Amit was very responsive and courteous. I called and he picked up the phone right away. After that, I sent some pictures of the doorknob that needed repair and he got back to me right away with a quote and expected timeframe (because the mechanism had to be ordered). Once the door mechanism arrived, we scheduled a meeting time and he was there on time (even a little early). He came in, was friendly and respectful and completed the job. Amit came early evening to troubleshoot electronic lock deadbolt that malfunctioned leaving me unable to close the door. Amit quickly assessed the problem as poor and incomplete installation by a different locksmith company. (Sorry to say I paid cash to that company and had no receipt). Amazing service. I called on Tuesday, he came out on Wednesday, and removed two deadbolts, widened the whole of the front door for me, because the smart lock that I bought had a bigger cylinder. He was in and out in under 1hr. Also, when the 2nd deadbolt to my garage door was too small, he showed me a trick by removing one of the pieces that I didn't know could be removed.
