Nice store, clean and tidy. The staff that i dealt with were pretty helpful. They were doing a training class, so it was fun watching the dogs! There is a ton of options for dog food... and it always takes time to select what i want to get my dogs... its as if I was going to eat it! :) I think that the dog toys are WAY over priced... so I took off one star for that. read more

Every time I have gone to the Banfield here, they are always "so busy" when I see 1 person waiting. I went in right as they opened on a Sunday and the only person working the front desk (understaffed on the weekend? GREAT idea!) told me it would take at least an hour to get my dog's anal glands expressed. Huh? What? This takes less than 5 minutes. Won't be back to this location. NOPE! As I am submitting this review, I'm walking into the Town Center location that told me they could get us in right away. read more

I always take my animals to this location to get groomed for one reason...Valerie. I mean the store is great all the associates are wonderful and always greet you with a cheerful hello and always offering assistance if requested. But I have brought my dog and cat to Valerie and it doesn't matter she is the best. She is such a pleasure to talk to, always friendly, bubbly and knows what she is talking about. I know that my puppy is in good hands when I am lucky enough to book her. Even brought my cat in one time and even he didn't mind the bath thanks to her. She is a absolute pleasure and my mind is at ease leaving my babies with someone as wonderful as her. read more

I showed up a few before 9am and was told I needed to wait until 9am to do a return. However, while I was waiting they checked out a person even though they told me they weren't open yet and couldn't check anyone out. Their customer service SUCKS!!!! I will never go back to this store and will let everyone I know how horrible their customer service is. !!!! read more

We go to this store for all of our animal supplies. We are always greeted when we enter. Someone almost always asks us if we need any help. The cashiers are very friendly. I have also bought rats from there. I have to give kudos to them for making sure people aren't buying the pet rats for feeder rats. It was great to see that concern from the staff. I will continue to go to this location for supplies. read more

The groomers at this PetSmart are fantastic! We took our Aussie there who was in desperate need of a hair cut and had been sprayed by a skunk. The spent a great deal of time cleaning him up and went above and beyond to help get the skunk smell out. We will be taking our dog back there when he needs another grooming service. read more

This store is always clean, and the management has been very good to me. I have returned enough dog food, NOT there fault at all. I have a very picky Yorkie, she thinks of herself as a Princess, she has me trained as one of the best Pet Butlers. Getting back to the store. I am glad they are so close. And the wide range of dog food allowed me to find the dog food that my Princess likes. My hats off to this store. and all the staff. The Groomers are friendly and do a wonderful job. My dog got a terrible infection after being groomed here. She needed antibiotics and steroids and her hair fell out where the skin was irritated. Her "sensitive"parts were severely inflamed and swollen. read more

The only reason I even went to this store is because I was shopping at the nearby Home Depot and Target and decided to just stop in rather than drive to the PetCo at Jax Beach (where I have shopped for years). On two separate occasions I had to deal with a creepy cashier and a rude, less-than-helpful female manager (dark hair), who just walks around with her little hand-held device and clearly does not like to deal with the public (not sure why someone made her manager). After two bad experiences in less than a month, I went back to PetCo where I was greeted by a courteous, friendly manager and clean-cut, professional cashiers. I will continue to take my business there; well worth the drive. read more

4/30/17 Sunday Afternoon: This afternoon, I purchase some items from the Southside Jacksonville location in Florida. Shortly thereafter a woman called me to ask me my name and proceeded to ask questions. When I refused to give her any info she explained that she received my receipt from purchases at the store today. She said some how my name and information is going to her email, she has not only been given my credit card information but all of my prchases have been being credited to her. I quickly called the store telling them I never authorized them to send receipts to my email. In addition, I spoke to Heather who informed me that "Richard" spoke to the other woman who called thinking someone was using her credit card and he read my telephone number off to her and gave her my information. I will be calling whistelblowers to report a lapse in information sharing by PetSmart including credit card information! How stupid can some one be to read my information off to a person that clearly tells them it wasn't her. Calling my attorney to report and take action! read more
