    Worst grooming ever
    Irma I.

We took our pets here for years and were happy with service but this last time our dog looks awful, his tail is bleeding and the cut is very bad, bald in parts and his skin very irritated in some places due to being too short, uneven hair sticking everywhere, this was not done by a professional and I don't think we are willing to go back, what happened to the great service they had? So disappointed and frustrated

Terrible place to take your pet for grooming. They killed my Frenchie Kodak. Pure negligence from groomer. Now all we have is memories and Kodak ashes.

0 stars for this place. I went to buy a brush for my dog, everyone was friendly. I got home and noticed the price on the item and the price on my receipt. I called the location, a male stated "if you come back right now, we will adjust it for you" So I went back, and the lady in charge said out loud as I was walking up to the register "I know I didn't charge her wrong, it's what it scanned". They had at least 4 combs with this price. She proceeds to tell me they cannot adjust the price and only offer a refund. I stated the male on the phone said they can adjust it. She cuts me off and says "no he never said that I was standing right next to him" I asked for my refund back since they did not want to adjust the price when it was their fault for pricing incorrectly. SO CHECK THE PRICE ON THE ITEM WHEN BEING RUNG UP.

I don't know who the new groomer is but she messed my baby up. My sister went to pick him up and she almost gave her the wrong dog.

My poor baby had bald spots and razor burn!!! He came home bleeding!!! This is not okay!!! I'm pissed!! Don't work as a groomer if you can't do your job right!!

    That's the food I buy
    Total M.

Worse place ever they over charge one employee if rude as hell one of the guys was like I told that fucking man to fixed that fucking prices and I told its 49.99 and he was like no we go by the bar code I was well the price said 49.99 and he didn't care and still charge me 65.00 dollars ....... Never again will go there

This picture was taken right after we noticed that her little paw was bleeding.

I strongly recommend this place for all your reef keeping needs. (Freshwater too!) If interested heres a little story... If not, just take my word for it and shop here. - This week I decided to relocated my reef tank for a better view in the house... biggest mistake ever! Everything that could've gone wrong, went wrong. I underestimated the weight of the tank thinking I could just get by with 90% of the water drained and removal of the sump and equipment, I was definitely wrong! I ended up pulling out everything, but the sand. Every coral, every invert, every fish... yes including 4 wrasses and a goby that all like to hide in the sand bed, I mean EVERYTHING! I then accidentally broke my rock structure into several pieces in the process of lifting them out of the tank and putting them into bins. Trying not to lose too much temp, I moved as fast as I could and used as many spare heaters as possible. It was a total disaster! After glueing back all the rock work that broke into pieces and moving everything back into the tank, I was unsure of how my fishes and corals would react to this sudden change in temp, biology and chemistry. 4 hours later, I finally got the tank running again (in it's new location,) I then noticed a huge bacterial bloom, Im guessing from the stirring of the sand bed. I then decided to do a water change to see if it would help. To add to my streak of badluck, I had no saltwater prepped. I quickly rushed to Age of Aquariums to get saltwater. That's where I was greeted by Isaac. He knew something was wrong. All I said was "I decided to move my tank" he already knew where I was going. I told him my problems and concerns and hesitancy to move my livestock back into the tank. He recommended several products to me, answered a bunch of questions I had and gave me solid advice. He also allowed me to borrow several containers for saltwater as long as i promised to bring them back. I am truly grateful. 2 days later, my tank is bouncing back. I had 0 losses. Fishes are happy and corals are all starting to open up again. Im leaving this review to share my experience with those new to the hobby, getting into the hobby and those who have been in the hobby for a long time. You can always get cheaper products elsewhere, especially online... but, you will never get the support of a local fish store. Support you LFS, like they support us.

Age of Aquariums has both freshwater and saltwater (marine) plants, fish, corals, driftwood, and cleaning equipment. The space is large, clean, and you can tell that they take great care of their fish because they look active and not sickly. I came on an afternoon over the weekend and was excited to see so many people asking about how to care for aquatic plants, when to introduce tank mates, etc. When you enter the shop, to your left are tanks, decorative wood, and dry goods like supplements. Loosely speaking, it seems like freshwater specimens (including some hefty bettas, thank you for keeping them in nice big mason jars instead of plastic) are on the left side, while marine/saltwater are center and right. The plants you see when you enter are far healthier than what you'd find at big box stores - I myself picked up some red root floaters and an Anubias variety called white rose. I've been to many a shop growing up that were dim, damp, and generally not as well kept as Age of Aquariums. They really take their time to explain how to design a tank, care for plants, and what to look for in healthy fish. Really fun spot I would like to bring my dad to so he can upgrade his 10 gallon tank!

When I first came here back in November I was a very satisfied, happy customer. The guys who helped…read moreme were friendly and patient. Most tanks were maintained and maybe one or two small ones needed attention. I spent lots of money on back to back visits. 7 months later went for more corys and unfortunately some changes have brought on this review. Peering into some of the very first tanks as I walked in, I'm noticing dead fish sprinkled about. I understand they could've had a busy rush, but they didn't look freshly deceased. Not a good look. Algae growth in some areas, yikes!.. and this is the first time seeing significant hair algae in a high tech display tank. Higher prices on basic plants than the competitors. They aren't rare, large or fancy and half are raggedy or already dying. Their anubias (cased) used to be BIG and impressive, but now small and they're charging the same price. Lady behind the counter helped me, but when she made a "portion" of guppy grass I discovered it was HALF the portion those guys have given me in the past. And I still got charged $8.99 for it! Not like they didn't have enough to sell- they definitely did, but even so I feel she should've pro-rated for just plucking out 5-6 sprigs. I also bought some (Venezuelan?) corys, albino corys and amano shrimp. The Venezs are super happy but now I see one has white on his back, hoping that's not fungus! And sadly two of the albinos didn't make it so far. They were tiny and delicate, so it might've just been a sensitive species (even though I acclimated them slowly over hours) but still that's money I'm out. The good part is they have a pretty wide freshwater fish and shrimp variety and most of the tanks are kept clean. Fish I've bought previously are still happy and thriving. They also have a large supply of dry goods, frozen food and supplies which is convenient. Parking is plentiful in the rear and access through the back of store is awesome. I still want to check out the new fish they get in. Don't know if I can trust in it sadly. *EDIT* The owner reached out to resolve the portion issue. I'm hoping they fix the rest so I have confidence with live purchases again.
