I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Peter MD. I purchased semaglutide and MIC B12, but the entire process was marred by poor communication, inadequate instructions, and subpar products. The "doctor's appointment" was a joke - I waited over two hours for a 5-minute call that felt more like a poorly done sales pitch than a medical consultation. The medication labels were barely legible, and I wasn't informed that the semaglutide was a weekly dose, leading to accidental overdosing over many weeks. The MIC B12 injections came with poorly designed needles that leaked, wasting medication and causing discomfort. Doctor is knowledgeable and supportive. Support is adequate but very slow. Typically takes two or three days for them to get back to you. The refills are terrible. I've yet to receive my refill on time which means you go a week or two with no meds. It's hard to stay consistent when they can't get the meds shipped to you in a timely fashion. I think they are just overwhelmed. When I talked to the Doc last he said that with their new pharmacy (Fortress) there would be no more delays getting meds. I'm two weeks out from my last refill request and they still haven't shipped. They did send me a tracking link almost 10 days ago though... If you have other options, you might consider them. If you're willing to put up with the meh customer service and refills it might be worth it. read more

I am in the early stages of the process. Peter MD had been great to work with so far. I filled out the initial online portion and supplied my contact info. They did not blow my phone up like others. As a matter of fact they text me. That conversation was quick. Everything to proceed was then emailed to me and was very easy to understand. After dealing with insurance dictating my plan of care for low T for about 10 years, I decided to try out Peter MD and so far I am extremely glad I did. The pellets worked but only for about six weeks (I could feel it stop working and my feeling was confirmed by mid cycle lab tests)-insurance would only allow implant every 12 weeks. Then injections worked but only for about a week-insurance would only allow injection every three weeks.
