Chase & Chloe were so gracious and helpful during the booking process. It was easy to book a private play session, I've already booked two more. They were both at the door to welcome us when we arrived. The room was clean, spacious, safe and had plenty to do. There was even a cute sign customized for Winnie and George Bailey! Drawers full of balls, puzzles, frisbees, chew toys, snuggle mats. Treats. Agility equipment. And not crappy temu stuff, regulation agility equipment that is safe to use! There was a coffee bar for humans and lots of books for reference as well. The corgs could have played for much longer, but they were so happy to have some chase and play time. They host play groups, seems like it's done by size. When you book a session, it costs $28 and it is a private session for 30 minutes. I highly recommend this for your dogs socialization, and especially for high energy dogs stuck inside in this cold weather!

We were advised that we could transfer to a different trainer, but when we attempted to reschedule with another trainer, we were informed that our session timeframe had expired, and therefore, we were not eligible for a refund or to schedule additional sessions without purchasing a new package. Furthermore, the receptionist explained that I misunderstood the trainer's comments, asserting that the trainer would never have said "dogs have no feelings," despite having heard the statement multiple times during the session. The receptionist continued to speculate about what the trainer might have said, disregarding our firsthand experience. Due to these concerns, I cannot recommend this facility to friends or family. **Update** We were also informed that additional links for the training collar could only be purchased at the location because they specialize in links imported from Germany. When I called attempting to reschedule a visit, the receptionist stated that individual links could be purchased there. However, upon our visit today, we were told that only complete collars are available for purchase, and separate links are not sold but we could purchase a new collar for $47.00 as if we didn't already waste enough money.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at both locations. My pup Lola is so excited when we walk in and often rolls over for the staff. She is a high-energy dog that sometimes just needs an outlet to run around. The staff is always very friendly and always makes us feel like they know her name and remember her (even though we go pretty sporadically and I know they have her file pulled up behind the desk :)) I always feel like I'm leaving my dog in trusted hands (and believe me-- I'm a psycho dog mom who loves my dog more than life!) I watch the webcams throughout the day and am thrilled to see my pup running around and burning energy. I also love the fun touches that they offer around holidays and events. During Christmas, they did a photo shoot for an extra fee that was absolutely the cutest thing. They somehow got my crazy energetic pup to sit in a box and take the cutest picture ever. She always comes exhausted and healthy at the end of her stay. If owners watch for signs of illness prior to taking their dog to camp and keep them properly vaccinated, illness isn't a major concern that I worry about at Camp Bow Wow. It's really concerning that a pet store can't provide accurate basic information about the animals they sell. I wouldn't trust the advice here if you actually care about your pets.
