if I could give them a 0 I would. I ordered 4 kennels and a pet ramp. I had to return the kennels because they were too small for my GSD. and they didn't have the XL I needed. The Pet Ramp was back ordered & they didn't know when they would be available. I was told I had to call Customer Service to cancel the order as they couldn't cancel it in the store. So I called and cancelled it on 1/12/25. I was told I would receive my refund in 5-7 days. it's been a month, and with talking with one of the supervisors "JOCEL" who confirmed they owe me $143.71, she has given me a hard time & won't issue my refund. I have emails saying they owe me the refund but still wont issue it to me. JOCEL has stopped returning my calls and Emails. I have been shopping at Petco for over 15 years. Shame on them for not giving me my refund!!!! I will no longer be shopping there. BE CAREFUL ordering online & trying to get a refund if you need to. I will be taking my business to PetSmart & Chewy from now on.

I have been here probably a hundred times over the years and this is the worst I have ever seen it. The animals all look sick. Or worse dead. They need to do something different ASAP!

She died of pancreatic cancer.Fast forward to a year ago, after this program said I could use my last 2 paid weeks in the future. I rescued another dog who needed training for pulling and aggression towards other dogs. I opted to use my prior 2 weeks and pay an additional 1k to train my new dog. Everything was set for early January of 2025, but my mom died on the 16th and I couldn't keep the schedule. When I began attempting to contact Daniel in March, he was MIA. I felt bad for him and thought there must have been a tragedy in his family. Not so, he is just dodging me. I dont care about the lost 2 weeks. I just want my 1k back. Shame on you. I would not refer you to anyone.

Back in March, I was told that my dog Shadow could be scheduled for a refresher in June due to one of the trainers resigning. I understood the situation and was more than willing to wait. I even responded promptly, confirming that June would work and asking to be placed on the calendar. As June approached, I reached out again -- multiple times -- to follow up and get a specific date set. My messages were never responded to. It's now the end of June. At this point, I just want my money back so I can take my dog elsewhere to someone who's reliable and professional the least you can do is communicate and issue a refund.

Brandon was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind as he worked with my Goldendoodle Max. I was amazed at how well Max behaved after the first day! Max has continued to improve with listening to commands even with distractions (people, dogs, cars). Before this program I was stressed to take Max, or the bucking bronco, outside the home. It was embarrassing as he wouldn't listen to me, pulled on his leash, barked, jumped on visitors and was too friendly/excited around other dogs. I had worked with him since he was a puppy...he knew his basic commands...he just wouldn't listen. It was really frustrating! I love our Max but we needed help! Max is now a superstar Doodle! I take him everywhere without any stress or anxiety! Brandon has equipped me with knowledge, confidence, and tools to help Max be the best dog! The coolest part is Max is happier and more confident as with me, he is equipped with awesome skills and understands what I am communicating to him. His focus is on me and not the squirrels/distractions. Thanks Brandon!!!! If you are dealing with a bucking bronco fur baby, don't wait. Do it, make the call!!!! I wish I would have signed up months ago...Oh well...life is superb with my Doodle Max.

My two year old lab, Brody, is a sweetheart but if he wanted something, he was determined to do…read moreanything to get it. He would eat everything in sight (especially socks!) Brody loves people and other dogs, so he would get so excited when they were around that it was hard to control him. I always assumed his behavior was because he was young but I knew something had to change when he got kicked out of doggy daycare for taking an employees gardening glove and swallowing it. That's when I found Sit Means Sit. It was very easy to get information on the website. I just typed in my name and phone number and a little summary about Brody and Brandon, the trainer, called me the next day. We spoke about all the different packages they offered, prices, and what the training includes. He helped us pick the training program that would help Brody the most so we signed right up. I scheduled our first training session pretty quickly (I think I was able to get in about a week after signing up). Brandon is the nicest, most knowledgeable dog trainer I've ever met. Brody was always so excited to see him! We started our first lesson and not even 20 minutes in, my crazy 90 pound lab was no longer pulling on the leash. The next session, we took him to more public places, like Home Depot and Petco. This is where I was most amazed. Brandon taught Brody to sit in one of the aisles alone and wait for us to call him to move. We walked away from him, many people/pets passed right by Brody, and Brody did exactly what he was supposed too. It was such a big difference from the wild Brody that would have pulled me all over the store, jumping on people and trying to wrestle with all the other dogs there. What's especially nice about the training sessions is the involvement you will have in the training too. Brandon shows you exactly what you need to do/practice with to keep up the new skills. We met a total of three times for training and Brody has been a great dog since. Another awesome thing about training is that depending on the package you get, you and your dog can do free group lessons! Brody is also so good off his leash. I used to worry about taking Brody to open parks to play ball off the leash but now that's our favorite thing to do together! If your dog needs training, Brandon (and anyone else) at Sit Means Sit is perfect for it! I can't wait for group lessons to start! Thanks again Brandon and the Sit Means Sit team!

We only stay places about 4 weeks and if we don't call ahead of our next stop, most places are full and not taking any more dogs. We most often have to resort to PetSmart or Petco and we pay the same amount of money or more and the cut is never as good as the local groomers. We want to shop and spend our money with local businesses but its hard when you're not regular customer. Thankfully, we were able to jump into a spot with about 2 weeks out notice and that worked for us. What worked for us: ------------------------------------- They had a spot for us! They offered a full grooming service with nails, teeth, ears, etc.. They agreed to not 'treat' Charlie while grooming him. (he has a very sensitive stomach) They asked questions about what we wanted and confirmed the cut we were looking for (we showed the last PetSmart groomer 6 photos and told him exactly what we wanted and they still shaved off our Charlie's eyebrows???) They could do a Schnauzer cut (mostly the Schnauzer head is what we're looking for) They about 90 minute (most of the PetCo/Smart places require 3-4 hours???) They were easy to locate They had parking for our big truck (we have an F450 Dually) What did not work: ----------------------------------- Can't think of anything. They did a great job and our Charlie came back looking dapper and smelling good ;-)
