It is a type of medication that is dangerous to go on and off of (and if you choose to stop taking it you need to ween off slowly) but they still refused refill it even though I've run out and its only been 3 months since I started it. We decided to go back to our Pediatrician for an oral prescription for an antibiotic or birth control. If you are looking for a first time diagnose and treatment this place may be ok but they offered no help and because we didn't see one of the doctors we were given no solution. We went there because the creams and wash weren't working in the first place. If you decide to try this practice don't waste your time with a nurse practitioner. Go to one of the doctors who can diagnose and may actually try to improve the patients skin problems

It is too soon to comment on the kybella etc, but my broken caps and sebaceous hyperplasia are gone. He did a thorough and excellent job. There are many "med spas" around who offer the same services. I made the mistake of going to one totally dishonest internal medicine person on Camp St. for broken capillaries who burned me for life. Although they maybe cheaper, you cannot trust their medical expertise whatsoever. I feel very confident in Dr. Reed's medical background and proficiency. Another plus is his reassuring, honest and kind personality. I would have given him 5 stars but I am from NYC- one of the foremost centers of cosmetic dermatology in the world and I am pretty spoiled!

I've been to both the medical and cosmetic side of SSSC. Medical: great. Cosmetic: poor customer…read moreservice and overall a poor experience for no results. I would not recommend doing business on that side. Medical: Dr. Saad and the team I saw for acne (for 10 years?) are great, great service and results, no complaints, deserving 4-5 stars. Dr. Saad recommended I look into laser resurfacing for acne scarring, so naturally I walked next door - to a markedly different experience deserving 1 star. Cosmetic: I spent $1800 in 2017 (a major espense at the time) on a series of three Fraxel laser treatments. Dr. Butler was friendly, I am not sure I saw results from the treatment but I knew that was a risk. However, I only wound up receiving 2 of the 3 services, I was late for service 2 and it was rescheduled, then the Dr.'s medical event meant I had to reschedule service 3 to after the summer, due to the nature of this treatment. I was fine with the medical event requiring a reschedule but I never completed the 3rd treatment (that I paid for) and I gave up trying to get their attention. The front desk staff were never great, and I emailed twice and left multiple voicemails but have not received a follow-up on these concerns. I moved to NH that fall and am no longer in the area during business hours to stop by in-person and it is to strange that I have never heard communication about this.
