Just went up there to buy 3 small little fish for my 3 little daughters. Ask for 3 guppies and they would not sell them to me because I only!!! Had a 5 gallon tank and no live plants. The 2 ladies that were working back there very rude about it. Come one now I know my 5 gallon tank is way cleaner and don't have 10 dead fish floating in them. Maybe if you are so concerned about their environment maybe you should clean the tanks they are in now. Haven't been in a Petsmart in years and don't plan on going back anytime soon. read more

Went in, pointed at female guppies (4) that I wanted. Waited 6 mins while 3 guys hung out off the end of the reptile endcap. Asked for guppies. The "manager" says he can't tell the difference between male and female, but they are all $4.99. No. The females are $2.99 and have fat pregnant bellies. It's not that hard! Doesn't help they are mixed with platies so I would have had to keep them permanently separated from my males but I was willing to. Why can no one in this store EVER tell a male guppy from a female. Males have a spiked gonnoppdium, females have a smooth, usually fat belly. Plus, THEY COME SEPARATE IN THE BAGS. read more

Went to look for anti inflammatory tablets for my cat and asked a worker if he could help me find it. He seemed very uninterested and rude he didn't say anything and led me to an isle for cats health. When I told him I checked that isle and I'd see him Walmart had it instead since they didn't.He told me to give my cat normal Advil or ibuprofen since he had cats in the past. Since I was in the area and needing to pick up my cats specially medicated food, I decided to stop into this PetSmart location. I mean, there's nothing much to say..it's a very decent location. The staff is friendly, they stock all the food and toys and accessories you can think of for your pet. The prices are maybe a bit high..but they do run really good sales from time to time. I mainly shop here for my cats "special" food..and maybe a fun costume for her around the holidays. I've bought all sorts of things from here in the past. It really depends on if they are havings some random interesting sales going on when I stop in to grab the food. So..yeah..good enough location that I would for sure stop by again if I'm in the area and..you know..needing to stop in for some reason. read more

Called the grooming department at 5:26pm on a Wednesday evening. I asked what time they were open till as my dog needed his nails clipped and ground. They told me to be there by 6:30 because they closed at 7. I told her we'd be there by 6. We arrived at 5:55 that night only to find the department closed. We spoke the manager who was unapologetic and dismissive. Very unprofessional. in the future, will buy online at Chewy and find a different groomer. read more

Visited this PetSmart with my dog for the grooming salon. He had a nail trim and grind which was one of few walk-in services offered without an appointment. They did a good job in keeping my rowdy terrier in check for the nail trimming which is really doesn't like. They were cut even and pretty smooth. I'm happy with this service that took about 15 minutes to complete and look forward to returning to have the god have a full grooming session with the five dollar off coupon I received. read more

I love PetSmart and what they do, but there are problems here. They can't say that the pandemic is responsible for some of their problems because they existed before COVID-19! The store is clean and organized to some extent. It definitely is overpriced, but if you place an online order and pick it up in store you can get a slight discount. You know what else? You place an order online because it is convenient, but in doing so, you must prepare yourself for a total disappointment! Your order may not be complete as a result of stock, but did they send you something to let you know? Absolutely not! Another disappointment/frustrating feeling comes when you want to check out because the have 10+ employees working or acting like it, but ONE register open and there's a line of customers backed across the store! This is frustrating and just plain ridiculous! Yes, I still patronize PetSmart just not this one as much! I would definitely be cautious with the grooming department especially at Bridgewater shopping because if one of the employees gets upset for any reason, they will put advertisements on social media with your phone number saying that you have a pet need a home. I'm not going into this issue any further! I'm just saying be careful who you trust with your pets! read more

The grooming salon staff is almost always so inconvenienced by my walk in for a clip and grind for my dog. I don't mind the wait, most of the time. But when staff seem to mind that I don't mind waiting there's a problem with your customer service. I've been to this location about 4 times in the last 7 months and only once did I have just as good of experience as I have had at other locations. read more

This is our local Petsmart, and we're very happy shopping here. We love to bring our Boxer over and let her have some fun wandering the store with us. Petsmart is very pet friendly, and short of going to a dog park, it is a great way to socialize your animal. We've even brought our cat in once or twice without trouble, though the cats do love to explore more than the dogs. The prices at Petsmart can be great or bad. Regardless, the key is to join the PetPerks club, which is free. Yes, they are collecting data on you. But the discounts are usually pretty good. We usually see them give $5-7 off of Nutro dog food, and the usually have discounts on wet food cans as well. The staff at this Petsmart are really friendly and helpful. I lost one of my cats to cancer earlier this year, and during the end stages, he was having trouble eating hard food. We got some advice from a nutritionist in the store and found a couple of wet foods that he took to and enjoyed. It wasn't enough to overcome the cancer, but at least he enjoyed his meals in his final days. Not a lot of places that carry a good diversity of stock and can provide that kind of advice. read more

