The sauces are all excellent, and the fillings are fresh, but I'd like to have a little more protein in the savory items. My granddaughter ordered a sweet version with nutella and bananas, and her friend ordered the crème brûlée. The service is very attentive and we were greeted when we entered and it was nice. I enjoy the two kiosks they have to order just because it gives me time to look over what I want and to look at the different way I can edit the crepes. My friend and I ventured over here on Halloween/Nevada Day. We are always a fan of crepes and it's right around the corner from her house. The storefront was clean, welcoming, charming and quaint. The menu boards were bright and easy to read and there were TVs with ads and video of how they make their crepes as well. The front casing also showcased gelato options which was very tempting. I opted for the Shrimp Avocado sans bell pepper and the Creme Brulee. My friend got the Chicken Thai and a boba drink. The Shrimp Avocado and Chicken Thai came out first about 15 minutes later. They were presented beautifully in a spiral cone cup with a paper Eight Turn Crepe sleeve for easy holding. The shrimp avocado tasted like a spring roll! I got it with the sweet chili sauce and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it. The creme brulee was ready another 5 minutes later and was absolutely packed with custard, with a beautiful crystalized sugar coating on top. It was messy to eat but it was everything I love about creme brulee in a delicious crepe wrapping. My friend enjoyed her Chicken Thai and her boba as well. We spent a decent amount of time just hanging out and it wasn't super crowded. There are a lot of good choices on the menu and plenty of reasons to come back again. Today was my first visit to Eight Turn Crepe, lo and behold I'd saved it months ago to come visit. It was my daughter who actually suggested coming here today, and I realized I'd seen the photos before of their tasty treats so I was definitely excited. Located on Losee and Centennial in the same shopping center as Sprouts and the EOS Fitness, Eight Turn Crepe had plenty of signage outside to show some of their food on offer and a menu available for viewing outside. Once you walk in, there is lots of cute decor and an art wall, along with two large tablets for ordering on your own. There were a few people finishing up their meal, as well as a party waiting ahead of us. Even still our order was ready quickly. For my crepe I went with a classic chocolate strawberry crepe with Nutella and macadamia nuts, and my daughter chose the Lychee Valentine that had berries, custard crème and lychee. After each taking a bite we both agreed, these crepes are delicious! It's been a while since I've had a crepe and this one was hitting all the spots! Nicely warm, plenty of toppings and just the right amount of sweetness. I love that they put them in a portable container with a nicely shaped bag that makes it easy to enjoy right away or save if you want it for later. What makes the crepe even sweeter is the service! Christian was really helpful and made sure we had what we needed and even offered us to sample any of their gelato flavors. I came here this past weekend with my boyfriend. Since we're avid crepe fans we were so excited to try this place! They have an extensive menu including drinks and gelato. There are plenty of options for you to choose from. My boyfriend ordered the Very Berry Crepe and I ordered Dulce De Leche Crepe. It's so unfortunate that the crepes were nothing special. It was honestly just okay. The berries were not as sweet as my boyfriend thought it would be. The Dulce De Leche had no flavor to me at least and it didn't remind me of Dulce De Leche. It's rich and creamy almost like ice cream. It did contain the biggest freshest pistachios I ever tasted in gelato. I thought it was very good but it might have had a slight almond taste to it. The chocolate gelato had a nice natural chocolate flavor. Strawberry was reasonably good. Banana was rich and creamy with a nice natural banana flavor. Went after the grand opening because I didn't want to judge on a free crepe. I tried the Chicken Thai Crepe with spicy cilantro sauce. As a whole it was tasty and the crepe was especially good. If I nit pick the chicken was on the spongey side and this didn't taste like anything I ever had in a Thai Restaurant but in the end it still was tasty. My husband had the Philly Cheesesteak Crepe. This was also reasonably good. It was closer to its namesake. My husband's only complaint was that the crepe was a lot less filling than a real cheesesteak and contained a lot less meat than a real cheesesteak. I will also note that both crepe were hard to eat for us because the filling kept falling out. I don't know if they were just rolled too loosely or not? I might bring a paper plate from home and a plastic knife and fork next time because I am interested in trying a few more of the crepes. For me I think it's great that they opened here. Yelp Review 2024 #37: I particularly enjoyed Japanese crepes 10 years ago when it was still a newer concept in Vegas with only 1-2 shops were around. And then, I took a break from them for years. But I love supporting businesses near home. I've been anticipating Eight Turn Crepe's opening since they put up a sign. I went here before their Grand Opening and also on their Grand Opening Day. I was actually working out across the parking lot and was watching if they had a like forming for their Grand Opening since they were giving away free crepes for the first 100 customers by 12pm. We stood in line for 1.5 hours for a free Strawberry Banana Crepe and we got to spin the wheel and I won a free drink coupon for my next visit. I also got to put my ticket for a chance to win a raffle prize. They had balloons, a photographer, a lady in cosplay, and the hundred of people wanting a free crepe. The interior is not huge but just enough tables to have breakfast or a snack with friends/ family. Or just order crepes to-go. They have savory crepes, sweet crepes, plain crepe, boba tea, gelato, coffee, smoothies, matcha latte, Thai tea latte, golden milk, and Ramune (Japanese soda). You can create your own crepe combination or simply add-on to their combos. What's different about Japanese crepes? Rice flour instead of wheat flour used in French crepes. They're shaped like a cone so they're portable. For years, I tend to only order sweet crepes - whether it's a French crepe or a Japanese crepe. Eight Turn has interesting savory crepes on their menu so, I gave it a shot. Eggs, Goat Cheese & Avocado: If you love goat cheese then, you will enjoy this savory crepe. It has scrambled eggs, goat cheese crumbles, avocado, and Sriracha. So, it has a tanginess from the goat cheese and spiciness from Sriracha. 