Dark hair on dark skin is the hardest combination for this, most lasers have been designed for light skin and dark hair. For me it was important to find someone that not only had the right laser (Nd:YAG 1064nm) for my skin tone, but also someone who had experience treating someone that looks like me. I felt confident enough after my consultation with Dr. Graber to make my first appointment for laser hair removal. The only reason this place doesn't get 5 starts is because it is impossible to get someone on the phone to answer questions. I understand that they are extremely busy, but I had to call 5 times between Friday and Monday to finally get a response while I was in the car on my way to my appointment which was frustrating and scary before my first laser removal appointment. I ended up getting there early so that I had time to ask all my questions. Though I did feel a little rushed at first, when a said I had a couple questions they immediately got the doctor so I could speak to her before we proceeded. After that I felt relieved and much more comfortable proceeding with the laser treatment. In hindsight, I think this is so routine to the nurses and doctors that work there they probably thought I was a repeat patient and didn't anticipate me having questions. But as soon as I spoke up they were much more attentive and explained everything that they were doing along the way. I left feeling good about my overall experience and I think my next visit will be a better one now that I know what to expect. I've only just started laser hair removal treatment so I can't say yet how well it has worked but I have no negative side effects and have been able to go about my life normally after the first treatment.

Even some spots on my skin had darker color he said that this is not a cancer ?!? I knew i don't have a cancer ... I needed help to fix some problems / 4 different things / that was bothering me .Bottom line just paid co payment and did not get any help. If you are looking for a first time diagnose and treatment this place may be ok but they offered no help and because we didn't see one of the doctors we were given no solution. We went there because the creams and wash weren't working in the first place. If you decide to try this practice don't waste your time with a nurse practitioner. Go to one of the doctors who can diagnose and may actually try to improve the patients skin problems

If he wants people to trust him, he should be more transparent with prices and not take advantage of those that are trusting good hearted positive people. I would not recommend doing business on that side. Medical: Dr. Saad and the team I saw for acne (for 10 years?) are great, great service and results, no complaints, deserving 4-5 stars. Dr. Saad recommended I look into laser resurfacing for acne scarring, so naturally I walked next door - to a markedly different experience deserving 1 star. Cosmetic: I spent $1800 in 2017 (a major espense at the time) on a series of three Fraxel laser treatments. Dr. Butler was friendly, I am not sure I saw results from the treatment but I knew that was a risk. However, I only wound up receiving 2 of the 3 services, I was late for service 2 and it was rescheduled, then the Dr.'s medical event meant I had to reschedule service 3 to after the summer, due to the nature of this treatment. I was fine with the medical event requiring a reschedule but I never completed the 3rd treatment (that I paid for) and I gave up trying to get their attention. The front desk staff were never great, and I emailed twice and left multiple voicemails but have not received a follow-up on these concerns. I moved to NH that fall and am no longer in the area during business hours to stop by in-person and it is to strange that I have never heard communication about this.
