True 24 hour service, Excellent workmanship, Affordable & Trustworthy!…read more A Team Plumbing & HVAC has earned a customer for life. From the first phone call to the final repair, their responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine concern for our situation were outstanding. We originally had another plumbing company scheduled to repair our shower on Friday. After arriving, they determined the issue was more extensive than expected and rescheduled us for Monday. Unfortunately, after they left, we discovered the basement shut-off valve was leaking and we no longer had hot water. We made several attempts to contact them but only reached their answering service and were unable to get a response. At that point, we called A Team Plumbing & HVAC, and the difference was immediate. Understanding the urgency of the situation, they dispatched Adrian on Friday night to stop the leak. Adrian was professional, efficient, and left the work area spotless. To make things even better, they returned on Sunday to complete the shower repair by replacing the tub valve and trim, restoring our hot water. Throughout the process, Manny, the owner, and Taylor, the Operations Manager, were attentive, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure we were taken care of. It's rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with exceptional customer service, but A Team Plumbing & HVAC does exactly that. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and they will absolutely be our first call for any future plumbing needs. Thank you, Manny, Taylor, and Adrian, for turning a stressful situation into a great customer experience!

FYI if you are looking for an HVAC technician...this company charges a dispatch fee of $104.95,…read morewhich I WAS told about ahead of time and it was explained that if I used their service, this amount would be applied to the total balance. Fair enough. What was NOT explained to me until after the technician was in my home was that the $104.95 only covers the person showing up and there is an additional $299.00 fee to look at your system for a few minutes and tell you what your service options are. This fee does not cover any work at all. So I paid $403.95 to basically just have someone show up to tell me what they offer in terms of central air services/ packages/ options without actually doing anything in terms of labor. Meanwhile, a quick AI search gives you this: Typical HVAC Consultation Fees For a standard HVAC consultation or service call, most homeowners pay between $75 and $200 for the initial visit, which includes a diagnostic/trip fee plus 1-2 hours of labor. Common Fee Structure Diagnostic/trip fee: $40-$150 (one-time per visit) Hourly labor rate: $50-$125 for standard residential single-system work; higher in metro areas or for complex jobs Therefore, this company's prices are out of line, charging over $400 to come and "diagnose". In addition, they said they would send me the different service options for me to decide which way to go. They sent me two options, along with an agreement to sign which included the cost of BOTH options combined on the agreement, even though both options were the same service with a few differences between them. So why would I agree to the cost of two duct cleaning packages instead of just signing an agreement with the cost of the one package that I chose? You have no way of knowing how their prices compare to other local businesses until they show up and tell you their prices. And by then you are out over $400 just so you can find out this information.

Showed up on time, charged a fair price, fixed everything that needed to be fixed the first time…read more Great people!

Our first experience with Plumbums was excellent - we had an emergency issue, Jim was able to come…read moreout within an hour or two and get it fixed, and he was on his way. When our pipes froze during the big storm this January (thankfully, without water in them), we decided to hire Plumbums again. That didn't go as well. Quality of work: The fixes Jim suggested (a series of individual junction fixes) seemed reasonable for the repairs needed, but in some cases replacing whole sections would have been more time- and cost-efficient (according to other plumbers we've had in our home who have seen the work done). And we needed four return visits within our first three days living in the house to address issues that had not been resolved or that popped up as soon as we turned systems on. One problem (heat running constantly on our first floor, making the house over 80 degrees in the winter) was unresolved until I researched possible causes myself and communicated that to Jim, who sent out one of his guys to implement the fix. Professionalism: We were frustrated by the lack of care shown toward our property. Jim's guys left plumbing debris (not just the stuff our homeowner's insurance requested, but just straight-up trash), food trash, and drywall dust in our basement and living areas. This means that the first thing we had to do after driving 3,200 miles to move in was clean up after them. Drywall was removed roughly in several locations, and although patching was not included in the estimate, the cuts themselves appeared unnecessarily sloppy (and our new plumber neatly cuts and replaces drywall as a matter of course, leaving the mudding to us, which is fine). Plumbums did work well with our insurance company to get our claim handled, and ultimately we have working plumbing. But our experience wasn't great.
