We were talking our Bichpoo there, started with puppy stage and by the time she got to be 8 months old the price continually went up every groom. The groomer always told us that our dog did good and we kept her brushed out at home so I couldn't understand the price increase. Only one time were we made aware that our dogs ears were matted at the bottom so instead of charging us extra right then they waited until we made another appointment online and hit us with the extra cost. Went in to buy a $2.00 Goldfish, person working wouldn't sell to me even though I had picked out a small aquarium and a filter to put in with the one Goldfish. Then proceeded to inform us in a very rude manner all about how much water is required and how big of a tank. Made me feel so stupid, literally the same type of fish given away at fairs and just would not even consider selling it. Happened around end of March but it was a traumatic experience and I was so scarred that I didn't mention it until now. Completely destroyed our self esteem, felt so humiliated and degraded. The store carries anything from fish and aquarium. supplies thru pet foods , beds , collars , doggie and kitty clothing , bones , Bull horns , antler chews , shampoos , medications, play toys And the like . The store is Laid out well , with various aisles designated for the various pet groupings , including one huge aisle just for pet foods alone . The back area of the store features a dog and cat Grooming salon where licensed groomers tend to The Cutting , trimming , curling , bathing and toe nail clipping of the pampered fur babies . The grooming gals are patient with their canine and feline customers , and treat them as one would clientele of a regular beauty or barber shop . On a personal level , Visits are joyous for us , as we get to stoop , and pet a multitude of leashed dogs or coo with carried cats , all of whom are welcomed to shop alongside their proud owners at any time . ( and yes , we do count the stooping as part of our daily exercise regimen ! ) It's a nice , albeit expensive place to visit , where one can pretty much find anything ones generous heart desires ! .... and is it just my imagination , or do the pets all leave smiling ? We took our Husky mix to get groomed. He had long silky beautiful fur and she cut it SO short and his head was literally cut lopsided. It was awful. Never again. read more

I took my mini golden doodle there last week to be groomed, biggest mistake ever! First of all they shaved her down to her skin, she was unrecognizable! Her tail had started to be shaved but the groomer told me I'd have to take her to a vet because they couldn't finish the job. That's not the worst of it though! My poor little one's personally is totally changed. She is now a cowering nervous dog. I don't know what was done to her in the 4 hours she was in their care but I'm just sick about it. They've ruined my sweet little pup. read more
