There was very little wait, and the whole team was fast, friendly, and welcoming. Everyone, from the front desk staff, to the vet assistant, to the veterinarian, was patient, informative, and happy to answer questions. It had been many years since I owned a puppy so I genuinely appreciated how clearly they explained everything. My dog also appreciated the visit because he got plenty of treats, including one of those dental chew bones, which has quickly become his favorite. Another plus is the parking since they have their own lot with plenty of spaces, which makes the visit easy and convenient.
