Brought my puppy to PetFix for her spay, they have a very efficient check-in process & staff considering how busy they were during the 30 minute AM drop-off window. Everyone was very thorough - from the communication leading up to the appointment, to the post-op instructions they send you home with. My puppy was done with surgery earlier than expected, and upon pickup the staff was helpful answering all my questions. Again, for as busy as they were I appreciated they took time to chat 1:1 and explain all important post-op details and care for my pup. My normal vet wanted to charge $850 for her spay-- it's refreshing to know we have a place like PetFix who offers low-cost spay, microchipping, and core vaccines for such and affordable price. $140 for spay, vaccines, microchip and a surgical onesie was amazing!! Will recommend to all family and friends! Only complaint: I wish they had a bigger parking lot. Drop off was a bit of a headache as there was nowhere to park & it was a bit congested... but we survived! LOL! read more

I got my 7-month-old bernedoodle puppy neutered here and the staff was great. The intake and surgery went very fast, he was done and ready to go home in less than 3 hours. They explained his aftercare thoroughly and helped fit him for his onesie so he could be comfortable while he recovered. I am so grateful for low cost clinics like this that provide excellent service and compassion for our pets. My vet quoted me $1300 for his procedure. These clinics allow all pet owners the ability to properly care for their beloved pet's health without compromising safety. Welp. It was time to get my big orange thing (aka Apollo) the snippety snip. Not only was this place, kind, caring and well organized, it was fast, and my beloved pupper was back at my home healing after a couple hours. You can choose several options on your baby to be done while he/she is out. I got his rabies shot, but regrets not getting his nails clipped (this boy hates it when awake- lol). If you are on government assistance, they will give you a discount! I have a 90lb Goldendoodle and it was $81. He was well taken care of, given pain meds/antibiotics for home, and of course, the cone of shame- which he hated. I ended up keeping my eye on the big galoot to make sure he wasn't tearing his stitches while he healed. He healed up fine. Ive brought two cats here a male and female, when my male was neutered everything went okay but my female cats spay was different two weeks after surgery she had a reaction, was still in alot of pain and not acting normal i had to take her to a full service clinic where they had to provide her the meds that should be given after surgery to prevent this from happening. I would take any animal here again with NO hesitation! My 6 month old kitten got neutered, shots, nails trimmed. The staff was extremely friendly and organized. Spike's services were done quicker than estimated, a few hours and we were called to pick him up. He came home awake, little loopy, gave us no indication of being in pain! By the next day, he appeared back to his normal, playful self. Didn't even need any meds to come home with us, no complications, no sores. Also, CAN'T BEAT THE PRICE! They killed my dog and had the nerve to send a $300 check in the mail. I took her in to be fixed and they had complications during the procedure. They didn't Inform me of the issue just told me to come pick her up. When I get there she was crying and her body was swollen. They tell me there's nothing they can do and to take her to the animal emergency on Richmond rd. We get there the doctors there find out that she was bleeding internally and that petfix performed 2 surgeries on her. She was a pure blue nose pit bull in perfect shape. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My poor baby is gone because of their negligence. read more

Beware... stay away... I took my puppy there to be neutered all was fine till two days later my puppy was shaking terribly and puking uncontrollably. I tried to call them and didn't get an answer till 3 days later after I had to rush my dog to another vet and he had to be hospitalized for PARVO. He contracted it at petfix in Euclid. 800 plus dollars later he survived. The doctor at pet fix said they would submit a claim for reimbursement but after she found out my dog survived I stop getting any response. All my emails phone calls all ignored. This place is supposed to be in place to allow lower income people provide good care for their pets. Instead I should have just went to a real vet paid 400$ to have it done and saved myself and my dog a lot of pain and suffering. Trust me go to a real vet get it done right the first time this place is the classic get what you pay for deal. I will never take another animal here nor allow anyone I know to take their beloved pet here either. read more

ead this before contacting canine cuties----beware beware beware---if your considering a new pet.do not consider this lady!she will jack you around for weeks.i have 36 years experience with pit bulls.unfortunately i had to put one down.he was over 15 years old.i emailed this lady about a dog i saw on petfinders.com.she said the dog was available.but refused to answer emails.when she did answer i provided her with pictures and a full history of my 36 years experience with the breed.that was not good enough!.(she refused to let me meet the dog)she wasted a week of my time and 20 emails back and forth.then sends me a mickey mouse application.a bunch of ridiculous questions-where will the dog live,how you will discipline it,who is your vet,will you use it as guard dog,will you walk the dog-bla bla bla bla bla its like really im 55 had pitbulls for 36 years all lived past 13 years -like what do you want my blood! i can get a dog anywhere-i bought all my dogs in the past-everyone tells you to help out a dog by adopting or rescue.i drove out to this place of business to find no business just a fancy house (go figure) she never got to the adoption fee??? oh and after the application theres a legal binding contract! she wants you to agree to sign in her app. really i sign nothing until i read it!have my attorney read it. allll this crap to help a homeless doggggg! this is all bulllllllll sh..... she has really ruined my excitement of a new pet! how disappointing this lady and her business canine cuties is!!!!!! she will only add to your upset of losing your pet! read more
