Last week I called this place and let them know that I needed the clock spring replaced in my car…read moreand explained the reasoning on how I knew it was the clock spring. They said they absolutely could fix it and told me to bring it in the next day. They called me at about 10:30AM the next day and told me they ran several tests and came to the conclusion that my clock spring needed to be replaced, which I had previously told them. They claimed it took an hour and a half to run the tests for me but they bumped it down to an hour, how generous. Charged me $140 for the time and labor it supposedly took to run the tests and then told me they aren't going to fix it and to take it to the dealership because they believe it is covered under a warranty (the one good thing they did for me). When I went in person to ask them what exactly took an hour and a half, they told me the mechanic looking at my car was one of the best and had been doing this for a long time. They also told me that they wanted to confirm the clock spring was actually the problem before they put a $400 part into my car, which I would have appreciated if they actually did that, but they didn't put any part into my car. If they knew about the warranty, they should have said just that before supposedly spending an hour and a half running tests on it when they knew the dealership was going to have to run those exact same tests. And to make matters worse, they gave my keys to the wrong person before I had even gotten there. They are lucky the person didn't have malicious intentions because they easily could have stolen my car and no one would have known until I got there hours later. I had to wait 45 minutes after they closed for the other customer to return my keys. To make matters worse, the only apology I heard was from the gentleman at the front desk, when the owner was right there the entire time and aware of the situation (as he was the one to give the keys to the wrong person). The owner did not apologize or take accountability, all he did was blame the other customer. I would strongly advise against going here. I also feel the need to point out that I took my car to the dealership and they not only completed the test to confirm it was the clock spring, and test drove it, but also checked every other aspect of my car, contacted me to see what I wanted to do, fixed my car, and then test drove it again to confirm it was all set in an hour and 15 minutes. So I am STILL not sure what the best mechanic at this place was doing for an hour and a half.

The deal seemed too good to be true and Boy it was. Yes he fixed anything that broke within the three month warranty, which was a lot. Even after that, the suspension is shot the alignment always been off. Need to get new tires. The blower for the heat in air-conditioning blew on the last day of my warranty, Bob did give me the part, but I had to pay to have it installed only six months after purchasing the $16,000 car the calipers came off of one of my brakes which resulted in almost $1000 in brake work. Bob lied several times and said what a great car this was and how I wouldn't have to make any repairs for a very long time. The engine mounts are very loose in the car makes obscenely loud. Sounds when idling. In short on paper it looks like the best XC 90 I had ever purchased but in reality, it is the worst car I've ever purchased in my life Especially being a Volvo, which is usually the king of luxury and comfort at a reasonable price. The suspension is completely shot on this car. It's one of the roughest rides I've ever had. Most of the interior was broken and a lot of the wiring is wrong because random codes just turn on and off whenever they want don't be fooled by the cheap prices in low miles. In Bob's defense, he did fix the bare minimum of what he needed to fix but I personally would never buy a car from him ever go to a real dealer

They tried to scam me and it seemed like it was completely scripted... So my car broke down to the…read morepoint of disrepair and I called several places for quotes on selling it for junk. At first I had called myself and was given a very low ball offer. My friend insisted that I go through this company so I had him call and they gave him a better offer so we took it. Today they came to pick up my vehicle started calling my phone at 8:00 this morning when I was told that the pickup window was between noon and 5:00. The woman that I spoke to on the phone had the absolute worst attitude. She told me the name of the driver and told me that he would be calling me before he came and picked the car up. When the tow truck driver got here I knew he would do a quick visual inspection before paying me and taking the vehicle. He immediately tried to play me for a fool because he tried to tell me that my car was supposed to have three catalytic converters in it when in reality my vehicle has 2. They were both intact and factory not replaced. He started fighting with me up and down saying that I ripped one of the converters out then he said he needed to call his boss and tell him that one of the converters was missing which is not true so while he was calling his boss I triple checked and did a quick Google search of my vehicle which told me that I was correct it was only supposed to have two catalytic converters not three. I went and showed him this information and he still tried fighting with me over it saying that the Kia website is wrong about its own vehicle information. He fought with me up and down until I said look buddy I know what you're trying to do. He then gave in and said oh well my boss said it was okay anyway. The way that he spoke to me the way that this played out seemed entirely scripted and the only reason why I know this is because I have worked in retail I've worked in telemarketing and a lot of times things are scripted. The way he spoke to me it was like he memorized a script he knew exactly what to say or how to say his lies which I did not fall for. If you are a woman trying to junk a car go with any other company but this one they do not respect women. I am absolutely disgusted to the point that I will be calling the BBB I will be placing other reviews in other places. This company has proven to me that they will listen to men and treatment with respect but absolutely have zero respect when it comes to female customers both trying to lowball us and then trying to lie to us when they come to purchase the car so that they can give us less money absolutely disgusting do not shop with them do not give them a dime and I hope they go out of business

Then I was referred here by my boyfriend (his dad has purchased 3 cars from here), and I'm so glad we came to check it out! I know it seems a little off the beaten path, but it's definitely worth the drive. The owner, Mark, was awesome to work with. He was very straight forward and knew all the details about any vehicle we had a question about. He was also a very nice guy (which I realized is VERY important when buying a car as I had a horrible experience down the street). All the cars were also very clean and well taken care of. All the prices reflect exactly what you get, and there are no extra fees later on. This was my first car purchase so it was great that he made it so easy and straight forward. My car overall was a GREAT deal. All the vehicles are fairly priced, but are negotiable. I did a lot of research and found this car to literally be the best deal out there. I was able to take the car for a test drive, and to my mechanic to check out. Any issues I had with the car, Mark did research on and had his mechanic check. Anything that did in fact need to be replaced/taken care of was with NO questions asked. The day I was coming to pick up my car, Mark picked me up from the commuter rail up the street. The car was newly washed and cleaned and ready to go. If you're looking for an easy car purchasing experience, with high quality used vehicles, this is the place to go!
