5/5 stars. Once I got inside- it smelled soooo good! I got the creme brulee and added Nutella inside. The person who helped us was so nice. But the crepe was delicious! I wish i added more of the creme brûlée cream inside the crepe because it got a little dry but overall still good. Next time I'm asking for extra cream lol. There's so many options and the serving size is huge btw and definitely can share. It can get a little hard to eat once you get to the bottom though. Stopped by What's Crepe and had a bit of a mixed experience. First, credit where it's due--the employees were friendly, efficient, and handled the rush really well. Even with a busy crowd, orders were moving quickly, which I appreciated. The space itself is also a plus: a decent number of tables, plenty of parking, and even games like Jenga to keep you entertained while waiting. We tried a variety of items: the Marsh Brûlée Waffle, Banana Brûlée Crepe, Crème Brûlée Crepe, and a Nutella crepe with Oreo crumbs. The crème brûlée elements were actually the highlight--they were generous and had that nice caramelized sweetness you'd expect. That said, the crepes and waffle themselves didn't quite hit the mark. The crepes were thicker than expected and lacked that light, delicate texture that really makes a crepe shine. The waffle was similarly underwhelming. Another small detail--the graham cracker crumble was very chunky, which threw off the texture a bit; a finer crumble would've blended better. Overall, while the service and atmosphere were solid, the desserts themselves didn't fully deliver. With a few tweaks to texture and balance, this spot could be much stronger. read more

I've been there twice before, it's a great spot for a late-night snack. Delicious food, and they never disappointed. I decided to go back a third time, excited to have the same great experience after a fun night out with my husband. We had just left the Ryan Garcia fight and noticed that Wha's Crepe was open until 11 p.m. We headed over and arrived around 10:45 p.m. It was a bit of a drive, but we thought it would be well worth it. When we walked in, we were excited that we made it in time. However, when we asked the young man at the counter to take our order, he told us that last call was at 10:40 p.m. We were surprised, since the place was still open for another 15 minutes. We kindly asked again if he could take our order, explaining that we had come from a long way. He simply said, "No." There was no empathy or understanding--just a flat-out refusal. We felt turned away in a way that felt demeaning. This whole experience has made us not want to return. read more

It's a casual vibe with some clean tables with seating so you can enjoy your desserts. We ordered a strawberry banana crepe and waffle, which were on the sweeter side. Their menu is simple, which is smart. The girl working this shift was alone, super nice, and handled everything perfectly when we were there. The store is simple, modern and clean and the crepes are amazing and super delicious . We had one savory crepe and one Nutella crepe and one crème brûlée crepe , everything was fresh and tasty. They truly have a unique style of serving a crepe in a cup ( that's popular Japanese style ) , and we loved it. They have a huge selection of crepes, waffles and matcha drinks. Their crepes are not heavy or too sweet, it is just a right amount of filling. We can't wait for the next time to try some other flavors. The staff is friendly and very attentive. This spot is becoming one of our go-to dessert places! The crème brûlée crepes (with either banana or strawberry) are our favorites. The crème brûlée itself was creamy and sweet (but not too sweet), the graham crackers offer a nice crunch and texture change, and the fruit has always been sweet/ripe. Not to mention, the portion size is HUGE! One crepe is more than enough to share with two people. We also ordered the strawberry matcha latte. Funny story... I was in Vegas and at this strip mall needing to use the restroom. I was told that the restroom was in what's Crepe. When I went in the staff was soooo nice and allowed me to use their restroom that I decided to try one of their Crepes. I was NOT disappointed but very pleased with my decision. Went in on a Friday night and it was a full house. Honestly it took 30 minutes to get one crepe, but there was only 2 girls working while also taking online/Uber eats orders. Me and the wife wanted to try something new and different near our dinner spot and we found this gorgeous place. We were greeted warmly by the staff and smelled. the strong aroma of sweetness coming from kitchen. We definitely knew we picked the right place and waited eagerly for our cheesecake tart and marsh brulee Belgian waffle. The waffle flavors were amazing with sweet & savory with the texture of crunch and softness of the waffle. The soft delicate crepe tasted wonderful as perfect as the cheesecake itself. I love my strawberries and blueberries!! My only caution is the crème brûlée crepe. The charred sugar on top is SHARP!!! Summer time fun means sharing the summer time love! Brought the hubby and the kiddo with me to What's Crepe. It's a cute little shop in the side of an open plaza at the southwest corner of Flamingo and Durango. Very clean inside and loved that they had a little game shelf for entertainment. I decided to get the s'mores crepe and man was it filling! I also had so much chocolate syrup on my hands and around my mouth after each bite that my napkin became muddied very quickly. The crepe was soft and vanilla-infused with chocolate syrup, crushed graham crumbles and mini marshmallows. It doesn't see that big when you have it in the cup but when you see what you're actually eating, it's a pretty large serving. I also got the raspeach ice cream soda. It was a delightful mix of raspberry and peach soda with some ice and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It was a decent size and very refreshing. I had to keep stealing it back from my son because he loved it so much. My husband and son decided to split the Oreo Monster ice cream parfait. It was layers of ice cream, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, strawberries, and crushed Oreos. My son said his biggest regret was actually having strawberries in it because they were a little tart and messed with his flavor profile. It is nice to know they could have created their own parfait without it had they read the menu better. But considering, the cup was emptied fairly quickly. I love that they also serve boba and teas and while they may not get a prefixed parfait again maybe we would get a build your own waffle, ice cream parfait, refreshers or a different crepe. read more
