We are so absolutely happy with this establishment. My dog hates the groomer and always is super sad and stressed out when we bring him home. But not with Pets Fifth!!! He loves them! He is always so happy when we pick him up and he looks so handsome after his cut! The staff is also super friendly. I love the selection they have available to purchase as well. Super fun experience every time!

I am so very thankful for Pets Fifth Avenue!!My dog is very reactive and can come off as aggressive but she just has so much anxiety since we adopted her from the rescue. We haven't took her to the groomer yet this was her first experience at the groomer and they treated her with so much love and compassion. They worked with her for almost 2 hours I feel like so many other groomers wouldn't have even gave her a chance but they took their time to groom her. They washed her cut her nails and expressed her anal gland. She wasn't able to get her hair cut because she was too nervous which I'm glad that they took her feelings into consideration. Her nails look so nice and short!!I'm so very grateful that they worked with her and we are lifetime customers. Thank you so much!! Nami came home very happy and smelling so clean!! I originally overslept my dogs first appointment, they were kind enough to reschedule me for the same day, the week of thanksgiving. Upon arrival, they were so kind, it was his first time getting groomed so it was a new experience for him. They took good care of him! He was supper happy after his appointment, and smelled so good! I brought my Pomeranian into pets fifth avenue for the first time and was immediately greeted by kind staff, a clean environment, endless pet clothes/accessories and more. I felt extremely comfortable leaving my dog here, he immediately was running around and went to the staff member happily he forgot I was even there. My dog received the cutest haircut ever! It doesn't compare to any places i've taken him in the past. He smelled so great and looked absolutely handsome. Will be a returning customer here, thank you for taking good care and being cautious with my little one!!

Both of my dogs -- my Jack Russell Terrier and my Doberman -- go to this salon, and I couldn't be happier with the results every single time. They are always groomed to absolute perfection. Their coats look flawless, their nails are perfectly trimmed, and they don't scratch at all afterward. After each visit, they smell amazing, their fur feels clean and soft, and shedding is noticeably reduced. You can truly see the quality of the work -- everything is done carefully and professionally. A special thank you to Maryam, the administrator. She is absolutely wonderful -- kind, responsive, and incredibly professional. She makes the whole process smooth and stress-free, answers all questions clearly, and genuinely cares about the clients' experience. It's rare to find someone who handles everything with such calm confidence and warmth. Highly recommend this place. Great service, great communication, and people who truly love what they do. I was looking for a last minute nail trim for my Yorkie. And Marianne is amazing. She quoted me a great price and said I could walk in anytime before 4:30. I called her at 4:10 and said I'd be there shortly, she let me know unfortunately the groomer had left for the day. I was bummed. But wow she called me back a few minutes later and told me she contacted the groomer, whom is also amazing, and she will return just to do my little munchkins nails. I went immediately to her and met them both. They both are amazing and sweet. The groomer trimmed the nails perfectly. I checked out the store and WOW such cute clothes too. I will be bringing my baby back for a full grooming and to pick up a few of the adorable outfits that she has. I highly recommend Pets Fifth Avenue. I can't say enough good things about this groomer. I took my animal shelter dog there for her first trim, worried because she is very nervous and can be a barker. She did so well, and looked so amazing when they finished. Our 2nd dog is 15 years old and very nervous, and we have been reluctant to get her groomed for the past 5 yearsm as she is so afraid to be left and groomed. But, again Muriel and the groomer did an awesome job, and our dog cane bouncing out the back like she was 7 years younger, so happy and looking so good. She has continued to behave like a younger dog, so I guess she needed the haircut. DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK & THANK YOU! read more

I took my 6 month old puppy to Pets Fifth Avenue for her first grooming. The salon had such a welcoming vibe. I felt completely at ease leaving her in their care. The staff member at the front was so loving with my puppy, and I could tell she was going to be treated with so much love and attention. My puppy was way overdue for her first grooming, I had a clear vision of what I wanted for her first haircut and Pets Fifth Avenue delivered it 100% and beyond. Getting my pet groomed at pets fifth Avenue was a breeze. The staff was very kind and approachable. They also worked well around my busy schedule. I am very particular with how I like my dog's haircut. They were completely understanding and provided above and beyond service my dog left smelling great looking fresh and most importantly he seemed very happy and excited. I have been bringing my dog to this groomer for over a year now and I always specify that I'd like to ensure that his anal glands are being expressed because there always seems to be an issue. This last visit, I stressed that I'm mainly taking him in because I feel like his glands are getting very full. The receptionist reassured me that they will be expressed. Fast forward to today, 8 days after the grooming visit, I had to take my dog into an emergency vet visit and his vet said that his anal glands were so full one would assume they hadn't been expressed in months. Rubbing a business on deceit isn't fair. read more

