The price seems good but they tried to force me to get and pay for 3 blood work tests. The first one is needed for levels needed--then they had me do another for which was 250 bucks on top of my already paid full to check my levels again in 3 months---then they sent me an other email asking me to get another--both my 1st and second were spot on---so they said that was an accident request- then the pharmacy Fortress labs sent me a defective bottle- I took pictures of unopened bottle but they stated its not there fault---finally after sending pictures and disputing and my family doctor stating not to risk using a contaminated bottle they replaced---however it was 30 days past prescribed schedule---they also are not consistent wiht sending or notifying you of ordering medication. Great place to get TRT therapy for less money than others like BodyLogic. They are also very fast in responding, and they even use text messaging to make that easy. Scheduling a remote consultation with the doctor was easy. No in-person meetings needed. Very convenient. 5 stars for their part; minus one for the next part. My only issue was the difficulty receiving my first shipment. I was traveling, as I normally do for work. They delivery date is not set by them, it depends on when the 3rd party pharmacy ships and how long delivery takes. It ended up missing me by a day. I had already flown out the previous day. I paid FedEx to change the delivery address. That was delayed a day during the change and was going to miss me by a day again. Had to call FedEx, and they were able to speed up the delayed delivery by a day to get it to me before my next flight. I hope I am not traveling for the next shipment! read more

I was told that I would be saving significantly compared to the previous provider I was with because there would be $0 monthly fee since I was paying $75/ month. Well, Peter MD charges $144/mo. Nearly twice what I was paying. I was also told that lab fees were also covered, which my previous provider also covered, but, with Peter MD, their nearest lab was over two hours away. So I would have to pay lab fees out of pocket "but it shouldn't be much if insurance covers it". OVER $700 out of pocket, and I will need to have follow up labs done after 90 days, so another $700+. So my significant savings my first year will be nearly $2,500 more than my previous provider, before I even purchase products. read more

Not in my adult life have I ever been as consistently enraged by a business as this dog$hit outfit. The doctors are a joke and often miss appointments and then they just give you canned info and during one of them I had to call out the quack for not even having my chart/info in front of him. Had the results of my bloodwork and hadn't even looked at them. Worse even are the sales and service people particularly Josh who has lied about being a doctor and creating a make up and also lying about being a marine. This Company promotes well online. Once it's time to make payment, it's different numbers. They advertise how it's "great customer service" and quick turnarounds / appointments/ user friendly. I genuinely mean this when I say that this is the worst "user friendly" experience I have ever encountered. The whole process is so redundant and makes no sense. provide what they are asking for, but the next support tells you something different. It seems never ending cycle of delays. after payment & blood work, they send you a message that you'll receive a email within 24-48 hours to schedule appointment and order your medication. I'm having to wait almost a week and then I am able to order. And the shipping takes 10 days.... I feel this is a BS online caretaker and money grab. read more

Great prices, but feels like an assembly line. My peptide arrived and was concentrated. Not a big deal, but there were no instructions on how to reconstitute and use. I had some complications with my treatment, namely feeling highly anxious and irritable after ~6 weeks. When I emailed to ask if this was normal, they suggested I pay for a round of labs ($250) in order to speak to a physician. Furthermore, I have seen zero benefits in muscle gain or weight loss. Inquired about services and was very clear I'm allergic to Cottonseed. They said no problem they have a variety of oils. So I signed six month contract. I originally went to a local " Men's Clinic " but was given way to much T and I didn't feel well and my primary doctor was concerned about my unusually high testosterone levels. Initially the service was really good. Somewhere around 4 months in they went off track. I had to contact them numerous times and numerous ways to get some issues resolved but they are very nice once you can actually get a hold of someone. My refill was held for days and days because part of it couldn't be filled which nobody told me until I raised a stink. They can't currently fill HCG orders so that's not good. I still never actually received my alcohol pads from my very first order in the beginning which at this point is just comical. The support staff is really nice but the service overall just isn't what I would hope for out a of a medical office. read more
