Did my first ever party there.. wasn't really given much help. I had to go look for my hostess, I asked a worker who was setting up and she said she'd go look for her. She came back 10 min later and told my she was my hostess. By the time I got any pizzas or food to the tables, it was 30 min into the 2 hr party limit. It was embarrassing to have the guests just sitting there waiting. Every single time I needed to order any more food or had questions, I had to walk all the way to the front of the store to look for my hostess who was just talking to the workers behind the counter. Every. Single. Time. No sense of urgency or willingness to help out a stressed out mama. My parents ended up with a burnt pizza, so yeah. Not very impressed with their customer service. We always tip the workers at a food place for helping us, my hubby went to go find the hostess at the end of the party to give her a tip (did she deserve it, no), but my husband ended up leaving with the tip as she kept talking away to her co workers without bothering to ask my husband if he needed any help. I usually like bringing my siblings here because it's a great place to get good pizza and good games to play. We usually get the large pepperoni pizza and hot wings. My dad likes going here because he can order beers by pints. Lastly, my mother simply gets one of the Cesar salads that they have already prepared. I would say overall the food usually is good and we have a great time. My siblings love playing with all the video games and eating pizza so it's the perfect place for them. My only complain would be that sometimes the ice cream machine isn't working and the cleaning of tables since they take a while to pick up the mess and makes the place look dirty. read more

We picked up a veggie pizza and wings. Both things kind of had a local spin - wings not buffalo style or even spicy but perfectly fried and tasted great. I love ppp but this location does not wear any gloves or hair nets. They go from being on the phone or on the register to touching the pepperonis and spreading the cheese with their bear hands. I also seen a man sneeze into his hands and then grab the tool he uses to bring out the pizza from the ovens never once did I see him go and wash his hands. I recently came here for their lunch buffet with my mother. You really don't have to be a kid or have kids to enjoy this place. I especially love their Chicago pizza. Their buffet is a great way to sample all the different types. It also includes a salad bar, and they put out cinnamon sticks and bread sticks as well. read more

Overall the food is good. Not the best, but good. The only bad thing is the environment - the people in this area. Just a word of advice - Parents keep your children near you. My family went to Peter Piper Pizza for a birthday party last night and witnessed two women (yes, adult women) get into a fight. The whole place witnessed this fight as all of the staff did nothing. No one called the police, they were not asked to leave or to stop. Kids were crying and scared and these women continued and attempted to keep fighting 3 or 4 times within a 10 minute span.
