The cake looked very pretty not going to lie about that. When you walk in, it smelled like a bakery so I had high hopes. I chose the peanut butter pumpkin flavor. I taste all my dogs food first before I give them anything and there was no smell or flavor to it, and the inside looked raw. But I let me dogs try it to see. I had 8 dogs at my house and not a single one wanted anything to do with this cake or bone. It was a big let down and a waste of money. Very sad and embarrassing none of the dogs wanted any of it.

Today I set up an appt for her and dealt with a rather rude lady on the phone, I was told abruptly that her rabies was out of date and asked if I could provide an updated shot record; which is not an issue. Upon arriving to the appt and providing the requested paperwork, I was told very rudely that she had other required vaccinations and she wouldn't be allowed in. I explained we had been coming here for years, she has all her required vaccines (with printed proof on hand), and I brought everything they asked for just 2 hours earlier; yet we were talked down to and made to feel like we had offended them somehow. It was very disrespectful, unprofessional, and lost a repeat customer that had a well behaved dog and always tipped the groomers. I recommend replacing the woman working the front desk at 11:45 on Monday, Feb 9, 2026, along with anyone else that treats customers the way she does, unless you are trying to get your customers to support your competitors.
