The carefully curated menu has all the classic breakfast and lunch staples - omelets, eggs, pancakes, etc, and for later in the day, soups, salad, sandwiches, pork chops, NY steak and even fried chicken! I ordered a breakfast sandwich with eggs over easy, and the bacon on the side, and everything arrived perfect and hot. Tender, crunchy, gooey deliciousness with the sandwich and bacon! The home fries were also tender on the inside with a delicate crust. Add salt if needed for that. I really liked how clean everything was here, and it was apparent that the owners take good care of their customers and establishment. Kudos! I'll definitely look to come back here next time I'm near!

However, our party of four waited 50 minutes for our breakfast. Even coffee took quite a while to arrive. A canned coke was delivered 20 minutes after ordering. Three out of the four entrees were served after waiting for 50 minutes, the other one took an additional 5 minutes and we waited for another 5 minutes to receive the side. The food was mostly good - Omelet was chock full of meat and was delicious. Bacon was really good. Burger was average and fried chicken was kind of meh - crispy, but very dry. We did enjoy the live acoustic music. It was great to hear live music in the morning since most places only have it at night. However, the excessive wait for food really overshadowed the rest of our visit. Oh well.....

I got the brisket plate with two sides, I got the Cole slaw and the Mac and cheese . It was close to $23 . They also have chicken , pulled pork and smoke sausage plates . For $15 to $18 with 2 sides. The brisket was amazing , 5 good size slices . Very tasty, the Cole slaw was good , above average , and a good amount . And the Mac and cheese was very good , and no "up charge" one of the last places I went there was a $3 up charge . So I passed . Everything was great , great service , food came out in 10 minutes . I'll be back again .

For a "BBQ" place, Theodore's covers all of the usual bases - pulled pork, beef brisket, Baby Back Ribs, Short Ribs, St Louiis style ribs, chicken and sausage too. For those in the mood for something else, they also offer a couple of salads, and a tasty sounding Blackened Chicken Penne, burgers and incongruously, a smoked meatloaf dinner too! I'm a fan of meatloaf, but for this evening, I chose to stick with their staples and thus, the Baby Back Ribs plus my sides of chili and mac n cheese arrived soon upon our table. The Ribs were quite nearly fall-off-the-bone, moist and flavorful - I enjoyed slathering the ribs in the default BBQ sauces in squeeze bottles on our long dining table. PRO TIP: My compatriots who ordered the beef brisket found it dry and not to their liking. Maybe it was just that night.. who knows.. Either way, I wouldn't mind coming back.. Nothing too outstanding, but the ribs were certainly on point for me!

This place has a good menu and I had a great healthy avocado omelet. My boyfriend got a burrito and it was pretty bland. Service is ok, but it seems that the hotel guests get a free buffet. Not bad, seriously, not bad for a simple hotel restaurant…read more DISCLAIMER: I was staying at the Sheraton for MEPS purposes. So yes, this meal was free. But just because my meal was free does not mean I lose the ability to judge taste. I will not use the fact this was free in the restaurant's favor as technically it was paid by the government. Point being, I will not put pricing into consideration for this review. Service was very nice, quick and easy. Food came out very fast as well. I decided to give the Fish and Chips a try, I did not expect a good fish and chips from a hotel restaurant and to be honest I started regretting my decision after thinking about it but I was glad I chose it. Let me tell you this, I have had fish in my life. Some from cheap fresh seafood shacks, some from high quality restaurants and even at home. I couldn't believe what I was eating, seriously. The entire fish was breaded perfectly, crispy and light. The breading held extremely well and the fish, oh my if that fish was frozen I would be surprised. The textures were great, the seasoning was throughout the entire fish inside and out. For a lot of the fish and chips I have had in life, you take a bite and say to yourself "eh it definitely needs sauce" to make it enjoyable but this time......the sauce just made it not just enjoyable but heavenly. Looking at the lack of popularity and reviews for this restaurant, I expected nothing. Everyone else said they were pleased with their food as well. The only issue I had was the fries. They were okay, slightly stale but not really. But if the fries were just as good as the fish I would have lost my mind. Breakfast buffet was just like any other hotel breakfast buffet. It was just OK. They did not have bacon when I went, only sausage. Bummer. Pleasant surprise with the service and the fish though, seriously, I know what I'm getting when I come back in July.

I start reading about this spot, Student Prince is an authentic German restaurant. I speak fluent beer so my choice is now made up. I had a big lunch so I figured I'd drink a pint of good German beer and a small plate before I'm on my way. Yeah right! My waitress was fantastic, she was suggesting all these great dishes but I didn't have the room. I started with a tap beer and Jägerschnitzel (Schnitzel with Mushroom Gravy, my favorite) the dish came with two sides, sauerkraut and spaetzle. The Jägerschnitzel is a big cutlet, there is a lot of food on my plate. I take a bite of Jägerschnitzel along with some sauerkraut. I take it slow and I was able to knock it all out. The Jägerschnitzel was very good, this is a fantastic spot. The restaurant feels very authentic, from the booths to the bar, they did a great job in recreating a German pub. My waitress kept coming over to make sure I'm ok. She told me to make some room because the Strudel shouldn't be missed. I'm told it's also topped with vanilla ice cream. Another great dish and highly recommended. Student Prince, I don't get the name. I'm glad I found this spot on Yelp. If you want a great German restaurant, Student Prince is a must.

All in all a great spot with a diverse menu.

I mainly visited since it was nearby, but also because they offered a standout Ruben, keyword 'offered' as in they don't have it anymore. My colleague loves Reubens but he ended up having to order something else furing our visit. This ended up being a good thing because he was super happy with his choice afterward. I looked over the menu and there were other menu items also crossed off, but still plenty of options to choose from. Their burgers are handpressed but only 6 oz. That is a little small for me, especially when I'm hungry. After conversing with the gentleman behind the counter about my options, we both agreed I should go with the spicy fried chicken sandwich. I ordered the spicy fried chicken sandwich which comes with homemade fries and their homemade green tea with ginger and mint. My colleague ordered the pork cutlet sandwich and said it was amazing due to the apple chunks on the sandwich. Both were actually daily specials listed on their board to the right of the menu. My sandwich was quite large and spicy with the fresh jalapenos and a spicy sauce. It reminded me of the large chicken sandwich at Longhorn Steakhouse, but this one was even larger and better. The fries are fresh cut which made this meal perfect. This restaurant is truly nothing special from the outside appearance and both my colleague and I even thought it looked closed when we were driving by. He also said he doubts they have any seating, but we were both wrong. Don't doubt yourself about this restaurant. It is a truly hidden gem with some uniquely prepared foods waiting inside. They had limited beverages. I wanted regular iced tea, but ended up with the homemade green tea with mint and ginger which was pretty good, but no free refills. Service was of course excellent. I interacted with the gentleman a couple more times as I knew I'd need a lot more napkins to tackle this food.
