Between repairs and downtime, one or both cars have been in the shop for roughly six months out of the year and a half I have owned them. I reached out to the dealership about these issues and did not receive any follow up or support. My advice is to inspect any vehicle very thoroughly, especially around the 100k mile range, and pay close attention to reviews before buying. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.

Went home and did some research on line and found it was a common, inexpensive and easy fix. I bought a new Mopar A/C Heater Blower Motor Resistor on Amazon for $19.80. Took it to my local, amazing garage guy, who popped out the glove box, pulled out the old part, snapped in the new one, and snapped the glove box back in place. Total elapsed time? Five minutes. TOPS. Blower works perfectly. When I asked my local guy how much I owed him for his help, he looked a little surprised, laughed, and then said "Nothing."
