This shop is amazing....Eric the owner is just wonderful, he explains everything and makes sure all of your questions are answered. His staff is also a wealth of knowledge and everyone is happy to spend time chatting and passing on all they know. They have some of the coolest animals in the shop from the large cayman that you can feed to the new mouse eating kookaburra. They also have Aunt Pookie....I'll save that one for when you go to the shop. Went there for feeders for my ball python. I specifically contacted them ahead of time to make sure they had correct size. When I got there I once again asked for medium rat pup feeders and the lady said no problem, went to the back, and put them in a box and brought them to us. When we got home, we opened box and found we were given tiny little babies whose eyes were barely even open. Would have to feed 2 of them to get the size that I requested. Fed 1 and then decided I would wait until they grew. However I then realized they were covered in mites. Only reason I gave 2 stars was because they do have nice enclosures for sale, but definitely would not get feeders from there ever again. read more

We had visited 3 other reptile stores in the Houston area, in our quest for learning as much as possible, along with a decent selection of ball pythons to choose from. I have been going here for about the last two years and have purchased 4 snakes and a bearded dragon. I have never had any problems with the reptiles. Every time i come into the store the owner Eric answers all of my questions and is extremely helpful, he makes sure I have everything I need to care for them properly. I love going to the store to check out all the cool pets....for a couple bucks you can feed a caiman, Gabon Viper, Monitor or Monocled Cobra. It is a cool place to come and check out! read more

The best customer service that I've ever dealt with! We bought a reticulated python and were going between buying one from here or prehistoric pets and I'm so glad we got ours from here! They got back to be pretty quick with any questions that I had, were very informative, and kept a close eye on my snake while he was being shipped to make sure that he arrived in a timely manner. I recently bought a retic Python from this place. They are by far the best store I've been to. Everyone was extremely friendly and answered any questions I could've had. Great place! Amazing service! Friendly staff! Super convenient! I came in looking for a snake, with no previous experience and with a boyfriend that's scared of them. Immediately we where greeted and helped. I explained to the guy that I had no clue what so ever about owning a snake and that my boyfriend is terrified of them. Very patiently he told us about corn snakes and how they are great fist time snakes. He showed my boyfriend a baby corn snake and for the first time he was calm around them. He was great with giving us all the information. We ended up buying a blood red corn snake. And what makes it better is that they have EVERYTHING!! This place was a bit of a long drive but definitely worth it. I could tell all the animals were taken care of correctly unlike other pet stores. The store felt like a mini zoo and it was amazing. I went their to get a 20gallon tank and some supplies to move my leopard gecko into a new tank as well as a Pacman frog. The customer service was amazing and helped me out on everything and even gave me a little more knowledge and as soon as I walked in I felt welcome . This really is the ultimate reptile shop. Though a bit outside of the Woodlands, it's one my family's favorite places to go. We bought a baby hognose snake for my 7-year-old and they set up the terrarium with prices that can't be beat. Andy, Brandon and Johnny are experts in reptile care from common to exotic reptiles and my kids learn something new every time we visit. They get new stock late in the week, so Friday is best to see new arrivals. Bring your kids, but make sure they know not to tap on the glass. read more