4/5 Tokyo Pork Belly: Pork belly, kimchi, avocado, shredded lettuce, shallots, and Japanese mayo. I love all of these things but I've never had them in a crepe so, I had to get this. It works! Spicy, tangy, and savory flavors. Crunchy kimchi and lettuce, meaty pork belly, and soft avocado. It was quite messy to eat and the juices were dripping at the bottom. Grab lots of napkins for this. I loved it though. 5/5 Strawberry Banana: In the sweet crepe category. I got this for free. It has strawberry, banana, almonds, crushed pistachios, custard cream, and whipped yogurt. When I get strawberry banana crepes, I normally get it with Nutella. It's just not complete without Nutella. I took this crepe home so I can add Nutella. Without Nutella, it's a 3/5. With Nutella, it's 5/5 because Nutella makes everything better. Strawberries aren't in season at the moment so their strawberries are tart. Thai Tea Boba Milk Tea: I love Thai tea. Theirs doesn't taste like it's from powder. It's actual tea that they brewed. The boba was soft and chewy. You can specify the sweetness level and how much ice which is very nice. 5/5 I noticed a bamboo whisk which you use for mixing matcha to make it frothy - I was impresssed! That's the right way of mixing matcha. I've never seen a boba place that has this and only proper tea houses. For my next visits, I want to try their Ham & Cheese, Lox, Truffled Royal Scrambled Eggs, and Matcha Stripe Chocolate crepes. The service was friendly and they were very chill even on Grand Opening day. They were not frazzled, chaotic or stressed out causing mistakes and confusion. They did it right! We also got a dragon berry, first time with protein second time without because we forgot. And geeezzz that was delicious too!! I saw two employees there the first and second time. Not sure who's the actual owner just yet because both are so welcoming. But very grateful to have these friendly faces to order from and prepare my items. The crepes are made fresh to order but still come out wicked fast. We got the Tokyo pork belly which was phenomenal. Literally AMAZING and I'm going to dream about it. The kim chi wasn't overly spicy which I'm glad for. I want spice to complement the food, not fight with me and make me cry. The shallots were crispy and added such a delicious flavor. Delicious! We went on a weekday. It was quiet. It was very clean, the staff was friendly, and they quickly made our crepes. Nearly everything there is gluten free which is a big plus for me. It is so hard to find places we can go for a treat where I also get to indulge. I ordered a sweet crepe, strawberry & nutella. It was very good, and filling. This is my second time visiting Eight Turn Crepe, and once again, they've crepe-ted a perfect experience! I tried the Blueberry Cheesecake Crepe and the Chicken Thai Crepe, and I'm still smiling. First up, the Blueberry Cheesecake Crepe. It's fruity, it's creamy, it's everything I wanted! The tangy yogurt and cream cheese filling perfectly balanced the sweetness of the blueberries. Such a delicious combo! Then came the Chicken Thai Crepe--OH. MY. GOODNESS. The chicken was tender and flavorful, and the crunchy nuts and veggies inside gave it such a satisfying bite. Mood - this sweet tooth of mine I get on these kicks where I want something like the infamous words of Aunty Marialani " Not to sweet not to Rancid" lol IYKYK . But at the end of the day what really fills that kind of request. Honestly a freshly prepared Crepe. It is the perfect mix of Sweet but not overly indulgent. Upon entering was quickly greeted. Now it is still in the brand phase. You can place your order at one of the self serve kiosk or at the front counter if they aren't to busy. I chose the kiosk. Of course opted for that Creme Brulee, and the Valentine's Crepe. Can I say I was truly pleased. Yes 100%. Something about a creme Brulee that totally satisfies my soul. Interior is a decent size. There are a few table and chair arrangements. While we were there everything was very clean. Music was playing in the background. Would recommend. Pricing was reasonable in my opinion. I had come to try this place at their grand opening, but the line was insane and after standing around 45 min with it not moving, I gave up. So, I came to finally try this new crepe spot. It's a small little place offering savory crepes and sweet crepes, along with assorted Gelato. Walking in, I was greeted and assisted by a very nice lady at the counter. I decided to try the teriyaki chicken and Philly cheesesteak. I also couldn't pass up the creme brule for dessert. My order took about 10 min to get. The chicken teriyaki is not really a good choice for a crepe. It tasted like bad school food. It's just not good. I took a few bites and couldn't finish it. It was also pretty bland. The Philly cheesesteak was great, though! I really enjoyed the combination of flavors. I'd come back for that again. You can't ever go wrong with the creme brule. Piled full of custard. Loaded with strawberries, it was incredible! But huge! It had to have weighed a few lbs! I enjoyed every bite! Overall, I thought it was good. You get a ton of food wrapped into the crepes.
