Not a great experience here, customer service is almost nonexistant. When we walked in there were maybe 8 employees but not a single person acknowledged us even as we were standing awkwardly at the counter wondering what to do. We finally realized on our own that they have monitors where you have to place an order yourself. Signs would be helpful. I've been to plenty of locations in Utah and Vegas - including this one - and I'm assuming this is a new system. We ordered a cookie dough ice cream, but after paying, then being told to grab it from the freezer and not finding it, they said, "must be sold out" and told us to choose another flavor. Not the greatest service, finding out the product is out of stock after already paying and then not offered any alternative. I had to flag down employees so many times because it was so disorganized. Also, the sugar cookie used to be a constant? But it wasn't on the menu anymore. That was the only cookie I enjoyed enough to keep going back for, so that's unfortunate. Oh, well. As for what we ordered, the cookie cup was good. As expected. And the snickerdoodle ice cream was good as well, I can recommend that. Probably the worst Crumble cookies location I have been too. Very unorganized and room temperature cookies. Not sure if they broke off from the other chain around Utah and are doing their own thing? My buddy wanted chocolate chip cookies and the cashier said they have 3 left, 10 minutes later after we waited said they had ran out. There was nobody in front of us at that point. We need to go to Chip Cookies as it isn't too far from Lehi and see if they are as good as the one up in SLC. read more

I saw this place by chance and decided to stop inside. I'm so happy I did, because it was truly a 5 star experience from start to delicious finish! First impressions are everything, and the second I opened the door I was cheerily greeted by the super friendly girl at the register. I told her it was my first visit and she straight up got super excited that I was there! She told me everything about the cookies, the prices, and other important tips. There was a team of bakers busy making chocolate chip cookies, and the store smelled amazing. I opted for a box of 4 cookies, two iced sugar and two Biscoff Lava cookie butter. I paid and had a short wait until my cookies were ready! I loved that they were served warm, like they were fresh out of the oven. I couldn't wait so I snagged a bite and wow, so good! What I love is that these are not overly sweet cookies. With the exception of the frosting on the sugar cookies, they had a very subtle sweet taste. I loved this the most about Crumbl. I also loved the texture, slightly undercooked in the middle -- the best part about a yummy cookie! The cookies are very large and heavy (my box of four weighed so much)! You can easily share one cookie with another person. I ate off of the cookies for the next three days, and with a brief pop in the microwave for about 15 seconds, they had that fresh, warm taste even days later. Note that the cookies change every week, so check their website to see which flavors are featured. They always have classic sugar and chocolate chip, however. The store is closed on Sunday; plan ahead to avoid disappointment. I loved everything about Crumbl: the service, the product, the atmosphere. I mean, the sweet little pink boxes are adorable too, and they sell milk in the store if you want to sit and have a comfort dessert classic. Yes, they are expensive, but I feel the cookies are more than worth the high prices. I'll be back! read more

I got a Nutella stuffed cookie and my friend got a red velvet. Nutella one was just ok. too sweet for me and nothing to exciting. Red velvet I liked better. Tasted like red velvet cupcake or cake and wasn't as sweet. Why I minuses 1 Star? Umm 3 dollars for a cookie is little pricey. For a dozen cookies you are looking at $25!! Yikes. I ordered a mixed 3 dozen for an event I was having in Lehi and couldn't wait to try them. They come in what looks like a pink pizza box, which made the presentation look even more delicious.
