Upon getting the equipment to my house and beginning to use it it became evident one of the guides that the trimmer wire goes through was missing. This resulted in me having to constantly feed out of more line as it was always breaking. I was unable to complete even a third of the job I need to do because of the faulty equipment and Ended up having to borrow a friends piece of equipment in order to finish the job. I understand that accidents happen and it wasn't the end of the world the equipment wasn't up to par. My big problem was how they treated me when I went back and tried to explain my problem and the fact that I wasn't able to use the equipment. They didn't want to hear anything I had to say about it, and surely did not offer me a refund on any of the money I spent to rent the equipment originally. I was disappointed big-time, total waste of $50.

Was told with demo that deliver would take 1-2 hours of my day. Because they had to send a 2n md person to actually do the demo, had to go back again for missing parts, it was 8 hours! My entire day! No apology. I ordered lights in mid July, told a few weeks, it's now mid October with no delivery date yet. I will say the tech who did come out to do the demo, and discovered the missing parts, was a great guy. Seemed to know his stuff. Too bad he is retiring. Hate to drive so far for parts and service, but to avoid this place, will be worth it. Two stars because the tech was helpful.

I Had some questions about the value of my tractor, he took his time, looked it up and gave me some ideas on selling it. I asked if service was open to get some help with my fuel system. He took me in the back and we found Luke, the outside guru jack of all Kubota mechanic. I told him my problem and he took the time to tell me what I needed and walked me through how to fix my problem. Can't say enough good about these guys. But they kept telling me they'd call me with options tomorrow and never followed through. I always had to call them after they didn't do what they said they would. We eventually got to the part where they're fixing my car, where, again the plan was for them to communicate with me when it was done. After not hearing from them for a week, and not having a car for 2 1/2 weeks I called yet again to see how things were going. Was told my car had been sitting there finished for 5 days. They said they called me. I showed them my phone log with no calls from them. They smugly didn't give a F. Got a text from "Dave" about a month later to see how the vehicle was running. I gave him feedback about the poor communication. No reply. He kept messaging me asking how the vehicle was running at monthly intervals or so. I finally asked if I was talking to a bot or a human due to the absolute lack of recognition of my comments. He then started mocking me acting like he was a bot. See photo. He was more than friendly and professional through servicing our new Trax when applying the ceramic coating plus installing the cargo mat and luggage racks. A great, big thank you to all these guys for the best experience at a car dealership (of which we had poor customer service at multiple dealerships before making the trip to Capitol Chevrolet). I have left 5 voicemails for Aaron but till this day he has not responded back. I called back in August many many times. The service at this location is horrible, I will definitely not take my suv to get serviced at this location. It seems as if service techs are being lazy and not doing their jobs. The service specialist that assisted me at the time said they couldn't do anything and all I could do is turn off the notifications that my car keep alerting me because they weren't able to fix the malfunction of the sensor. Capital Chevrolet service department struggles and obviously doesn't have the capacity to detect issues in customers Vehicles. It's a waist of customers time. I contacted GMC and I was referred to Power Buick GMC on Market Street instead. Power Buick GMC was able to diagnose the problem without any hesitation and ordered the part without going through any hassle.
