I first spoke with Jeff on the phone, he was very professional and patient with me, he squeezed me in on a busy Saturday. When I arrived I was greeted by Fred, he was friendly and also very patiently listened to my concerns. Turned out my rear bearing was on its last leg and desperately needed replacing.
