Do not groom your pet here!!! I walked in the store and heard a lady screaming at a dog she was grooming. She said "You don't like me choking you but you won't let me bathe you." She had the dog tied up around its neck and it was so tight. Poor dog looked so scared. I hope management fires her! read more

I love this spot. We always come here to get food for our leopard gecko and dog. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful.

We have been going there for a couple of years and the level of help, concern and friendliness is more of what you're expect from a small business that from a chain. We rarely go in without having someone offer to help quickly and everyone has been friendly. I've met the manager before and have been impressed with how the store is run. I cannot testify to the grooming aspects as we've never done that but our experience with the retail side has been hard to beat. read more

I'm giving this review two stars instead of one because we used to like washing our dog here. We don't mind paying $10 to use a dog wash where there is actually shampoo that isn't watered down and a dryer that works. Today we came in expecting our experience to be the same as the past but we were surprised with no dryer and shampoo that didn't even sud. Very disappointed as we paid money to just use your water, which I could have done in the comfort of my own home. Close the dog wash if you don't have the ability to maintain it properly. read more

I took my cat in to be groomed for the first time ever, and just finding someone willing to take on a cat was a task in itself! Words can't describe how amazing Biannca was with both my cat AND me! She took time to get to know Lola and to find out exactly what services we were interested in. After cleaning her ears, trimming her nails, and brushing her, she called to request I bring her in another day with less traffic as she was afraid the dogs barking would traumatize her if she tried bathing her. It is evident that Biannca loves animals, loves her job, and loves providing excellent customer service (that's hard to find these days!) Great store, but DON'T use the grooming! We took our Goldendoodle and after 5 1/2hrs she was still working on him and had given him a complete hack job. Not only did she cut him and make him bleed, but nothing about his cut was even. He's itchy and his fur feels like she didn't even wash out the shampoo all the way. I'm not sure what kind of experience this groomer claims, but we will never be back here. read more

If I could give it half star I would pet wash was filthy doesn't look like they ever cleaned it in there go to tell the girl at the counter bout it she did nothing at first besides laugh in my face and then ask me if I already had washed her I am like why wouldn't I. My wife made an appointment for our dog, to be SPECIFICALLY TRIMMED, and groomed. He's a corgi/chow mix. So a longer coat and under coat are apart of his makeup. The groomer lady showed my wife multiple clippers and "lengths", insisting that a longer clipper would probably not work, so the groomer asked permission to go shorter if needed. My wife stated "you may go slightly shorter if needed, but DO NOT BUZZ OR SHAVE HIS COAT!!!!!!" We show up to pick up our beloved dog today and he's almost completely shaved!!! We have had him groomed and trimmed for almost 10 years and have always had his beautiful long coat remain. After running circles with the groomer over the phone and calling out her poor excuses, and her saying my wife must've not understood when appointment was made, when I know damn well she would have NEVER EVER agreed to such a short cut! Finally she says "a dog with a coat like that cannot be trimmed, you can trim their toes and ears but otherwise you have to completely shave them." Which is obviously total BS, being we have had him TRIMMED AND GROOMED for over 10 years, many times with amazing results from a lady who did it out of her home! She made her own decision to cut my dogs coat completely down. Told us we were wrong, still Charged us and left my poor pooch looking ridiculous. Maybe I should give two stars for the many months of little fur to come.... that's a joke. I will be requesting a refund. read more

I was in the area for a few days while moving cross country. My puppy found a mud pit and my hotel shower wasn't suitable for bathing here so I came here to use the DIY dog bath. It's nothing fancy but boy did it save me!!!! I am so appreciative that it is there. This was on Labor Day so I was worried nothing would be open. I also wish I'd gotten the name of the young man who helped me. He could not have been nicer or more helpful. He answered my questions about some other products and just generally went out of his way to be kind and helpful. read more

No better groomer than the one here ladies and gentlemen. 27 years of experience has sure paid off. My goldendoodle was trimmed perfectly, and it made me realize that I haven't found the right grooming salon until I found Petsense. A lot of goldendoodle owners leave bad reviews because they are entitled pricks, but not me. This is also a great place to find other animals and great prices on dog food, especially when they mark them down to as much as 60% off. Do not take your dog to get groomed at this place. I dropped my Labredoodle puppy off at 2:30, his regular scheduled appointment time. I was told that he would be done within 2-3 hours, however I never received a call or text within this timeframe. I just assumed they were running behind....but by hour four, I was starting to get worried, so I called and inquired when he would be done. I was told he would be finished in 20 to 30 minutes; however, the 20 to 30 minutes passed with no phone call. By hour five I was concerned, and I just went down there. As suspected, he was not done... on the table, and completely shaved. I specifically told the groomer very detailed instructions, that we wanted him to remain long, no shorter than 2 inches around his whole body... just a short trim. I also provided her with three pictures of similar Labradoodles, with the same hair type to reference. I also told her I would like his face to remain round and long, like a teddy bear. Not one thing I asked was done. His head looked like a two-year-old had taken scissors to it...some pieces were long, some pieces were so short. His ears were untouched. He also had so much product on him that the hair under his ears, wound crunch and would leave a residue on your hand. He looked very timid and scared, which is not his normal calm demeanor. When I asked why nothing was done that I requested, I just got random and sorry excuses. However they could never give me an excuse to why I never received a phone call or text. I'm not sure how the store vets their groomers, but this particular groomer had no business cutting a dog's hair. Truly no skill at all. I could've done a better job. In fact, I had to bring him home and rebath him, to get all of the residue from the product off. Please do not take your pups here. I learned the hard way.
