They continue to do an amazing job and are efficient. Decent/average pricing too at $45 for her full groom. I drop her off first thing in the mornings around 730 and she's usually ready by 930-11 depending on the # of grooming appts they have. They always are super friendly and helpful and extremely appreciative of gratuity for the groomer. However they book up fast!! So I highly recommend you book 2-3 appts out at a time. I would say that's the only downside if you forget - I've had to wait almost 3 months for Zoe to be seen and her hair grows fast so ideally she needs a cut every 4-6 weeks. Ideal location right on the outskirts of downtown going down smith/battleground split. I've never boarded my dog there but have heard good things and the pups running around seem to love it.

Kiana's calm, gentle approach is exceptional and is helpful for my dog. Lily looks and smells great without any unexpected/drastic changes or overpowering scents. The online scheduling system is user-friendly with helpful reminders, but mobile grooming is limited to Saturdays, which can make booking tricky. Kiana does her best to accommodate, including being willing to use another product when I had requested one time. Her communication about early arrivals or delays is better than most mobile groomers. Pricing is reasonable -- higher than what I paid in the Northeast but more affordable than another local option. However, the 5.75% credit card fee is frustrating, and I'd love modern payment options like Venmo or Apple Pay, as I prefer not to write checks and end up scrambling for the right amount of cash. Overall, Kiana is super sweet & gentle, the grooming quality is very good, and she is accommodating whenever she can be, but Kiana's availability and payment options keep this from being a 5-star experience.

This is not a good business. Just read her responses to her other bad Google Reviews if you aren't convinced. --- Brought in our long-hair cat for a bath and a trim. Staff asked about a Lion's cut. We said no Lion's cut. Staff later called and said that matting in her fur would cause them to need to do a "shorter" cut. When we arrived later they had given her a full Lion's cut, against our wishes. Overall, the staff was rude and inconsiderate of the situation. Traci spent the entire time trying to convince us that since it's a "common cut" and they were required to go short that it was a very normal situation. She admits that we specifically asked not to have a Lion's cut. She admits that "shorter" should not mean Lion's cut. She admits that it was not explained correctly. And since it was just a Lion's cut, she still had matting in her mane after the appointment! Still trying to get a refund. Very disappointed. --- Since they're also now claiming that it wasn't a Lion's cut, I've added a before/after picture. Notice the tail styling, the boots that they left long, and the sharp difference between her body and her head/mane. It is clearly a Lion's cut. And this picture was taken AFTER we brought her back in just to fix the mane they left super long, so it used to be even worse. Please be careful with this salon!

I spoke with the staff and included in…read morethe initial paperwork that my dog was not crate trained because it causes her significant anxiety and that she should not be placed in one while waiting to be groomed and was assured that she wouldn't be. I double checked when I dropped her off that this was feasible in the workflow and let them know that I was available to pick her up as soon as she was ready to prevent any need to place her in a crate. When I went to pick her up for simple grooming service, they informed me she was so scared during the service that 2 staff had to hold her down and yet continued to complete the service. I was not informed of this until I picked her up. Needless to say we will not be returning. If you have a dog who can be anxious during grooming, I'd recommend going to a different place. We have had much more success with a groomer that is more personable and conscientious

Not to the vet: to a commercial enterprise called Purr Life in greensboro. For a claw trim, belly shave and comb out. These ladies know their stuff. They discovered a tumor or scyst next to one of Ma Bear's nipples. Called the vet at Skeet Club a half day ahead at Skeet club to remind them to get the vet's request for two gabapentin capsules for Ma Bear, for a similar good visit that she experienced at PurrLife. Hoped the same with the vet..... Called the vet again Today. Went to pick the gabapentin up: crickets. Wasted gas. Called to follow through, to other Publix pharmacies: nope. Not happy with the Skeet Club Vet receptionist. They will be seeing an anxious cat in the early morning, Thursday, Aug. 13, 2026. And hearing from a questioning me.
