We've had to purchase different collars in the past to take them to daycare, at All Tails they already have you covered. Check in and pick up are a breeze. Took him in was not even home yet and my phone rings told me he had matted hair and would need to be cut closer no problem. I just want him to be groomed. The next call was about aggression and she couldn't finish him because he snapped at the blow dryer. The next phone call was come and get him. When I picked him up the bill was 45.00 higher then quoted for a dog my size. His hair cut is a mess. Uneven he looks sad. before I left she gave me a phone number to another groomer that does grooming to sedated animals You must be nuts to think that I would use anyone you recommend I was also told your dog is not a fit for our salon AKA Don't come back !
