While I'm not completely satisfied with the outcome, I do appreciate that my concerns were taken seriously and escalated to corporate in an effort to make changes. It's my understanding that some positive updates may be coming soon, which I'm glad to hear. As I mentioned previously, my concerns are not with the employees or the owner. This is still a great place to bring your dog for a wash. My main disappointment remains the loss of the programs and savings that were previously offered. That said, as a small business franchise under new ownership, I truly appreciate the responsiveness and follow-up.

Abbi heartbreakingly did not make it to her second birthday. She suffered from inflammatory bowel disease and had H-pylori in her intestines. Also, at Abbi's first appointment a benign tumor was found in her mouth. What Abbi went through with the two diagnosis was heartbreaking! We had to go to Annapolis for care for both treatments. However, Dr. Feldhouse worked with us in California MD. The cost of her care mounted to approximately $13,000 and the insurance covered most of the cost. Dr. Feldhouse was so supportive through the whole time period. Exceptional care! Dr. O'Conner has treated our current dog. Hila came to us at 2 years old and with issues that have taken about 2 years to resolve. First, was finding the right food to increase her weight and assist with digestion. She is flourishing now. After the food issue, the anal glands started leaking, eventually we tried laser treatments to settle the inflammation. Multiple treatments were required. While treating the glands she started to take potty position but urine would not flow sometimes. We needed to leave the county for treatment again. Dr. recommended Dogs and Cats in Bowie. Dogs and Cats were amazing, they are our go to "out of town" Vet! Thanks to all the office who are very helpful each time we go or need anything!

For 10 days I had 14k floating around and nobody could locate it. I called the Hollywood store 3 times - no answer. I left 2 messages asking for a return call. No call. Finally, I spoke with a very helpful team member named Dennis via his cell phone and explained the situation. He said that he would personally call the store Mgr. and ask him to call me. He said that I should expect a call within 20 min. No Call! I verified with Dennis that he had spoken with the Mgr. This store management doesn't give a damn about a 14K sale nor do they care about a customer with 14k missing. The store was never able to complete the sale. I was able to complete the transaction thru the TSC 800 #. I am having it delivered to the Huntingtown store - it's worth the drive.

Dr. Cabral, the tech (whose name I can't remember), and Susie walked our family through the entire diagnostic process and supported us through our decision to assist her to the rainbow bridge. Susie and Dr. Cabral stayed with us through the entire process and allowed us to take as much time as we needed. We were able to make all payments through an online portal and allowed us to leave quietly without having to interact with anyone else while we were grieving. I cannot thank the staff enough for helping us through the very difficult process. I have since returned with our other pittie who is unfortunately allergic to earth. Dr. Meadows and Dr. Bott have been phenomenal with getting our girls skin back to normal. The entire staff has been kind, caring, and compassionate through our veterinary journey.
