Ya only stay in business that long if yer real, especially in Bristol. He's done jobs big and small, and pointed me in the right direction on other jobs. New engine? Sell it? I've gotten a yes to both questions. And then some advice. If a job is too big for him, he'll tell ya no and also who you can trust to do it right. No garage is cheap. A couple of months ago I was about to conclude a transaction at the cash register when another customer walked up behind me, engaged in conversation with Mike and they left the room together, leaving me waiting for Mike to return. After some minutes I left the store. Today I brought in a lawnmower part that needed 5 minutes of attention and would include the sale of a new drive belt. Mike told me that I was a jerk for having left the last time I was there and therefore wouldn't be ready until sometime tomorrow. Asking for my part back, I told him I would not be returning. He hurled insults at me as I walked out the door. It's sad to see what this business has become. It is without any inventory of new equipment and is a dealer for no brand. Given Mike's extremely unpleasant behavior, there's just no reason to do business there, and plenty of reason not to.