Finally found the best spot to bring my dog too. I stumbled across this page on Instagram and the name of the business sold me! The prices are reasonable and the service is exceptional. The place is cute and clean. You can tell that the business truly cares about their customers satisfaction. My favorite part is that they have a designated backdrop for the dogs after their service to take after photos. I've taken my dog to so many grooming places around Glendale and Burbank and other ones in the past, cannot groom a husky... Huskies and other dog breeds who experience shedding are complicated and the only solution is to de-shed them during that season. They have a great de-shedding service and I highly recommend it! I was trying to get a quick appointment because I wanted to have him done up as a surprise. They got back to me almost immediately with a time less than 2 hours away. They did a fantastic job. Amazing! Oso has been going to another groomer in the area for almost a year and he has never managed to give him the haircut I asked for. At Pets Fifth, they did exactly what I asked for! They left him beautifully groomed. Even trimmed his nails perfectly, ears, and butt area. The woman in the front is super friendly and service was fast! An hour and 30 minutes compared to three hours. They were also able to give me an appointment the same day. This is our go to groomer going forward. Sure, it's a little on the pricier side, but you get what you paid for; perfection! read more

Took my small poodle mix for a full service - he came back with a few nicks on his belly area and the cut was much shorter than we asked for. Also, not sure if they got something in his eyes, but he came back scratching at his eyes and keeps squinting (even through day 2). When we picked him up there was no mention of anything unusual (nicks, or incidents) so I'm not positive what happened, unfortunately, dogs can't speak so we'll never know. read more

I myself don't have a pet, but if did I would defiantly take them to Pets Fifth Avenue in Glendale. I went there with my friend who takes her dog there and I have to say the way they greet the owner makes you want to get groomed yourself lol. The puppies there are so excited and I could see why. Since my friend doesn't have yelp she asked me to write a review for her as a way to show her appreciation for these amazing human. She is super satisfied with the way they care for her baby, her world revolves around her baby and she don't trust just anyone with her baby. Zuko loves coming here - when we say "do you want to go to DAYCARE?" he gets so excited. Things that we like: - walking distance from us! - competitive pricing - in addition to daycare, you can get your dog groomed (very convenient) - I like that I can text to let them know we're coming to drop off/pick up, and also to see if there are grooming appointments available - we get a few photos - convenient hours on the weekdays Things that could use some improvement: - I wish that the hours on Saturday were longer and that they were open on Sunday - I wish there was a little more structure and mental stimulation activities- sometimes these kind of daycare environments can be a bit much. We lived in New Orleans for 3 months while my partner was working and the daycare we used had a great structure that included nap / alone time in the middle of the day. - I wish there were pricing bundles for daycare + grooming or some kind of spa bundles that helped made the pricing discounted Overall, we've had a good experience and love bringing him back.

I found Pooch Pawlor Spa on yelp and after chatting on the phone about Bowie's temperament, I was reassured they'd be able to care for her. I made an appointment for the following day. Upon walking in, Pooch Pawlor Spa is clean and smells great, a solid start! They took Bowie pretty immediately and within only an hour she was ready to be picked up. She looks and smells amazing! The cost was on par with other groomers, but the quality of service far surpasses other groomers I've experienced. A huge thank you to the team at Pooch Pawlor Spa for taking care of my skittish girl. I'm so happy to have a new groomer for Bowie that I can count on.

We have used Andy's in Eagle Rock to have Emi's nails trimmed and wanted to try for grooming. The glendale location is the only store open on Sundays so we booked an appointment first thing. We arrived and our dog made conversation with others (dogs) while we filled out her paper work and left her. They told us around 11-12pm and yup right at 12pm we got a call she was ready. We let her grow her coat out a bit for winter but with her poodle-briche frise coat she tends to mat no matter how much I comb her out she'll just turn around and get it all tangled up again, Emi is very much a toddler. They told us she would have to go very clean, I mean very. I was not expecting near bald and that we where charged double the cost of $70ish dollars. We also noticed she had 4 nixs on her which of course upset me but no blood was drawn and she didn't seem to be in pain. My husband and I have decided to go again once her coat is longer and if there's no problems in our pockets or Emi we will make the switch.

Took my Maltese Mr. Jake here and i just love this place. First of all when you walk in its luxurious all the way and smells amazing. They did a full grooming and he came out super happy.