I like this Petsmart, they always have a good selection, their store is always well organized and clean. Their grooming salon is very nice and friendly and very accommodating to even walk-ins sometimes if they can fit you in. My only concern is sometimes their sales floor presence is lacking to find help, it's very rare maybe one out of 5 visits do I have any issue and we visit a few times a month. I've had one issue where the manager thought he was above helping people with getting feeder items and got smart, but I don't let one time ruin a usually great experience. read more

Do not even waste your last BREATH at the groomers at this location. Judy, specifically, is one of the worst workers I have come in contact with. About two months ago I booked my dogs grooming appointment online. I drove 45 minutes only to be told by Judy that they didn't have enough time to complete the service. I understand shit happens, but never attempted to call, text, email, before I drove 45 minutes out. I told myself I would never let her wash my dog. So yesterday, I booked my dog his second grooming appointment. And it was booked with Judy ( which I didn't realize, but I thought "hey! Maybe I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and she'll actually do great." Nope. I was wrong. My dog was barking and within THREE minutes judy said "sorry he's too aggressive we can't take him." I was PISSED. He is the nicest dog in the world. The first time he went they said he was AMAZING. And now he's too aggressive to take? So i drove all the way to the Colerain petsmart and India did AMAZING! It took her only 5 minutes out of her time to get my dog comfortable. Judy was lazy!! I can't believe this woman still has her job. So everyone, go to India at colerain instead of Judy. U won't be surprised. read more

I don't know if I have ever shopped here, went to check out, and the item was rung up for more than the price marked. I wonder how many people have paid too much. Today was no exception. Sorted thru a pile of collars that were dumped on the shelf. Found one that said $15.99. Rung up as $24.99. Clerk went back and checked price and yes it was $15.99. PetSmart is not a good place for you to get pets such as guinea pigs because they cost money and there's so many guinea pigs that need to be adopted in which they don't cost money do you need to be adopted but PetSmart makes you buy guinea pigs and cats and dogs and when you adopt something Ava pet usually they do free health checks PetSmart does not. read more

I come here about once a week because I take my dog everywhere and it is one place he is allowed to go. The prices are a little higher than I'd like but I cannot beat the convenience of it being 3 minutes away from our house. The staff is always very friendly and willing to help. We love going there and picking out toys, clearing the aisles of any other patrons in the meantime. I feed my dog Blue Buffalo Wilderness Formula and for anyone thinking of trying it, Petsmart does have it and you can get a 5 dollar off coupon from Blue Buffalo's website. read more

I took my 5 month old Golden Doodle to pet smart pet groomers. This experience was so terrible. In all honesty they do not deserve 1 star. so they did not finish the cut. Yet they charged me for the complete job. Many would consider this fraud. On top of the cut not being completed. They charged a handling fee. The fee was because this 5 month old puppy was apparently too hard for them to handle. Now on to the part of the cut they actually did. They buzzed my dogs face. It looks like they cut her eye brows off and gave her a mullet. i can't even imagine a first time groomer doing such a terrible job. I looked at my dog when I picked her up. I could not believe what I was looking at. I literally felt bad for my dog. Look I am not saying if you love your dog don't take them there. But if you are not a sadistic person or kind of like your dog. I am telling you for the love of God don't take them there. You will regret it. read more

We take our dogs to Bridgewater PetSmart grooming salon and they are terrific. One of them just gets a bath and brushing and the other gets a full haircut grooming. They always show great customer service and our dogs get the best of care. Great brushing job, no more shedding and I admit one of our dogs is not the easiest to do, but the groomers always take patience with him and the haircut always looks perfect. Their grooming skills are below average, even still, because of the convenience, I still took my dog here. Not anymore. I had scheduled an appointment over a week ago and they call me a few hours before my appointment to say they had a "scheduling conflit" and "oh good, your the first one who called back so we're rescheduling you." Thanks for asking!!! NOT! I have a busy week and schedule every night down to the specific hour. They were extrememly rude and not helpful at all. On top of this, all the women that work in the grooming department look so un-professional and like complete white trash. I will not spend another dime at this store!!!!! read more

If you are coming here for fish... DON'T. The staff knows nothing about the subject, the fish are diseased if not already dead, bettas sit in dirty cups of water. The plants sold as aquatic plants are not truly aquatic. I purchased several fish from here which died within a week, taking the rest of my stock with them. When I informed an employee of this they stated "oh yeah we had a bad batch or something..." the tanks are all filtered by the same mechanism so any disease in one tank spreads to all the others. It is depressing looking at these tanks my wife and I can't even go in the store anymore. The only place worse to buy fish is the Walmart down the road. read more
