Just sayin'.......... read more

The petco groomers were very thorough and friendly. My pup Rosey was overdue for a hair cut and Teenya took good care of her! She had her work cut out for her since other groomers didn't take much off Roseys hair. I will go in for a touch up since there are some spots still a little long but Rosey left happy which makes me happy! We will definitely go back although it's pricier than other groomers. The aquatic department at this Petco is beyond abysmal. Sick, sad fish. Many obviously dead. I know we as humans generally don't really give fish the same consideration as other, furrier animals, but I wouldn't hesitate to call this abuse. Even the freshwater plants were rotting in the tanks. Please, Petco, get it together for the sake of the animals. read more

Store is fine. This one star review is for the amateur grooming department. I took my shih tzu puppy for a grooming and I told the staff person that I wanted the dog's face hairs trimmed short and the body hair a short to medium length. She wrote down the instructions and then gave me the paperwork that guaranteed me that it would be less than EIGHT HOURS for something that takes any other groomers I've used, around three to four hours. I gasped and told her that if it was going to take that long that I won't be leaving my dog with them. She told me not to worry because that it wouldn't take that long. SIX HOURS later, they were finally done, which in my opinion and years of experiences with my other two shih tzus, took twice as long. If my dog looked good afterwards, I wouldn't have been so upset that they spent six hours on him. But no, he looked AWFUL. They did exactly the opposite of my request leaving the face pretty much untouched and his body completely shorn. I didn't even bother to ask them to fix his mangled cut because I don't trust their skills and took them to my usual groomer to get fixed. Who trained these groomers and who hired them? I typically go to a different Petco, but needed to stop by Whole Foods, so I thought, "Perfect! One stop shopping!" I'll do myself a favor and make two stops next time. Although this location is big, clean and organized, some employees could use some training in customer service. And apparently math. I gathered my bags of dog food and a cute sweater for my dog and headed to check out. There wasn't a line, and an eager employee waiting at one of the registers quickly offered to check me out. Easy enough. I had a 20% off entire purchase coupon on my phone that the gal tried to enter into the system. Didn't work. She explained that the system doesn't let them take the percentage off using just the coupon number, but printing the coupon and scanning it did. I thought that was weird because the Petco I usually go to never has a problem with typing in the coupon number. No worries though, she said she could manually enter the discount on one of the items. "Sweet!" I thought. As I was walking out to the car, I realized...."Hm. $13 off doesn't sound right." I bought two bags of dog food and a sweater. No way was a saving of $13 was 20% off the entire purchase. Went back into the store and was helped by a different employee. I explained to her the situation: Had a coupon for 20% off the entire purchase, but only received 10% off. She looked confused, looked at the receipt and saw that there was a percentage taken off one item (which coincidentally was 20% off that one item). I explained again that the coupon was for 20% off the entire purchase, not just one item. The original lady that had checked me out chimed in to explain that I had not printed out the coupon and the system didn't recognize the number when manually typed in, so she had to manually enter a discount off of one item. I said that I understood that, but she didn't discount enough. They both looked at me with blank stares, so for a second I thought I had it wrong. Maybe the coupon was for just one item? Nope, they both confirmed that it was 20% off the entire purchase. To help break it down for them, I said that the subtotal was $130 and $13 was only 10%. The original girl marched over, took my receipt and started typing away at the cash register. Asked for my credit card and said that I would be getting $27 and some odd change back. "Wait, an additional $27? "A total of $27." Gave her my card, she swiped, stapled the new receipt to the old one, handed it back and said, "Is that what you wanted?" Rudely, I might add. I said yes, and thanked her and she walked away without another word. Man, I should've said that what I wanted was for her to be able to do her job... Checked my new receipt on the way out: An additional $27 and some odd change. I guess the extra $13 was compensation for the waste of my time? Future reference, print out any coupons to spare employees from doing manual discounts. read more

We've been coming to this location for the past 2 years for all of our food, toy and grooming needs, but never again. We are no longer Petco loyalists after our experience with groomer - Robin - today. It was a total nightmare from the outset but I'll fast forward to the end when she accused our 2-year old Frenchie of biting her hand during his nail "trim" (in parenthesis because, well, look at the photos...). First off, our dog has never bitten or shown any measure of aggression to any human or any animal under any circumstance. Ever. Also, he's been getting his nails trimmed at this location at least once a month since he was born, but now all of sudden he's developed a bite? I find that highly unlikely. What I find more likely is the possibility that Robin was doing such a terrible job trimming his nails (again, the photos), that she screwed something up so badly she caused him pain which led to a reaction. I mean, just looking at the photos gives me pain! Finally, Robin was completely unprofessional about the whole thing after the fact. She showed me her hand and said, "He bit me right here," and pulled it quickly away. Not seeing so much as a discoloration or scrape (our dog does have teeth, after all), I asked to see her hand again. She said she didn't have to show me again and promptly informed me that Mishka was no longer welcome at Petco. Okay - Good riddance! We'll be taking all of our pet business elsewhere now. read more

I was as excited as one can be about a pet store when I learned a Petco was going in next to the Whole Foods on 15th. The Magnolia, Ballard and Queen Anne area are amazingly devoid of big box pet stores, which is probably a good thing for many reasons except one. Unfortunately this meant we ended up driving to Crown Hill or U District to get pet food because we choose not to feed our cats the small batch, hand cooked, gluten free, unicorn meat stuff available at boutique pet stores. That stuff is great if it's your thing; it's not ours. Enter Petco, a five minute drive from our house. This is probably the cleanest and nicest Petco I've ever been to. I'm sure it's due in part because the place is new, but they've also seemed to step up their game in how they've designed their displays. Perhaps they're catering to the area or trying to fall in line with Whole Foods. The store is very heavy on on organic and natural pet food, to the point that I had trouble finding the regular stuff I was looking for. If I'm honest, I thought their selection was kinda weak in this and other departments like litter. I got everything I needed, but I didn't get the specifics brands/sizes I usually get at the other locations. The employees were all exceedingly polite and helpful. I kinda wanted to punch them for being so chipper... but that's just how I am. :-D All in all, a solid addition to the area. read more

This Petco is set-up/organized in a way that actually makes sense and makes shopping easy. They've always got an excellent selection (note: I only shop for dog items) and the staff is super helpful if you've got any questions. I have never used the grooming services. Dog training classes with Barbara were PHENOMENAL. She patiently and compassionately trained my rescue dog (and I) all the way from "Adult I" through earning her Canine Good Citizen designation. She is a teeny bit disorganized, but makes up for it with her talent. In my experience, the pet sweaters are pretty crummy quality, but the return policy is great...you can get a new one, even if yours is already worn and torn. read more
