At pick up, Kathy spoke to my husband regarding how good the dogs were, when to schedule them again for grooming and was detailed again about what she had done! Seriously, I AM SO HAPPY TO FIND A PLACE THAT I FEEL COMFORTABLE LEAVING MY DOGS TO BE GROOMED! Due to the anxiety she developed from being in that terrible environment, she does not like to be touched. Her hair was getting too long but I didn't know how she would handle being groomed if she doesn't like to be touched. Our vet recommended that we have a mobile dog groomer come to us. Blackdog Mobile Grooming was able to get us on the schedule several weeks out. I expressed my concerns to Bri and she assured me that she would take things slow and do everything she could to minimize Daisy's stress. I even gave her permission to end grooming services before completion if Daisy wasn't compliant. Bri made Daisy feel confident and safe and she got the most adorable haircut! I was informed on the areas Daisy is most uncomfortable being touched and that she prefers scissors over the clippers. Thank you so much for the attention to detail! Daisy will be a regular customer!

I just wish they were open at 8:00 a.m. on Sundays so I could make it to church. Belle has separation anxiety, so I am very grateful that I have a place to take her that allows her to play/socialize. The workers always greet her, pet her, and snuggle with her when we arrive and they call her by name.

I booked my dog on July 23 for this program. I drop her off for Labor Day weekend and boom, my poor dog is not allowed to have any playtime because it's "full" (was there at 8 am...) and is now first come, first serve DESPITE ME BOOKING IT FOR HER before the policy change. I received no phone call about the change, the website hasn't been updated, nothing. This place is counting on you to just accept that you will now have to pay them more to exercise your dog or even to just allow them out of their kennel ON TOP of already paying $53 a night as the CHEAPEST OPTION. Don't do it guys. If you're going to pay for a "pet resort" to lock up your dog all day unless you pay more on top for a "nature hike", there are much cheaper places around Omaha. Don't get scammed by these greedy owners. If it's a volume issue, limit reservations or hire more staff. At a bare minimum, CALL YOUR CLIENTS about any major changes. Greed greed greed. I'm finding a new place.
