The technician arrived at the beginning of the appointment window and was able to assess the locks and give a quote within minutes. The locksmith/owner took the lock and deadbolt apart and then reassembled it and checked the jam where the deadbolt sits when locked / he readjusted the jam. Tested the key himself and then had me test the mechanism inside my home and using a key outdoors. He also Tighten the screws to the front door to assure a Perfect smooth operation.
