I did the review this week because this was the first time your staff has spoken to us at all and I was floored that y'all actually talk. If I wasn't receptive to being asked if I needed help it was because after all this time of going into your store and now you want to speak to me, I was insulted. As far as the check out, one of the employees that day just asked for our phone number and what package of frozen treats I had chosen, duck hearts, and rung us up from our side of the counter, while the the other employee was trying to figure out the Hulu password to log into the account on the TV screen. Please do not try and insinuate that I am a liar, the customer service I have witnessed consistently is horrific and like I already stated, the only reason I return is because the brand of dog food I purchase for my babies is extremely difficult to find. I tell every fur baby parent that I meet that your store carries great product but the level of customer service that your store carries leaves so much room for improvement, to say the very least. I can genuinely say I dislike going into your store, it's always an awkward experience and hope that another store opens near by that sells the same quality products that my fur babies get You want to make it up to me?!? How about we just start with basic customer service. For example just greeting. Super simple and extremely human. It just seems like you know you will continue to make money because you carry great product so why bother being welcoming and graceful. It takes very little effort to be friendly and welcoming, and it's a shame that every visit is awkward and uncomfortable. Just an FYI, I saw your post on Facebook trying to get unfounded sympathy from your followers, or maybe retaliation for me being honest, but it is what is and I stand firm on my review. I'm goving this feedback so that your business can improve, not to hurt your feelings. And It's obvious if I'm willing to spend money consistently in an establishment that I feel unwelcomed in for my babies, they are well cared for.

They were interested in cutting my puppy's hair ( yes, she has hair instead of fur) correctly. A first for me in SA! As it was her first grooming experience, I was a little nervous. But they all put me (and her) at ease. She came out looking beautiful! Just a trim, as I had requested! And her nails no longer cause me to bleed! I DEFINITELY will be coming back! I have finally found my groomer in San Antonio! And the treats! Almost forgot about that! I got her two "Peanut Butter Cups." They are peanut butter and yogurt. Two of her favorites! And they gave her a little cup of Vanilla Ice Cream on her way out. I also bought her a "designer" Chewy Vitton food bowl. Too cute!

They still carry all the amazing brands and products they had at their other location, and even have a little discounted area with some toys and clothes for your pet. I recently visited the store to pick-up a birthday cookie cake for my dog, Frankie. This has become a little bit of a tradition for our family and every year we place an order from The Waggery. Frankie is obsessed with his birthday treat, and is big enough that he can enjoy a little bit of it for the next couple of days. My pups can never get enough of their cakes. Their Raw treat bar is also the best and my pups eat it up in a jiffy. Love recommending this place to everyone. The owner is the sweetest and really is invested in helping all of her customers. I've ordered things through her before that she didn't have in the store at the time and she is very communicative.
