My business partner and I had an outstanding lunch at Crepe Expectations, and this place truly lives up to its name. We both ordered The Rosarito ($11.00 insane value), and it was truly exceptional. The crepe was filled with flavorful fresh ground chorizo, fluffy scrambled eggs, rich guacamole, and melted jack cheese. It was perfectly balanced! I would say it was savory, slightly spicy, and incredibly satisfying with that beautiful golden, crispy exterior and soft interior. It came with a choice of soup or salad, and we went with the soup which was a warm, hearty, and well-seasoned broth that complemented the crepe perfectly. We also had the chance to try The Sonora as a second dish to share. It featured tender carne asada steak, roasted tomato salsa, fresh guacamole, and jack cheese wrapped in the same delicious crepe. The steak was juicy and well-seasoned, the salsa added a bright, smoky kick, and together it created a bold, Mexican-inspired flavor profile that was just as impressive as the Rosarito. What made the experience even better was the incredible service. Our server, Lili, was absolutely phenomenal . She had amazing customer service skills and she anticipated our every need with genuine warmth, attentiveness, and a smile that made us feel completely cared for. We also got to meet Elizabeth, our talented crêpe creator, who clearly pours passion and skill into every dish. Jenn and her husband have built something truly special here. The quality of the ingredients, the thoughtful flavors, and the welcoming atmosphere make Crepe Expectations stand out. We will absolutely be coming back (probably tomorrow) and are already recommending it enthusiastically to all our friends and family. Ate here on 1/22/26, we were there about 11am after a long flight. Brunch and crepe's sounded amazing to my 14yo and myself.... This place doesn't disappoint! They even had a GF option! Crepe Expectations is that comfort food place. You walk in and someone is there to greet you with a smile. You order your food first and then find a table to sit at. They will bring you your order. They have both inside and outside sitting. I enjoy sitting inside with the warm months and they have a cozy radio station. But the crepes... I have had many over the years and by far, my favorites are the chicken chili verde and the monkey. For the dessert ones I ask for light powdered sugar, but the regular amount is one perfect amount for a traditional crepe. Definitely worth checking out! read more

We ordered a bottle of champagne and the owner, Lou brought it out to us. He was really fun and nice and the personal touch was appreciated! Saw this place on Triple D. The crepes are absolutely delicious and wonderful. Great variety and there is something for everybody. I saw the William Tell be8ng made on the show. It is better in person. My wife got The Sonora, made with some of the best carne asada I have tasted. We usually drive straight to our hotel when we come to town. They have great prices here - still! I've been coming here for years and their portion sizes continue to be big. They really appreciate their customers as their entire staff from start to finish are very kind and also check to make sure everything is good. As a party of two, we did one egg filled crepe and one berries crepe so we could enjoy both. The Marco Polo had a lot of sausage in it - no shortage of ingredients! It wasn't overly cheese stuffed which works GREAT for me. It comes with a side - we chose bananas. The moment my friend and I stepped into the restaurant we felt very welcomed. The restaurant is very large with lots of seating inside and outside on the patio. It was a lovely day so we chose to sit outside. They even have heaters. We ordered three crepes as well as some hot tea and an iced coffee. We got the Big Lou's BBQ, The Rosarito and The Go Bananas Foster for dessert. All of the food was amazing. The Big Lou's BBQ came with a delicious slaw and I was very happy I chose that one. The Go Bananas Foster melted in your mouth. We enjoyed every minute of our brunch. The owner even stopped by our table and checked on us and chatted for a bit. Very nice man. The sonora had great flavor, but the carne asada was a tad bit overcooked. I was able to still enjoy my meal, but I think it would have been much better with steak that was not as dry. Had a fantastic brunch at Crêpe Expectations last weekend! The restaurant was buzzing with lots of customers, but luckily we were able to easily find a table. The cashier was incredibly friendly with a bubbly personality. Definitely kicked off our brunch in a good way. I opted for "The Elvis", which is a sweet crêpe with bananas, peanut butter, caramel, and a ton of bacon. My husband got the "Sonora", which was a savory crêpe with carne asada, salsa, guac, and cheese. Both crêpes were MASSIVE and delicious. You definitely get a lot of bang for your buck here and the quality of food was great. We each had iced tea, which was good. Also cheap at $2, with free refills.
