At one time, this was a 5-star place and over the past year, this establishment has crashed and burned. The day care aspect, at least to my knowledge, is good. The pup comes home tired and exhausted. I can't speak to cleanliness, attention, employee care, etc. The grooming aspect? HORRENDOUS! It's like someone learned dog grooming off a 5 minute YouTube video and was hired by F Street. The first time, we let it go. The cut was terrible, the ears and tail were not even close to fitting the breed. The last time, we were told by staff that the groomer 'nicked' our dog's foot. Well, the 'nick' turned out to be a 1/8" inch hold in one of the PADS of her foot. How the hell did that happen? We ended up having to take her to the pet hospital for an infection. The visit and antibiotics cost $$$. We advised Angela, the manager at F Street, and sent pictures of the wound. We asked for a refund of money spent at the vet and for medicine. It took Angela a week to respond and she did say she would take care of the costs when we sent a bill from the hospital. We did that immediately. Over a month later, no response. An email 72 hours ago was sent, still no response. We've been told (confidentially) by an employee to not bring our pet here anymore because staff morale is low, employees are quitting, and management doesn't care. You should seek other venues for pet care and boarding. read more

I wouldn't recommend nobody to take there dog there for grooming so unprofessional this the second time I give them the benefit of the doubt and they mess up again oh and let's not talk about that manager she's very rude and does not have good customer service skills I'm not sure why she's even a manager but anywho I paid for a dog trim and the groomer messed my puppy up so bad it's emba it's like she didn't use guards at all she got my dog looking like he was in an abusive home and got rescued.. Our dog is always eager to go to doggie daycare when we drop him off. They always call him by name which makes us feel like they know him.

My dog hums ( kinda of happy whine) every time we go here. He plays so hard with daycare friend he comes home and crashes. I love looking in the window and watch him play. They also do grooming and really care that do exactly like you want. read more

I took my dog there on Friday and she came out looking the same like if she only got a bath and that's it, which wasn't the worst part. My dog was in pain all weekend from her back legs (didn't eat nor walk). I asked them if they did anal glands and did it improperly which they said they didn't do it. So that made me confused onto why my dog was in pain. The assistant manager was nice but I was only offered to come back and get her regroomed and after speaking to my husband we decided not to do that since we were afraid of what had happened to our dog while in there care. I'm definitely not one to complain but I'm also trying to advocate for my dog so I would not recommend this place especially after having My dog be in that much pain. read more

We had our puppy groomed there. Big mistake. They cut her face, between her nose and eyes. That had bled at some point. They did not tell us. The photos below are of her rear paws. They just patched them up quick. Sent her out the door. They didn't tell us. Our dog is 4 months old. I told her that we had just recently gotten her and it was her first time grooming. Let me be clear, she was groomed once before we bought her. She is brushed daily and has no mats. There was no need for a shave down. When she called and stated that she was done I specifically asked how it went. The lady on the phone responded that it went well and there were no issues. Crappy haircut. Bleeding in three places. Not exactly my definition of an "issue free" visit. My wife picked her up and was beyond upset. The last several reviews are one star. I'll add mine to the pile and hope that other dog owners learn from my mistake. read more

I've taken my dog there every single time he has been groomed since he was a puppy. Occasionally it takes way longer than it should, but not too much longer. Today, unfortunately, my dog had an appointment at 11am to get groomed. I called at 1:00pm to check on him and they had not got to him yet. I called an hour and a half later and got the same response, over four hours after his appointment time. I asked where he was being kept this whole time and was told that he is in a pen. My dog is never locked in anything ever, so four hours locked up would be horrible on him. In F Street's defense, I was asked if I needed him back by a certain time and I said no, but I did not think it would be more than a couple hours. I understand that they had a new groomer, but the communication is unacceptable. I am not sure why I made an appointment at 11am when they did not even get to him by 3:30 when I picked him up without being groomed. I am mostly disappointed that they left him locked up in a pen all day, when he is never locked up and is an anxious dog to begin with. read more

So glad we found this delightful dog camp. Now we can go on vacation and relax knowing our precious pup is having a great time playing Salk day long and sleeping soundly at night. There are never any worries about supervision. The staff are clearly warm hearted dog lovers. The facility is spotless and has no noxious odor. I can't recommend more highly. read more

We took our puppy here and we were so worried because I've never been away from her. The morning after we dropped her off I called to check up on her and the Jen was very reassuring yet honest about how our puppy was. Took my dog here for grooming and while he is clean, nails trimmed,etc. I asked for a trim and the lady completely hacked his gorgeous tail. At least half the hair is gone and it just looks awful. Didn't realize a trim meant a butcher :(. read more

We couldn't be happier with the care and love the staff gives our little pup. She has become well acclimated to all other canines while there and they are very attentive to the group and interested in their interactions. They are knowledgeable and have taught us a lot! Received terrible service and a sick dog back along with no calls to inform me of this while In their care. When I came to pick up my dog, he was matted with his own feces. They didn't offer to clean him up before I left and when I spoke to the manager, all I got was her covering up everyone else's mistakes. After dropping off our dogs for grooming we received a call that the groomer was stuck out of town and would not be in. We were told to come get our dogs and come back the next day. We took our two small dogs back in for grooming the next day (Schnauzer and Shitzu) both came back completely bald (no beards, no eye brows or eye lashes, tails and bodies shaved) the price was $120. They looked terrible. They would not discount the price or do a refund. I am so embarrassed that our pets look so awful and feel bad that they spent two days in that place. read more
