Incompetent, overpriced, gross experience. Unprofessional technician came to "help" me program a new smart key for my car. His van had clearly been in an accident, and even standing outside the van the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. 2 hours in, he left me with a key that didn't even work fully. Paid over $700 for that key, the genuine key from my dealership, with THE CORRECT programming for a key that actually worked was $500. They wouldn't issue a refund. Terrible company.

Within no time he was able to make a key from my car I not only he kept his number but when you I was telling you people about the service and how pleased I was with the gentleman that they sent over, they asked me for the name of the company since they need a good locksmith, in case of an emergency.
